Eclipse Photon and Ubuntu 18.04 - DLTK indexing not working - eclipse

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04 with JAVA openjdk 10.0.2 and Eclipse Photon (PHP edition).
DLTK Indexing seems to not work properly:
If I put my pointer on a PHP function , I have all documentation from PHP doc.
But if I put the pointer on any other functions (from symfony for example or on one of mine) nothing appears.
I have already check the build path and try to make a clean reinstall.
I also tried to delete files in : eclipse-workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.dltk.core.index.lucene/index
In eclipse logs, the only message I can't understand is :

Eclipse wont start after update

Today Eclipse want me to update some stuff. There were different small things in the list to update.
After that I couldn't start anymore.
It always says there is an error and I should look into the log in the metadata.
The log shows the following text:

Any ideas? Is there like a reset or the possibility to delete cache or smth?
It seems your eclipse is corrupted now. Download the latest one.
Which version are you using?

No LoginModules configured for NOTES

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'm trying to configure a development environment for Notes 10 using Eclipse 4.6.2 (32bit on Windows 10). The plugin I'm working with works in Notes 9 compiled with Eclipse 3, and continues to work as compiled in Notes 10, but I wish to make some changes.
I've used the instructions from Mikkel Heisterberg's site and modified the VM Argument variables :
install_id = 1564665877146
rcp.home = c:\notes\framework
rcp.base_version = 10.0.0.20181128-1343
The problem is when I try and launch the plugin, the notes UI window opens with the message No LoginModules configured for NOTES, and the stack trace below in Eclipse. I've tried completely reinstalling the notes/designer installation on my machine along with eclipse. I've also tried repeating the process on a system having only the notes client, but always to the same effect. I'm guessing there is something wrong with my process, so the question is, what do I need to do to successfully get Eclipse to launch notes so I can test & debug my plugin.
Any assistance is appreciated.

I just ran into this same error when using Eclipse to launch Notes 11.0. I believe it was an issue with the requires plugin dependencies. This is what I did to fix it:
upgraded to Notes 12.0
reloaded the JRE files (Prefs => Java => Installed JREs)
reloaded the plugins (Prefs => Plug-in Dev => Target Platform)
updated my VM argument variables as per the new values in \Notes\framework\rcp\rcplauncher.properties
install_id=1629781684647
rcp.base_version=10.0.0.20210507-1607
rcp.home=C:\Progra~2\IBM\Notes\framework
Reselect all run config plugins (edit Run Configuration => Plug-ins tab => Select All). I had previously set this as a subset to avoid duplicates/conflicts.
I hope this helps the next person!

Eclipse Plugin for Websphere Liberty Profile broken in last update? (16.0.0.4)

after upgrading WAS Liberty profile plugin in my Eclipse I can't edit Liberty servers (double clicking in the Server view entry). I get a grey page (Wildfly and JBoss servers open OK).
This occurs with all servers... 16.0.0.3 and new 16.0.0.4.
they work (I can edit server configuration (server.xml) and deploy and run but I can't edit the server configuration in Eclipse)
I anyway think the problem is in this exception logged in the .metadata/.log file:

This should be working and I tried it with both a new workspace and an old one from 16.0.0.3 and it was ok. Can you send more details about your setup:
Operating system and version
Eclipse version (Help -> About Eclipse)
Java version
To see if something went wrong with the install can you do the following: Help -> About Eclipse then click on the WDT Icon and cut and paste the information
Contents of the workspace .log file <workspace location>/.metadata/.log
A couple of things you can try that might resolve the problem:
Restart eclipse with the -clean option
Regenerate the runtime metadata: Window -> Preferences -> Server -> Runtime Environment -> SELECT YOUR RUNTIME -> CLICK Edit -> CLICK Advanced options... -> CLICK Refresh, then wait for the timestamp to be updated

SWT: No more handles in Eclipse Luna win8.1

I have a HP PC with Windows 8.1, with 2 monitors and I use Eclipse Luna with SWT. I develop a tool that has a dialog with 3 composites (one with a table, one with buttons on it, and one with labels and a progress bar). I wrote it because I haven't had this problem until I changed the absolute layout with formLayouts. Now if I click to designer tab in Window Builder, I get the following popup:
(Details>> shows the exact same message)
When click to OK, it says: WindowBuilder was not able to show the GUI.
WindowBuilder encountered unexpected internal error.
And the Stack trace is:

The program is running correct, and I didn't noticed any problem with the GUI at runtime.
I looked for this problem, but all answers I found haven't worked for me (checked processes, drivers, other software etc.) Hope I didn't forget to wrote any related information.
For me it was fixed by turning off "nVidia Desktop Manager".
Other people fixed the problem by turning off other DeskTop manager apps like "DisplayFussion".

Titanium - Error Loading Browser - MOZILLA_HOME_FIVE not set

Firstly, I am running on Manjaro Linux.
I downloaded Titanium, unzipped it, then ran it. All fine. However, at startup it is throwing a "Cannot find chromimum. See documentation for possible workaround/fixes" error which is then followed by a MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME not set error and lastly it suggests that I should terminate the workbench due to a SWT Error.
I've tried the many suggestions I've found online including:
Installing xulrunner. Did not work.
Setting an env variable called MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME according to (http://www.eclipse.org/swt/faq.php#browserlinuxrcp). However, I may have messeg up following these instructions. If anyone would kindly explain what step number 2 means with a little bit of extra detail, I would seriously appreciate it.
I will post the full error I am getting below:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After trying to install Titatinum through yaourt, it still did not work, however, it did install a couple of dependencies that I had not yet considered. So basically this is the solution:
Make sure you have the following dependencies before initializing Titanium Studio:
titanium-studio dependencies:
- java-environment>=6 (already installed)
- gtk2>=2.20 (already installed)
- webkitgtk2 (already installed)
- libpng12 (already installed)
- libjpeg6 (already installed)
- nodejs (already installed)
- sudo (already installed)
- findutils (already installed)
