SCOM agent heartbeat failed on solaris 11.4 - solaris

i am using Operations Manager 2016 for monitoring a host with Solaris 11.4 OS.
after several hours (24 h), host state is changed to gray and i get this text "The Run As account does not exist on the UNIX/Linux Server. " but Run As account is valid.
This problem is fixed each time by reset SCOM agent on host. I get this error over and over again.
also service log in /var/svc/log/application-management-omid:default.log is normal.
thanks.

I finally found the solution to this problem.
In my case, this problem is due to the lack of a lsass.so library in the system.
The problem was resolved after updating this library and modifying the PAM Configuration file.
thanks.

InvalidSignatureException when calling EKS cluster

I am using ubuntu app on windows. Using this ubuntu app, I was connecting to EKS cluster till yesterday.
Suddenly, it stopped working due to below error. I searched lot and found many answers related to ntpd and system clock but not sure why this has happened now.
This is the error:
An error occurred (InvalidSignatureException) when calling the DescribeCluster operation: Signature expired: 20230219T082231Z is now earlier than 20230219T084848Z (20230219T085348Z - 5 min.)
how to fix this?
I see that system clock is correct on my windows machine but is is not getting synced correctly with ubuntu app. what commands I should run to make this successful?

Also please tell me a way to copy logs from the VM running though HyperV.
Thanks
This issue occurs when you try to back up a specific library or when you accept the default settings in Windows Backup and Restore.You may try to follow up this document to fix the issue.
There are various ways exist to copy data between a Hyper-V host and its guest machines. You can search the ways from internet, or open a new issue for help.

Connected To XEPDB1 From SQL Developer [duplicate]

I am using ORACLE database in a windows environment and running a JSP/servlet web application in tomcat. After I do some operations with the application it gives me the following error.
ORA-12518, TNS: listener could not hand off client connection
can any one help me to identify the reason for this problem and propose me a solution?
The solution to this question is to increase the number of processes :
1. Open command prompt
2. sqlplus / as sysdba; //login sysdba user
3. startup force;
4. show parameter processes; // This shows 150(some default) processes allocated, then increase the count to 800
5. alter system set processes=800 scope=spfile;
As Tried and tested.
In my case I found that it is because I haven't closed the database connections properly in my application. Too many connections are open and Oracle can not make more connections. This is a resource limitation. Later when I check with oracle forum I could see some reasons that have mentioned there about this problem. Some of them are.
In most cases this happens due to a network problem.
Your server is probably running out of memory and need to swap memory to disk.One cause can be an Oracle process consuming too much memory.
if it is the second one, please verify large_pool_size or check dispatcher were enough for all connection.
You can refer bellow link for further details.

I ran across the same problem, in my case it was a new install of the Oracle client on a new desktop that was giving the error, other clients were working so I knew it wouldn't be a fix to the database configuration. tnsping worked properly but sqlplus failed with the ora-12518 listener error.
I had the tnsnames.ora entry with a SID instead of a service_name, then once I fixed that, still the same error and found I had the wrong service_name as well. Once I fixed that, the error went away.
If from one day to another the issue shows for no apparent reasons, add these following lines at the bottom of the listner.ora file. If your oracle_home environment variable is set like this:
(ORACLE_HOME = C:\oracle11\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server)
The lines to add are:
ADR_BASE_LISTENER = C:\oracle11\app\oracle\
DIRECT_HANDOFF_TTC_LISTENER=OFF
I had the same problem when executing queries in my application. I'm using Oracle client with Ruby on Rails.
The problem started when I accidentally started several connections with the DB and didn't close them.
When I fixed this, everything started to work fine again.
Hope this helps another one with the same problem.
I experienced the same error after upgrading to Windows 10. I solved it by starting services for Oracle which are stopped.
Start all the services as shown in the following image:
I had the same issue. After restarting all Oracle services it worked again.
same problem encountered for me.
And from oracle server listener log, can see more information.
and I found that the SERVICE_NAME is not match the tnsnames.ora configured Service name. so I changed the application's data source configuration from SID value to Service_NAME value and it fixed.

TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00530: Protocol adapter error
64-bit Windows Error: 203: Unknown error
I had the same issue in real time application and the issue gone by itself next day. upon checking, it was found that server ran out of memory due to additional processes running.
So in my case, the reason was server run out of memory
first of all
check the listener log
check the show parameter processes vs select count(*) from v$processes;
increase the process, it may require SGA increase

SCCM 1802 - Scheduled deployment WOL not working, but RightClickTools WOL works

I have been trying to figure out why Wake On Lan works for Right Click Tools, but not for SCCM Scheduled Deployments.
In the wolmgr.log file I found this happening every five seconds: "Failed to get WOL inbox on AMT Proxy component. Wait 5 seconds... SMS_WAKEONLAN_MANAGER 9/19/2018 11:32:24 AM 480 (0x01E0)".
In the wolcmgr.log file I don't see any errors except this happening about four times a day, which I think is referring to the endless errors shown in the other log file: "CBaseCounter::Initialize - Registered performance counter "Total Number of Packets failed" SMS_WAKEONLAN_COMMUNICATION_MANAGER 9/19/2018 2:01:59 AM 9496 (0x2518)"
I have tried to look up these error messages and haven't found anything to help me get this resolved.
I have tried various ports, including the default (9) and 12287, currently it is on 7. We are being told to use subnet directed broadcasts by our network team due to some limitations with our Cisco network configuration.
I do have a SQL Server Agent (ADK) service that was disabled. I enabled it and it starts but turns off immediately. I don't know if that is related at all. I did have some deployment issues with Windows 7 drivers giving errors during the task sequence, even though they were installing. So I installed a Windows 8.1 ADK after seeing an article about bugs with the latest Win10 ADK and SCCM Task Sequences installing Win7 drivers. I've since then installed Win10 1703 ADK, which works on one of my other SCCM servers on Win7 deployments fine, and I was having this WOL problem before installing 1703 ADK.

PostgreSQL 8.3.7: "FATAL: could not reattach to shared memory" and "WARNING: worker took too long to start; cancelled"

We record our office IP phone activity using Xima software's Chronicall, which uses a PostgreSQL backend. The server on which both of these are installed is an ESXi 5.5 VM running Windows Server Standard 2008 SP1. For some time now, we have been getting the following PostgreSQL errors in Windows event viewer:
"FATAL: could not reattach to shared memory (key=248,
addr=02510000): 487"
"WARNING: worker took too long to start; cancelled"
These errors occur every hour or two, and always occur back-to-back in the order listed above.
Xima support has looked at the issue multiple times and has not been able to resolve it. Upon their recommendation, I have upgraded Java, disabled antivirus, and run the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool (came back clean), but the errors persist. Xima has specifically stated that PostgreSQL should not be updated, as versions above 8.3.7 are known to cause other issues with Chronicall.
Any other suggestions to resolve this issue?
I would say the company (Xima) is at fault here, since PostgreSQL 8.3.7 is hopelessly outdated.
Quoting the official Versioning policy of Postgres:
Postgres 8.3 has reached EOL in Februar 2013
Moreover, Postgres strongly recommends:
We always recommend that all users run the latest available minor
release for whatever major version is in use.
The latest point release of 8.3 is 8.3.23.
Version 8.3.7 is just not right.
Running Postgres on a Windows Server 2008 VM wouldn't be my first idea either...
