Episerver CMS form "Multiple or single choice" when the field is required. The asterisk is displaying on the options.
Is there a way that the asterisk(*) should be after question, not the options?

As far as I know the asterixes in your picture have been put there manually. Simply rewrite your labels

There are no official plugins that allow such interactive elements to be added. TinyMCE is a text editor that is built to create blog posts, articles, etc. By design, it is not a page builder. However, there may be some unofficial plugins on GitHub that may implement such features.
If you are going to insert forms and text areas that should not be edited or reconfigured afterward, you can use templates. They may come as any valid HTML. Thus, some fixed forms can be just saved as templates.
Another way is, of course, inserting HTML directly into the code.
I need help with mouse over content of the HTML export from Enterprise Architect. I would like the HTML output from Enterprise Architect to also contain the 'Notes' of the element when I mouse over them. Currently this is not possible with the standard HTML export from Enterprise Architect.
Actually there is no way to see the contents and tags of the element if it has a composite child structure except for you have to find it in the side window like project browser and then click the individual object from there.
Please let me know if there are some ways I can achieve these.

I don't think the mouseover option is possible since the actual clickable areas are not related to the elements, they just redirect to the elements page.
But when clicking on an element on the HTML model, it should show you its details :notes, attributes, diagram, etc...(If it shows you the diagram, rest of the content should be below it)
Joomla is pretty good CMS but, is there any way to create custom template which will be joomla supportable ?
If I understand your question you want to convert an existing template that isn't even a Joomla template. If that is the case I found it very hard to do, of course depending on where the template was coming from. I ended up taking a template for Joomla 1.5 and starting from that. (Although the ja_Purity is a messy one when it comes to the CSS, looking back I would should have started with another one....)

i am building a webapp that will have notes fields all over the place, but i dont know what kind of markup i should use.
these are my requirements
User must be able to change the text style (bold, italic, underlined)
User must be able to create bullet lists
User must be able to create numbered lists
User must be able to change the font-size or use pre-definded headings
User must be able to add links
User must have a WYSIWYG - Editor that hides the actual markup
the last one is the most important requirement, my target users struggle even with word, so using markup style input like here on stackoverflow is not an option.
so what kind`s of markup do you know that fits ans has some fancy WYSIWYG - Editor?
if you think that i missed a important requirement please feel free to suggest it.
