I want to show only the column options from the grid elements tab to the editors group when they create a new content element. So I tried to edit the groups TSconfig.

This has no effect. How do I remove all but the column options?
Update: With your help I figured out that my problem is not about the text in the TSconfig but that it is not loaded from the backend user group nor the beuser.
The elements you want to disable are located in Page TSconfig under mod.wizards.newContentElement.wizardItems. You can see them in the "Info" module under "Page TSconfig" :
You can simply disable them by adding

I don't think that the answer from #statix will work with grid elements.
But in the settings of your backend layout, you can define what type of content elements are allowed within a specific content area:
And within the settings of each grid element you can define again, which content elements are available, e.g. to prevent nesting of grid elements.
Put this code in root page tscPage TSConfig
tx_gridelements.excludeLayoutIds=your grid id

If the menu and footer are created through TypoScript you can use conditions in TypoScript to overwrite them. For example:
lib.footer = TEXT
lib.footer.value = This is my footer
[globalVar = TSFE:id = 4]
lib.footer >
[global]
In this example the uid of the page where I want to not show the footer is 4.

A clean way would be to define different page-layouts and assign them to the pages where these elements are not desired. With fluid partials you could recycle most parts of the page and depending on the layout render footer and menu.
As you get a nice inheritance mostly the fields backend_layout and backend_layout_next_level are used. You will find a lot of examples.
fluid handling could be found in typoscript backend_layout_next_level not working.
For templa voila (=TV) you can use a similar attempt: select different TV-templates depending on these fields.
Duplicate the given template, remove footer and menu and insert the new template to the set of given templates.
On a sub page I am inheriting multiple content elements from a parent page. Now I need to hide one of them, while keeping the rest untouched.

One idea would be to use TypoScript to hide the output from the respective content element or plugin.
Identify the responsible element for the output using TYPO3 ADMIN PANEL.
Create a new template for the page (List view) and add the necessary configuration in the Setup field.
Below is an example:

I'm kinda new to typo, so maybe I am just missing something.
I'm trying to add a third content field to Typo3 4.5.
What I've done so far.
Edit my template and added a new block
Added the block via TemplatVoila > Update Mapping > Modify DS / TO with Element Preset "Page-Content Elements [Pos.: 0]
Mapped it to the new block in the template
But I am missing something as the new field isn't showing up in the Page edit screen.
EDIT: I've found the Block in the "Edit page properties" but how to show it on standard edit screen?
Any added content area will appear automatically in your TV-View-module. So if you dont see it in there, then
you may have duplicate fields names
wrong column positions
or the existing template is using a »beLayout«-section, which shows only the first two content areas (see example in reference http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/templavoila/ExtTemplavoila/StaticDataStructures/ExampleForBelayout/Index.html)
The TemplaVoila template is split into TS (TemplaVoilà Template Object) and DS (TemplaVoilà Data Structure) records, may you paste the content of the field „Data Structure XML“ of the DS record here? In there are all necessary information.
The two template files should be located in your general storage folder, your TypoScript root file should be there as well.
I have 3 different kinds of in my website, and I want to give be able to give different classes from the backend using the RTE from the Text Element. It should look like this:

I thought I should use one of the 3 boxes from the RTE, probably "blockstyle", but im not sure how to add new options to this dropdow. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
The standard RTE editor (rtehtmlarea) populates the class list by parsing the CSS file that you set for it so all you need to do is to define ul.type2 in that CSS file. See the manual of the extension and search for contentCSS property. Example:
RTE.default.contentCSS = fileadmin/template/rte.css
Note that you might have to set it also for each table, e.g.:
RTE.config.tt_content.bodytext.contentCSS = fileadmin/template/rte.css
This depends on your configuration and whether you already have default settings (RTE.default) copied into other configurations. See Info -> [page] -> Page TSconfig -> RTE. for your current settings.
I need a content element that cointains apsects from the "Textpic" and the "Media" content elements.
Basically I need the whole palette of input masks of the textpic CE (headline, rte text, images) plus the media tab (swf, mp4, mov) from the media content element.
This special requirements for our project comes from the need that we can only use one content element for our specific javascript content slieder. So I can not use like a Textpic and underneath a media CE. No it really has to be just one CE which can handle the textpic + the media CE stuff.
Generally I ask you: Is there already a extension, trick, modification or a framework which I can/should be use to achive that i can "fusionate" content elements? Like an "all-in-one"-content element, a multi content element?
Ps: I do not use Templavoila. My Typo3 version is 4.5

Follow step 2 and 3.
You'll also need to add a specific rendering config in Typoscript ie: tt_content._your-ce_
But it can be copied from out of tt_content.textpic and tt_content.media. You can find the expample typoscript of before mentioned CE's in: typo3/sysext/css_styled_content/static/setup.txt. Just don't alter it there, but make a copy and alter in your own file.
As you seem to only talk about reusing already exisiting fields, you really only need to change the backend interface (big keyword: "showitem"). You'll need the database names of the fields (peek into the tt_content table of some records where you know the contents), alternatively visit the module Admin Tools / Configuration, select TCA in top dropdown menu, open tt_content and columns.

You might also want to make a new type (the above recipe is for changing a preexisitent), but I'm sorry, I'm currently out of time for explaining that. It's not very hard, though, and the castiron link by Koopa will help you on your way.
Perhaps you can wrap the content column in another div? You can use that outer div for your content slider. Now you actually use all content elements seperately, but combine then for usage.
