Flutter expand bottom navbar to show more options - flutter

I wish to make a bottom navbar which initially shows 5 options, out of which last option is 'more' and when user taps on it, navbar expands vertically and then show couple of more options. So, exactly what happens is that initial navbar shifts upward, and similar kind of navbar comes below it to show rest of the options. Note: I am not talking about sub-category or sub-menu kind of thing, its just that initially last few options are hidden, and becomes visible when user tap on 'more'.
I also thought to use bottomsheet through kind of show/hide on click functionality, but saw that bottomsheet comes above navbar.

Unity Panel Interaction Issue

I have two panels in unity 2d directly overlapping each other and they use scroll panels so I can scroll down. I have it set so when one is accessed, the other is pulled up, but when they swap the other panel is grey and I cannot interact with it, but when I attempt to scroll the other panel scrolls instead, even though it is hidden and turned off.
I suspect that this is a bug in the code. It's possible, that when the user presses the scroll button in the first panel, and then releases the button, the second panel's scroll button thinks, it's already been pressed by the user, when in fact it isn't.
Set it up in such a way, that when you release the button on a scrollbar (the first scroll bar), it resets the click on the scrollbars connected to it (a second scroll bar).

UI5: Floating Container that Moves as User Scrolls?

Is there a control in which I can place, say, a button in so that the button stays in the view of the user as (s)he scrolls up or down the page?
This is similar to freezing a pane in Excel.
The sap.m.Page has an option to define a floating footer
This might be an option. see demo

showing popupMenu menu on top of everything else

I am trying to create a popup menu that can be shown on top of all the other widgets I have on the screen, not something like the dialog but, I need the menu to show on top of a bottom panel of a sliding panel widget.
right now it shows underneath it and clearly is the right beaver from a code perspective, but from a UI perspective that is not good and it does hide some menu options rendering them unTappable, here is pic (a third option in the menu is being blocked) :
The menu is spawn from the three dots and is positioned exactly on top of them, it usually has 3 options. Right now, since the red bar on the bottom is a slide panel, it is positioned on top of everything and can be slides up from any page, only 2 options appear. my question is how do I make the menu go on top of the red bar, or at least maybe make it open upward instead of downward like it does here.
To make widget at the top of everything you can use Overlay, but I am not sure it is the best solution for you
I found how to do it.
The trick is to use the rootNavigation. rootNavigation is available on the showMenu method.
var Choice = await showMenu<ContextMenuOptions>(context: context, position: position,
items: items, useRootNavigator: true);

How to achieve slideToggle effect similar to facebook "New Stories" button with jQuery?

As you may know not long time ago facebook added several new features. One of them was a "New Stories" button which when clicked expands (with what I guess is a slideToggle effect) and shows new stories.
Here is the button I am talking about:
I would like to know How to achieve same slide / toggle effect and fade in effect that comes in after this button is clicked, with a help of jQuery.
I tried searching for this on internet, but all effects I found were regular slideToggle effects, I mean they started showing div from top and slided down to it's bottom (here is what I mean by regular content http://jsfiddle.net/TwxB4/), where as one facebook uses starts from the bottom of the hidden div and sort of slides to the top of it. (You will see what I mean if you check it on facebook).
Edit: I am only looking for a slideToggle effect and nothing else, I want to be abble to expand and shrink hidden div when user clicks on the link that lunches the effect.
Edit: Here is an illustration of the effect I'm looking for:
This example works the way you described, showing bottom content first:
http://jsfiddle.net/SBLNn/16/
Also full screen view here:
http://jsfiddle.net/SBLNn/16/embedded/result/
They may also do it by having the overflow of the feed hidden, and then setting a negative margin on the inner feed wrapper, then when you click they just animate that negative margin down to 0.
Does this works for you

updated version
http://jsfiddle.net/wb7h6/9/ I hope this is what you need
You want slideToggle() I think. See this jsFiddle.

Configuring a UITabBar with more than 16 items

My UITabBarController contains more than 16 view controllers. When I go in the "More" tab, I can see all the UITabBarItems. If I click the "Edit" button, I can see the 16 first icons, but there is not enough room to display more, so starting from the 17th item, the icons are only partially displayed. Starting from the 21st item, the icons are not displayed at all. And it is not possible to access the rest of the icons with a scroll bar.
By the way, this question gives a theoretical answer to my question, but does not address this practical corner case.
You need consider other modes of displaying view controllers if you have more than 5. For example the facebook app shows a revealing sidebar, maybe you need to figure out a way of displaying stuff in a similar manner.
