Cannot find any modules - Ionic 4 - ionic-framework

I have woken up and opened VS Code today just like any other weekday, and to my surprise ALL of my imports now have errors.
Any import at the top of typescript pages all have red lines underneath with the error message: "Cannot find module 'module_name_here'. ts(2307)".
Even imports from #ionic/angular give errors. What has happened here and how do I resolve this? Thanks

Seems like the node modules folder is corrupted, If the error still persists after you remove the folder, and run npm install , try and make a new project and import everything in there.

Exception has occurred: ModuleNotFoundError in VScode but no other editors

This error occurs in VS code for pip installed modules.
Exception has occurred: ModuleNotFoundError
It was working on all previous days.
I believe that i may have deleted a *.pyc file or something to this extent.
If i do pip freeze i can see the module.
For example import tweepy could not be resolved, but i can see that it exists in pip freeze tweepy==3.10.0 and i can see with python --version that i have the correct version Python 3.9.0.
If i run the same on IDLE (python3.9) the code works, which leads me to believe that this is a VScode issue, but i cannot tell what this is or how to fix it.
In fact, if i recreate new folders in VS code, the imports work too.
So the quesiton is, how can i identify where (which folder or file) the corruption is or what has caused VS code to break in this way ?
One solution (which works) is to recreate all the folders and subfolders.
It is also noted that this is not specific to python as seen here:
https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/10391
There is also a suggestion here (which is close, but did not resolve the issue):
vscode import error for python module.
I have noticed that if I use File -> Close folder and then File -> Open Folder... and open the project folder again, the errors are
gone.
VStudio may be using a different python interpreter. Just click here and select the proper one:

So I was going to work on an Ionic app that I was working on last year and I didn't change anything in framework or anything. So I launch the command "ionic serve" and my app crashes saying a lot of imports don't work like in the picture:
I've tried installing rxjs-compat (even though I haven't updated rxjs) and still doesn't work.
I just did "npm i" just in case something was missing and then launched my app.
Does anyone know what could be the reason that is making everything crash?
Looks like you got unexpected updates.
Please check root directory of your project, if npm i didn't work it means you don't have package-lock.json. If you have it - try to delete node_modules and execute npm install again.
Also check whether yarn.lock is there, then you need to use yarn to install proper packages.
Without yarn.lock and package-lock.json you can only guess suitable versions.
If you remember a date when it worked - try to check which versions were actual then on http://npmjs.com/ and specify them explicitly in the packages.json without ^ or ~ prefix.

React Native Error Advice - The development server returned response error code:500

I am using React Native and encountered the following error on my android emulator
I am new to React Native and was coding in App.js. I watched a tutorial online on how to use react-navigation so I was following it and created a homestack.js file. My app.js file was still working perfectly fine at this point.
I added code to homestack.js and then imported it to my app.js file but that's when this error popped up. This error was not resolved when I commented out all of the code on homestack.js nor when I commented out the import on my app.js file.
I followed the instructions on the error (clear watchman, delete node modules, yarn install, yarn reset cache) but this also did not resolve the issue.
The fix:
Since none of the above fixed the issue, I removed the homestack.js file from my root folder completely which then fixed the issue. What I did not expect however was that when I put the homestack.js file back into the root folder to see what would happen, the app ran again fine with no issues. It was as if the error never happened.
I guess my question is, what was the actual issue here? Why did taking the file out of the folder and then placing it back in fix the issue? I ran 'npx react-native run-android' after every step of the above fix process so the issue was not because the emulator was running an old version.
Following this error, You have imported react-navigation-stack without install the package. You can install the packge
yarn add react-navigation-stack #react-native-community/masked-view react-native-safe-area-context
or
npm install react-navigation-stack #react-native-community/masked-view react-native-safe-area-context
To know more https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-navigation-stack
After install the package clean project by executing command cd android && gradlew clean, then debug your project.

Swift - no such module PureLayout with manual installation AND cocoa pods? Its impossible?

I've tried everything. EVERYTHING. I have no. idea. what Im doing wrong here.
Ive downloaded test projects and followed every step under manual installation AND install using pods here: https://github.com/PureLayout/PureLayout#problems-suggestions-pull-requests
I already have Parse and some other modules installed via pods so I first went to pods. I first went to my pods file and wrote
use_frameworks!
pod 'PureLayout'
JUST as the working sample projects did. I then navigated to my project (I think I did this right - went to terminal did cd Desktop then cd my project name, didn't think I had to cd anywhere else) and ran pod install . After this nothing happened in terminal (I got no response no matter what I did) and no PureLayout files were added to my project.
I still got no such module Purelayout when trying to trying to import PureLayout so then I tried manual.
I have dragged the files here https://github.com/PureLayout/PureLayout/tree/master/PureLayout/PureLayout into my project and imported in my bridging header:
Tell me if Im missing something. I still get no such module - even checked in my build settings that it had the right bridging header. I can continue without this and have no ideas - What am i doing wrong?
Is this an impossible problem?

PyDev: "Unresolved import nltk" When running, pydev imports it

I want to get rid of this error message and I want to have the benefits of auto completion and suggestions. PyDev obviously does find nltk, because when running it from inside the IDE it works. Not only from console.
Surely someone needs to know why I got this "unresolved import" error message but on the other way when clicking on "run" it works perfectly well.
#TheGT seems to be on the correct path, though I found the instructions a little confusing. My solution:
Project->Properties->PYDEV-PYTHONPATH->External Libraries
Add source folder (button)
/Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/nltk-2-0/4-py2.7.egg
Obviously, your path, version, etc... could be different.
Here's what seems odd.
There's a button to add zip/jar/egg and that doesn't want to work correctly with the nltk...directory...egg. The nltk egg behaves like a directory in the chooser (i.e. continues to drill down rather than return).
On the other hand, the source folder button does allow you to choose a folder... so I chose the egg and that seems to work.
It seems like the nltk egg is not configured correctly for OSX. And, depending on how it is accessed, it can behave like a folder or a final destination.
NOTE: Adding the nltk egg into the external libraries path of your project makes the error go away. But adding the egg into preferences>PyDev>Interpreter does not appear to resolve the problem (on it's own).
I faced the exact same error when I was trying to use nltk in my project. I did 2 things to resolve the unresolved error to go away.
I added the setupctools**.egg file (the file that is used to install nltk in mac/*nix systems) as an external library
[Project->Properties->PYDEV-PYTHONPATH->External Libraries]
I am using Eclipse Indigo, and Python 2.6.1 on my mac btw.
I restarted the eclipse
Bam! - the error goes away.
Although, the error is not there anymore, I would like to know why Eclipse was behaving this way. The strange thing to note was that when I tried to run the program, the program did run successfully, even though eclipse marked "import nltk" as unresolved import.
