How to compile emacs 26.2 with gnutls on Centos 7? - emacs

I try to compile Emacs 26.2 on Centos 7. So I run
./configure
But the script complains:
configure: error: The following required libraries were not found:
gnutls
Maybe some development libraries/packages are missing?
However yum tells me that gnutls is already installed:
Package gnutls-3.3.29-9.el7_6.x86_64 already installed and latest version
What else do I miss to compile Emacs with gnutls support?

Try installing the package gnutls-devel. While the gnutls package contains the files needed to run a program that uses GnuTLS, gnutls-devel is needed to compile a program using GnuTLS.

nvim treesitter compilation error while loading

This error comes while i open nvim
I copied config from my old pc and pasted to new pc,
the same config worked in other pc

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++
You need to install GNU Standard C++ Library (libstdc++).
You didn't mention your Linux distribution but on a Debian one, you can install the libstdc++ with command sudo apt install libstdc++6

CentOS 7 install Octave 4.0.2 with GUI (OpenGL support)

I'm trying to install Octave 4 from source code in CentOS 7 but I got the warning messages:

I have checked this QUESTION but it didn't help.
I have also done yum install libqt4-opengl-dev but got an error No package libqt4-opengl-dev available.
I have got mesa-libGL and mesa-libGL-devel, but it seems like the configure cannot pick up these libraries.
Edit: answer to my own question
please see comments below the question.
I know that it's an old question, but I wanted to leave it in case if someone is still looking for an easy way of installing Octave 4.x.
The easiest way to install Octave 4 is to use Flatpack. It's installed by default in CentOS 7.
flatpak install flathub org.octave.Octave
flatpak run org.octave.Octave
If you're using Red Hat you need to install flatpak it first:
sudo yum install flatpak
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

PHP :mbstring module install

I have tried to install the mbstring module for PHP. I have entered the below commands:
yum install php-mbstring
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl restart
Module is now installed but the errors has not dissapeared.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_send_mail()
In my phpinfo(), "mbstring" doesn't exist...
OS: centos 6
PHP: 5.3.8
How did you install PHP on your system? The PHP version currently supported via YUM install is 5.3.3, but you said your PHP version is 5.3.8 which leads me to believe that you may have compiled PHP manually. If so, you will have to recompile with the --enable-mbstring flag.

Compiling MongoDB r2.0.2 on ubuntu 10.04 resulted in error

I am compiling MongoDB from source with instructions from http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/Building+for+Linux
I ran into this error after ran "scons all":
rty/js-1.7/jsscan.c
third_party/js-1.7/jsscan.c:112:22: error: jsautokw.h: No such file or directory
third_party/js-1.7/jsscan.c: In function 'FindKeyword':

scons: *** [third_party/js-1.7/jsscan.o] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors
I am on a 64 bit ubuntu 10.04. gcc version 4.4.3 (Ubuntu 4.4.3-4ubuntu5), scons version is:
script: v1.2.0.d20100117.r4629, 2010/01/17 22:23:21, by scons on scons-dev
engine: v1.2.0.d20100117.r4629, 2010/01/17 22:23:21, by scons on scons-dev
Does anyone have the same problem? There are similar errors reported for this jsscan file in earlier versions, but has been fixed since.
Dude it worked! Do this:
sudo apt-get remove xulrunner-1.9.2-dev xulrunner-1.9.2
curl -O ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/js/js-1.7.0.tar.gz
tar zxvf js-1.7.0.tar.gz
cd js/src
export CFLAGS="-DJS_C_STRINGS_ARE_UTF8"
make -f Makefile.ref
sudo JS_DIST=/usr make -f Makefile.ref export
Then run scons all again
There is no need to uninstall "xulrunner-1.9.2-dev" and "xulrunner-1.9.2" as it's also uninstalls other packages you may need later.
Just install the newer version of scons package (I used for it scons-2.1.0).
Download scons-2.1.0.tar.gz
Install it and use the installed one instead of the scons v1.2.0 repository package for Ubuntu 10.04.
It worked for me without any additional tricks.

Perl PPM Manager

I am running Windows 7 x64 bit OS and I am having trouble installing any packages through PPM Manager. For example, it's saying:
MIME-Base64 marked for install
Installing package ...
Downloading MIME-Base64-3.13 ... not found
Installing package failed
ERROR: 404 Not Found
This happens when I try to install any package. What could it be?
