I am using Microsoft Bing Maps for my mobile app project. The API which I am using is REST-Imagery Metadata. It shows on my account that it is billable after 25 hits. 490 hits have already occured. If the API is billable, how the billing is happening and what is the criteria for payment? Someone please clarify in detail.
It's buried in the Terms of Service - but you still get a certain number of "billable" transactions for free provided you're making a mobile-app, even a commercial app, if it's available for a non-Microsoft mobile device platform (i.e. Android and iOS). I imagine because it's free advertising for Bing Maps when users would otherwise be using rivals Google Maps or Apple Maps respectively.

If you are using the Services in an Application for commercial, non-commercial (except for Education or Non-profit use) or government use under these TOU, without entering into Standard Terms, then your Application must be available on a website or a mobile app running in a non-Microsoft Windows operating system, and must not exceed (i) 125,000 cumulative Billable Transactions (which will be free of charge) as defined in the Documentation, per calendar year or (ii) 5 queries per second, calculated as the sum of client-side and server-side queries. If your use will exceed these limits, please contact us to license additional transactions
It looks like Microsoft will deactivate your account or block further requests once you hit that limit of 125,000 transactions/year and then you'll have to register for paid access and provide payment method details.
If you are using a basic Bing maps dev account than you will get 125k free transactions per year. Those billable transaction in usage report will be billed from your free limits. You don't have to pay anything until you exhaust the free limits. I found the below text from the Bing maps documentation.
"Only billable transactions count towards the free-use limits for Basic keys, and Enterprise keys are only charged for billable transactions. Non-billable transactions do not incur charges and do not count towards free-use limits. To determine if your application will qualify for free use and for info about licensing and transaction limits, please see the Bing Maps licensing page and review the Bing Maps Terms of Use."

This may be a silly question, but I can't seem to find a direct answer on Zoom's developer site. If I am developing and integrating an application for clients to allow them to schedule and manage webinars as a part of my regular (web based) business software offering, and then provide/distribute that application to my client for them to use, will the charges (from Zoom) for meetings and meeting time be made to THEIR Zoom account or to MY Zoom account? And is there a way for me to specify or configure whose account is billed for such time? Or is it all keyed to my own SDK key?
A company sells products/services, any customer that enters into an agreement to purchase those products/services, can access the company's website. Once logged in, the customer can see on a map, the location of their offices/branches by address. We are estimating the page accessing the API requests at 100 / day.
Google requires a premium plan to use their geocoding API, I confirmed this with a Google sales rep. However I am struggling to determine what plan is appropriate if Bing's map API was used, and unfortunately the online quote request I submitted, the email was bounced back to me, saying inbox was full lol !

I want to monitor employees interactions inside companies. In the case the company is using Gmail, I was thinking about using https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/email-audit/.
But i still have some questions regarding the "lawful" purpose and I'm wondering if Email Audit is the right API if my purpose is to monitor in real-time emails knowing there will be at least 10 000 emails/day to monitor.
If you check the Usage Limits and Quotas:
Limits and quotas protect the Google infrastructure from an automated process that uses the Email Audit API in an inappropriate way. Excessive requests from an API might result from a harmless typo, or may result from an inefficiently designed system that makes needless API calls. Regardless of the cause, blocking traffic from a specific source once it reaches a certain level is necessary for the overall health of the Google Apps system. It ensures that one developer's actions cannot negatively impact the larger community.
To answer you question, if your goals falls under this description - Google Apps Email Audit API Developer's Guide:
The Google Apps Email Audit API allows Google Apps administrators to audit a user's email, email drafts, and archived chats. In addition, a domain administrator can retrieve account login information and download a user's mailbox. This API can be used only for lawful purposes in accordance with your Customer Agreement.
Then the answer would be yes, it is the appropriate API to use. If you are thinking about the 10000 emails/day, you might want to check if it is reasonable to ask for quota increase.

We have a resource of our client with more than 10 000 000 sessions (not hits) per month. Is it possible that they will contact our client soon and ask him to use a paid account in Universal Analytics (or to reduce the data volume)?
I've had this conversation a while ago and yes, if your clients exceeds the hit quota on an ongoing basis Google reserves the right to contact him an make him either buy the commercial version of Google Analytics, reduce the processing volume by implementing a sample rate limit (which would mean you client does not track all their visitors) or, after a period of non-compliance, terminate the account. FWIW, they assured us that they would never shut down an account without prior notice as long as messages to the e-mail-adresses in the account in question elicit a response.
we are developing services on IBM Bluemix and are working in multiple Bluemix orgs. We’ve noticed recently that the SendGrid free plan no longer is available (isn’t listed in the Select Plan dropdown). We see only Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Is this a bug? Was the free plan intentionally removed? #BenRondeau et al.

I'm not sure how the integration is with Bluemix, and if there's an interface within orgs for SendGrid that you're referring to, but you can easily get it the old fashion way: from the settings page on SendGrid's site. I made a free account just yesterday and am currently using it today without being billed.
