How to setup PayPal Pro to get payment through Debit/Credit card directly from website in Magento 2? - magento2

The required solution for UK customer.
Magento 1 comes with Debit/Credit cart option with PayPal.
If we want the same thing then how can we achieve?
Please check this video for Magento 1 PayPal Pro Payment setup.

The customer should have a direct option to enter credit/debit card detail while doing a checkout on Magento 2
Please suggest a solution.

There are detailed instructions for V2 at the Magento site here. A very swift Google lead me there. Hope this helps. Please mark answered if this helps obviously.

Opencart 2.0 - PayPal Commerce Platform card payment fields not showing

I have PayPal Commerce Platform module installed on OpenCart 2.0. But during checkout, if the user wants to use card payment, the card form fields are not showing.
Below are image examples
No Field to add card details
I will appreciate your help on sorting out this issue
If it's trying to render PayPal's Advanced Credit and Debit Card fields, the console should have details about why it's failing. You may simply need to enable the account for card processing. Sandbox accounts are enabled by default now.

As stated on magento official website:
Improved Payment and Financing Options These new Magento product
releases also offer better payment and financing options that can help
merchants improve conversion and sales. The Bill Me Later service
offers customers access to on-the-spot financing, so they can buy now
and pay later, with no additional cost to the merchant. Ready-made
banner ads and a prominent Bill Me Later button at checkout are
included to help promote the new service. Forrester Consulting
estimates that merchants offering Bill Me Later see an 18 percent*
boost in sales. Merchants also have an option to offer customers a
more streamlined PayPal Express Checkout experience which
automatically tries alternative payment options when a customer’s
credit card is rejected to help drive more sales.
Which Magento version do you use?
Starting with Magento 1.9.1.0 there is PayPal Express Checkout.
I recommend you to update Magento to latest version and configure PayPal Express Checkout.

How to PayPal do_direct_payment in the Philippines

Prestashop Paypal Pro Module

I want to setup Paypal such that user does not leave my site and can purchase using her credit card.
I tried the Prestashop Paypal Pro Plugin. But it seems it is only for US and Australia. I am in none of these countries.
Then I tried to setup the normal Prestashop Paypal Plugin. In the process of setting up, there is advertisement on solutions that help "Accept Credit Card Payments Today!". Such solutions are:
PayPal Payments Standard, PayPal Payments Advanced etc.
Yet, how do I set these up with Prestashop? Do I need to create a module for this? Or does something already exist?
Try PayPal Pro (Direct Payment) from presto-changeo.com (http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/payment-modules/88-paypal-pro-direct-payment.html)

PayPal Payments Standard Guest checkout

Im integrating an MVC4 website with Paypal and all has gone quite smoothly until now. However, when I click through, the buyer does not get the option to complete the purchase as a guest.
I'm using the Paypal HTML payments standard method and searched around and this page and Paypal itself said to make sure
'Account optional' was off in my profile. I'm in my sandbox profile now, but under 'website payment preferences' there is no such option. I just have:
Auto return for website payments
Payment data transfor
Encrypted website payments
Contact telephone no
Express checkout settings (just for german payment methods!)
Does anyone know where this setting is now?
The person I'm building the site does not want users to have to have a paypal account, so guest checkout functionality is required.
Unfortunately the Paypal website doesn't really help - searches for guest checkout turn up little.
Any help really appreciated.
Thanks
I'm having the same problem, I guess it might be related to your location or your customers location (Outside the US).
I have called PayPal Support and after about an hour of discussion they said something like that.
I hope that this is not the right answer (I hope there is some sort of setting we can do to change that, and we are just missing it).
also check that link it might help:
PayPal Standard not giving option for Check out as Guest
Make sure that the receiving account has verified status (eg, that you've linked it to a bank account).
Only verified accounts are eligible for guest checkout.
Another common pitfall is that you might have made a typo on the email address of the receiver.
Make sure it's the exact same one that's used to log into the PP account (or at least that it's associated, and confirmed to the account)
