Change Customer Information field in AgentTicketZoom OTRS6 - perl

I want to change few fields of customer Information table of AgentTicketZoom file of OTRS6. How to do this? Is there any way?
I need to add a TicketLicense input box below LastName of the field
Yellow circle displays where I need to add my input box

If your source of customer information is a different database or an LDAP source, it would be enough to add a field in the map section.

How to set display value in SAPUI 5, SmartField Value Helper field.

Hi: I am looking at the standard SAPUI 5 Smart Field demo:

I would like a field with a value helper, such as Currency on this screen, which displays the field description inside the input box instead of the field id.
Example:
Change the Category field from combo into a value helper (popup)
Get the field to display the CategoryName - or from the related table the LTXT field instead of the ID.

I doubt that anyone will reply, because there is most probably no good answer.I do not find this good functionality.
I think that I will need to change my ID field values for popup (value helper) fields to Description (ID) . Description need not be unique (one can have two relations to the same company with different ID's.)
By doing this we also "fix" the problem with the search ODATA command which searches the ID field. Of course users will want to search the descriptions.
In general SAPUI's value helper is not great. It is normal practice to use numerical ID's and descriptive descriptions. The description should be displayed and searched and not the ID. I found their filter generator on the popup screen nice - it is not all doom.

Cannot Hide Data Field in Visio Org Chart

I am creating an org chart from an excel spreadsheet. Each row has Employee Name and Job Title, but also Employee ID and Supervisor Employee ID (both number data types).
I am using the Organization Chart Wizard to automatically create an org chart as a starting point (its pretty big). In doing so, I use the two numeric fields in the "name" and "reports to" fields because we have employees with the same name. However, I do not want these numerical fields displayed in the org chart shapes. You can see in the second picture I cannot remove the three default fields from the chosen "Shape Data Fields."
Here's what the shapes look like, I want to remove the number field altogether. Regardless of the shape stencil I select, I get the same behavior.
If I try to delete the shape, I get the error "shape protection, container and/or layer properties prevent complete execution." Even when I go to Developer -> Protection -> Unlock, the issue persists. Thus, it must be an issue with the container or layer properties.
Lastly, this page has a "To Delete a data field" section at the bottom. I tried exactly this, and the fields were removed from the Define Shape Data box, but the shapes remained unchanged, still showing all fields:

Tweak the master you want to use by decorticating its structure.
In the drawing explorer check whether the shape (the master) is group or a single shape. Find out where the ID (the 3rd field) is used for display, adjust accordingly by correcting the shapesheet.
Sorry for such a generic explanation. If we could exchange files, I would have had a look at your master and could have corrected it.

I had the same issue, and eventually found that I could prevent the ID field (used in Name) from displaying, using Display Options - on the Org Chart tab, using the dialog box launcher button (bottom-right) in the Shapes section.
The ID field is shown as 'Name' under Block 2 - you can use the drop-down to set this to 'None' (so that it doesn't display at all), or pick one of the other fields that you chose to display in its place.

FileMaker Pro 13: Relationship between a text field and a container field

I'm new to Filemaker.
I want to create a database for my library.
Lets say we have a text field for the title of each book (book_title) and a container field for the cover photo (cover_photo).
I'd like to help me write a script that would allow me to copy the photo (that is, the content of "cover_photo") from one record to the other if the field "book_title" is identical within two records.
For example: lets say I have 5 copies of a book in my library. For the first copy I'll create a new record and I'll write the title in "book_title" field and I'll insert a photo in "cover_photo" field. But for the second/third/... copy I'd like to write only the title and, since it will match with the title of the first record, enter automatically the photo in the first "cover_photo" field without inserting it again.
I'd appreciate any help.

IMHO, it would be much better to use two tables, say Titles and Exemplars, with a one-to-many relationship between them. The cover photo would be stored in a field in Titles, and all the child exemplars could display it without you having to duplicate it.
This is assuming you have something unique to record about each exemplar - otherwise you could simply have a field for Quantity in the Titles table.

Cannot see records in form bounded to table in Access

I have a form and it's record source is a table. I created the form separately and added the control sources to the different fields in the form and also changed it's record source. I imported values from an excel sheet into the table and when I open the form, I do not see the tabe values being displayed in the form. Any idea what I should do to see the table records in the form?
In form design mode, check the form's DataEntry property. It sounds like yours is set to Yes, which hides existing records and only allows new entries. Change it to No and you will see the existing records.
Another possibility is that a filter is active and no records match that filter.
Use a form wizard to generate a working form based on your table. Then once you can see the data being displayed in the form, customise as needed.

Multiple values for one field

In GXT I want to create a form where a single field can have multiple values. so once one value is provided user should have option enter another value for the same field, similar to how we attach files in an e-mail.. what is the best way to do this?
One way to provide a button with plus symbol in the form. Clicking that button should add a field to the form dynamically. User can use that field to provide another value.
If you are talking about a single control, which can capture multiple values, can you try Multi-Select field like the one explained in this thread?
