Can these tool crawl Linkedin data in order to get results for this kind of query?

"Facebook Analytics for Apps" documentation provides an API to export our data: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/analytics/export#faqs
They say "we don't support exporting demographic data at the device level".
I want to download my demographic data (gender, age) at a global level (no need for device one) but I found no way to get it with the API.
It is possible to download a CSV next to the charts they are displaying: did someone manage to get it programatically ?
You can get aggregated demographics such as age,gender,language,country for events via the App Insights API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/application/app_insights/.
We are building in my company a tool to manage Social Networks Accounts like facebook and twitter and we want to create tools for most of the important functions.
For facebook, I am in charge to create a tool to replicate the boost post feature on Facebook fan pages, but I can't find the that API they are using to get the reach estimated.

I would like to run Facebook ads through the Ads API programatically. I believe I need to apply for becoming a Facebook PMD to get access to the API.
Question:
(1) Is there a way to access Facebook' Ads API through someone else's API (some other PMDs)
(2) Is there a way to retrieve the campaign statistics through APIs without the PMD status?
From talking to some friends that are a relatively new PMD Facebook does not want to add to many PMD and are actually considering enabling PMDs to offer APIs to non-PMD developers.
I have not seen the first company do this publicly, but I would rech out to medium sized PMDs to see if they are open to this.
Not really, without being a PMD you wont be able to access data via Ads API.

My interest is how much user information I can access when having users connect to my website through. Comments, shared links, uploaded photos, data from other facebook applications used by the user?
Have a look at the Graph API ..or the old REST API for an idea of what you can access via Facebook APIs.

I'm trying to find a source for Facebook Application statistics. I'm most interested in getting a comprehensive list of the applications in the system, and how many monthly active users each app has. I know this information is available on each application's page, but aside from crawling Facebook, is this information available somewhere, or via Facebook's API?
