How can I copy script from Rundeck server to a brand-new Windows Server

One of the requirements is to keep remote Windows Server intact.
No third party software allowed (no WinSCP, etc).
So we configure Windows Server with WinRM and allow remote access, AllowUnencrypted=true, Auth basic=true, etc...
Then we create job and execute command on Windows server like "ifconfig" successfully.
When it comes to executing inline script or copying file - Rundeck is trying to copy script/file to remote Windows server.
By default:
plugin.script-copy.default.command=get-services
where "get-services" seems to be free-form text rather than executable.
If we want to use SCP or SSH instead, here we have problem -> Windows Server doesn't have WinSCP or SSH or Python installed by default.
Is there any way to copy/deliver script to target/remote Windows Server 2008 using embedded capabilities only (no third-party software allowed) ?

You can use the WinRM plugin (AKA "Overthere WinRM"), configure it, and use the copy file step on your job workflow (keep in mind that you need the 1.3.4 WinRM plugin at least which support copy file).
You need to download the plugin and put it in Rundeck the libext directory.
Add the Windows resources.xml entry (for "Overthere" WinRM plugin):

Set WinRM as your default node executor / default node file copier, and use the copy file step on your workflow like this.
So, this is important: the WinRM plugin isn't in active development (and Rundeck 2.6 branch is out of support/maintenance), the best way to deal with this is to move to the latest Rundeck version and use the PyWinRM plugin (out of the box with Rundeck, on active development and easiest to configure compared by the old "Overthere" WinRM plugin) and use the copy step as the same way.

OMS to patch Non azure VM

I have servers on Azure and I am using OMS to patch the servers, which is working fine. How ever there are many servers which are non azure like Laptops, Is it possible to patch the Non-Azure VMs from OMS?

Yes, it is possible. You need install OMS agent on your local VMs.
However, if you want to use Update management, there are some prerequisites that you need to be satisfied. You could refer to this link.
1.The solution supports performing update assessments against Windows
Server 2008 and higher, and update deployments against Windows Server
2012 and higher. Server Core and Nano Server installation options are
not supported.
2.Windows client operating systems are not supported.
3.Windows agents must either be configured to communicate with a Windows
Server Update Services (WSUS) server or have access to Microsoft
Update.

How can I setup a cell and collective in Bluemix

I'm trying to setup a cell and a collective in a WAS for bluemix service. I've found a few steps online for generic liberty setup, but nothing specific for a bluemix collective or cell. Can someone point me in the right direction?
At a high level, you should be able to do the following for a Cell:
Login to the Admin Console as wsadmin
Create a server.
Open all the ports on each host for each server created by running the openFirewallPorts.sh script. Below, you will find the standard ports for a new server given that only one server exists on each host You may need to open more ports for additional servers on the same host since ports can be unique per server. Try the following:
cd WAS_HOME/virtual/bin
export serverPorts=2810:TCP,2810:UDP,8880:TCP,8880:UDP,9101:TCP,9101:UDP,9061:TCP,9061:UDP,9080:TCP,9080:UDP,9354:TCP,9354:UDP,9044:TCP,9044:UDP,9443:TCP,9443:UDP,5060:TCP,5060:UDP,5061:TCP,5061:UDP,11005:TCP,11005:UDP,11007:TCP,11007:UDP,9633:TCP,9633:UDP,7276:TCP,7276:UDP,7286:TCP,7286:UDP,5558:TCP,5558:UDP,5578:TCP,5578:UDP

Start your server.
Deploy your application.
There are a few slight differences for a Liberty Collective, but again, at a high level, you should be able to try the following:
Switch your user to wsadmin or ssh to your host using wsadmin / password
On each host, create a server and join it to the collective. Be sure to use the full host name of the controller for the --host parameter.
cd WAS_HOME/bin
./server create server
./collective join server --host=yourhostname --port=9443 --user=wsadmin --password=xxxxxxxx --keystorePassword=yyyyyyyy
Accept the chain certificate (y/n) y
Save the output from each join so you can paste it into each host's application server.xml file before deploying your application.
Install the features required by your application on each host. The features listed below are an example.

JBOSS 7 Monitoring Tools

Any good suggestion for Monitoring JBOSS 7 in Production ? I would also like to configure alerts based on certain condition. Of course , It has to be Open source.

You can use standard JConsole that comes with JBoss dependencies added. It's used to monitor your servers state and mbeans, it's very useful.
To test it on localhost start your server and then run the JConsole from your server/bin directory and select JBoss in the Local process selection.
To use it on "remote" server, start your server on "REMOTE_HOST" and then run JConsole from an JBoss/bin directory and connect with the followin string
service:jmx:jmx-remoting://REMOTE_HOST_NAME:9999 (or the port you use) and enter the username and password.
Secondly, for more detailed info of objects creation, memory leaks, CPU% (profiling) there is another one as:

You can try to use free open source APM like scouter.
It shows very useful realtime performance information of every request.
And also you can set a threshold of resources and can make plugin for alerting to external.

After installing opensips(It will be better if i won't have to use opensips control panel) how can add users and can make test call.

Instead of using the Control Panel, you can use opensipsctl in order to add new subscribers. All you need to do is:
opensipsctl add liviu#opensips.org mypassword

I've tried to do a fresh setup of opensips on a virtual machine to test the functions. The provided packages on Jessie branch of Debian (which is supported by Ubuntu 14.04) is not included MySQL database deployment.
For a quick test I'm using the DBText as DB engine, and using command to add user will not succeed. Because the DBText engine requires email field, however the opensipsctl interface doesn't understand, so we should add some subscribers by adding some lines to Subscriber table, basically is located under path /usr/local/etc/opensips/dbtext, e.g:
1:brian:192.168.186.129:password:123456:xxx:xxx:xxx
2:julia:192.168.186.129:password:123456:xxx:xxx:xxx
Example above using the ip which is the virtual machine ip.
