Flutter app with a web view deployed to the web - flutter

Seems like it should be something simple. I'm converting a mobile app to have web support. There are a few pages within the app that use WebView to display things such as terms and conditions and FAQ's.
As the WebView widget only supports ios and android from what I can tell, how should I do this? Of all the platforms you'd think the web was the easiest to do this!

ok, just after posting I came across IFrameElement which looking at this link https://medium.com/flutter-community/flutter-web-and-iframe-f26399aa1e2a should make it possible.

Does Flutter have a good way to share code between mobile and web applications?

I'm looking for a good tool to develop to Web and Mobile.
A friend of mine recommended me to learn NativeScript/Angular because with that tool is possible to write the services, models, and controllers only one time and create specific views for Mobile and Web platform, sharing almost 100% the business logic code.
But I think that native script is not so hyped as flutter and maybe flutter could be more used in the next days, so I'm searching for this type of tutorial (sharing logic between Mobile and Web) in a flutter, but I'm not sure if this is really possible.
I saw something about BLOC pattern, but I am not sure if this is the correct solution for this type of project, or even if it is possible to write logic code only one time and specific "views" for Mobile and Web in a flutter.
Can anybody help me with this issue?
Thanks in advance (and sorry about my English, I'm not fluent yet)
That's the whole propaganda of flutter. The framework is made to write one code and run everywhere (android, ios, web, desktop). So you definitely are on the right path.
Unfortunately flutter web is a bit unstable right now and maybe you can face some difficulty.

How to create facebook mobile application navigation bar?

does anyone know how to make navigation bar like facebook navigation bar on web mobile application (using sencha touch)?? really wants to add that navigation bar on my application.. thanks a lot.. :)
here's the example:
Checkout lungo.js. It's not Sencha, but their kitchen sink shows exactly what you are looking for.
Have a look to this little library. It is a really EASY Framework implementation (javascript, CSS3, HTML5) about how to build this kind of applications with a pretty sidebar such Facebook one.
Download "jbackbone-mobile" from here,
https://github.com/mjromper/jbackbone-mobile
and see this demo from any browser (device or desktop)
http://lab.ochio.com.es/jbackbone/index.html
Cheers,
you can use Jquery mobile, the panel thing they have is exactly that and it can be just used the same way.
My problem with lungo.js is that their framework is slow on mobiles(my android tablet and my lg viper 4g lte under wifi and 3g) so they might have the thing and the look you are looking for, but go with jquery mobile developers and using their panels is even better than Lungo.js and if you are a designer you can figure it out things from there.

Is it possible to create a widget for iOS?

I'm a little bit confused now. There is a weather and stock widget on the iPhone. Is it possible to create such a widget yourself? I don't want to talk about new features in iOS 5 here. I only want to know it in general (iOS < 5).
Here I found the introduction guide with the help of Dashcode.
Wikipedia also states that this is not possible. I always thought it would be.
So are there only web apps and native apps possible?
PS: What is a widget exactly? A combination of native app and HTML, CSS, Javascript? Only HTML, CSS, Javascript? A cocoa application?
No, iOS does not currently allow the creation of widgets. The weather and stock widgets you're talking about were created by Apple. There are no APIs to write your own.
As of iOS8, its possible. 3rd party apps will be able to create widgets for the notification center.

This isn't a Guide for iOS Widgets, it's Guide for Mac Dashboard Widgets.
You can't
create iOS Widgets
change how the iOS Notifications Appear
With Dashcode you can create Web Applications for both iOS and Mac. It's a combination of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Those Web Applications are only available on the Web (e.g. Safari). If you wan't to create a native App you have two possibilities:
Create a real native Application in ObjC
Create a Web Application (e.g. with Dashcode) and load it into a UIWebView, this requires also ObjC.
Advantages
Web-only Application (Browser-App)
You don't need a Apple Developer Account
Easy to port to Mac and other Smartphones
Unreal-native Application (Browser-App in a native App)
Easy to port to other Smartphones
It feels like a real native app
Your app is on the App Store
Native Application (Real iOS-App)
You have full access to the iPhone Frameworks (e.g. Contacts.app)
Your app is on the App Store
Disadvantages
Web-only Application (Browser-App)
The user needs to know your URL
You're not in the App Store
Unreal-native Application (Browser-App in a native App)
You need to pay 99$/year for an Apple Developer Account
It could feel like it's not a native app
You have not the full access to the iPhone Frameworks except you use something like PhoneGap or ObjC
Native Application (Real iOS-App)
You need to pay 99$/year for an Apple Developer Account
You can't port your app easy to other Smartphone
You need to learn ObjC
No, currently thats not possible. But you can, and should, file a feature request at bugreport.apple.com so that this issue gets some attention.
There is no reason you can't create a widget like component using javascript and display it in a uiwebview. This works equally well in android and iOS
A few years ago when I was involved with java server pages development I put together a tutorial of using dashcode to wrap java or javascript components.

Which tools is easy and good to design app for android and iPhone?

I would like to design a app for android and iPhone. App will consist of min 10 text pages and search function at the top. which tool is better for designing such a app.
Thanks for help in advance.
If you're trying to create an app that will work on both platforms, the only real choice is to create an HTML5 Web Application (skinned for mobile devices) that can work offline.
If you need some guidance, I would check out:
Mobile HTML5 - Tutorial: Your First Mobile HTML5 App
The second part of the tutorial discusses how to make your app available offline.
Titanium Appcelerator seems to be a good way to do that

is there an iUI for the Android

Im developing for both iPhone and Android. For iPhone im using iUI to show what the user interface would look like from a browser. Does anyone know if there is a similar javascript/css library which would allow me to mock up the Android interface?
I think you can just use iUI. This guy has an Android theme for iUI - go to Theme Switcher and select Android to see what it looks like.
Not sure what the license is on the css. You should probably ask him.

Hi! Good choice :)
The Android theme for iUI is not perfect to me but you can use it at its current state.
This theme is now part of the iUI official source tree so feel free to grab it using Hg on the Google code project page. Since it's now part of iUI, it's released under New BSD license.

Have fun :)
Im actually using that to do the
development on the phones themselves
but need an admin page on an ordinary
web site that can simulate what the
controls would look like on android
and iphone.
Then you should also dynamically replace all form elements with custom designed divs, for both iPhone and Android.

Yeah, there is no Android version, per se - but iUI works just fine. I use it for web-based apps on both Android and iPhone all the time.
jQTouch is also a good solution, but it's considerably less attractive on Android, simply because the page transitions are all geared toward iPhone.
I noticed that the default phonegap (now cordova) app looks alot like an android app. If you want some quick and dirty try that maybe.
Heres a png screen shot:

The code associated with this book has the equivalent to iui, more or less:
