Moodle 1.9 stopped being supported nearly 9 years ago.
Upgrade to the latest version (Moodle 3.10) and you should find this problem is fixed (along with a vast number of other fixes and improvements).

problems with importing Landsat7 pictures into QGIS via SCP

im using the semi-automatic classification plug-in in QGIS to create a landuse and landcover classification for Guatemala in the year 2000.
Now the problem is, that the searchengine in this plug-in tells me, that there is no data available.
I tried it for the first time half year ago and everything worked: I go several pictures from the Landsat7 mission. (satellite pics form March 2000)
Now i tried it again but it seems like the pictures are gone.
Can anybody help me? :)
Thanks!

Nutch - How to crawl only urls newly added in the last 24 hours using nutch?

I'm using Nutch 1.7 and everything seems to be working just fine. However, there is one big issue I don't know how to overcome.
How can I crawl ONLY urls newly added in the last 24 hours. Of course we could use adaptive fetching but we hope there would be another better way that we are not aware until now.
We only need the urls that are added in the last 24 hours as we visit our source-websites every each day.
Please let me know if nutch can be configured and setup to do that or if there is a written plugin for crawling only urls added in the last 24 hours.
Kind regards,
Christian
you gain your new urls by parsing HTML!
there is no way that you could specify an anchor's lifetime by parsing an
<a>
tag!
you have to have a list for old urls in your DB so you can skip them!

Where can I find classified documents for Mongor bundle in Laravel?

I have been searching the internet for 4 hours, yet could no find any good documentations on how to use Mongor in Laravel. Any references would be appreciated.
I not believe there is any documentation for Mongor, the last change made by the author was in July 2010 (except merging pull requests up to 4 months ago). The only post I can find that may be of any help is:

Facebook timeline no postings before 1970-01-01

I am administrating a company FB channel and currently I am trying to upload images of the brand's history. However, the upload feature freezes when I add an image or posting prior to 1970-1-1. I guess that's an issue with the database and related to the UNIX timestamp. Does anyone have a hint for me?
They are possibly using epoch timestamps which can not contain dates prior to 1/1/1970. In anycase... This is a bug and should be reported to Facebook at their Bug System
For what it's worth, text posts and milestones can still be backdated before the Unix epoch, just not photos or videos.
I've had the same problem too for almost on two months. (Three bug reports didn't change anything!)
I can confirm that milestones can be placed before 1970. Thanks. I have sent numerous bug reports to FB about the problem with photos with no results. I guess no one over 42 works at Facebook.
It appears that Facebook is only using epoch timestamps to determine IF they want to save the date now.
Before I could set the date to before the UNIX timestamp, and they still appear correctly. However, if you want to change the date you can only choose a date of 1 January 1970 or later.
It amazes me that this bug still hasn't been fixed.
Yes, thank you! posting milestones do work prior to 1/1/1970 including with photos. I added a milestone and tried both adding a photo (from the existing photo gallery) at the same time as posting the milestone and editing the milestone after it was posted to add the photo. Not tried video yet (as I don't have any moving images prior to 1970!). See FB for Swords Aviation. You do need to set the start date of your timeline prior to the date you want to post of course.

Joomla EasyDiscuss and UTF-8 alias issue

I'm using Joomla EasyDiscuss component for running a discussion community. And that is for Bengali. Unfortunately the component isn't supported for UNICODE alias, as I invested already, at this moment it's not possible to move to another one. And their support told me that they will release a fix with their next release. So now can anyone help me by suggesting a temporary fix?
Thanks in advanced.
I presume you mean the EasyDiscuss extension by StackIdeas, which runs on top of the Joomla content management system. (i.e. it's not really correct to say the "Joomla EasyDiscuss" component; the Joomla folks didn't make EasyDiscuss.)
StackIdeas announced version 2.0 of EasyDiscuss on January 9, 2012, after you posted your question. I don't see anything on their site which says that version 2.0 supports the full complement of Unicode characters, or languages beyond Western European, or international use, or anything like that.
However, I was able to get on their demo site and create a category Testing Only テスト, which includes the Japanese characters テスト ("test") in both the title and alias. Check the link, which was copied from the demo site: the URL includes the string %E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88. (N.B. The demo site might get cleared periodically, so by the time you follow the link, this text might be gone.)
But it sure looks like EasyDiscuss 2.0 has some degree of support for non-Latin text in aliases.
There is a comment thread on the 2.0 announcement page. I've put a pointer to this question there. Maybe the StackIdeas folks will come here and give a definitive answer.
Update: the EasyDiscuss 2.0 announcement page now has this reply, which I think is official: "The latest version 2.0 already comes with unicode support and I think you have tested it yourself in our Demo page. All you need to do is activate it in the EasyDiscuss backend: Settings -> General -> SEO and click YES to allow unicode aliases. :D Thanks for the input! We will add this feature in the what's new page."
Have you tried downloading the latest version from the site? This issue should be fixed in their latest version as it supports unicode aliases.
