How to Add Xcode project to Github repository from windows environment

I am currently doing a group project for my Computational Physics module at University. The submission must be as an XCode project and using a GitHub Repository. Two of the members of the group (of whom i am not one) have Windows and no access to Swift and XCode subsequently. Is there a way in which they could open and edit the project via an online compiler and return it to GitHub as a commit?

Not really. XCode is designed for Apple by Apple, and they understandibly don't want windows users to use it. I would recommend a virtual machine like VirtualBox.

I'm trying to get my Unity 2d game ready to publish. When I build the project, there are a lot of additional folders needed to run the exe file. Is there a way I could make it to where you only need to download and run the exe file?
Since you're talking about exes I assume you're targeting Windows. You can make an installer using third-party software like Inno Setup. It can pack all files that are needed for your game into one installer file that your players can run to install the game on their machines.
Another option is to just zip the folder and make it downloadable from somewhere. Then users need to unzip the file and run the exe inside it.
What you need depends a lot on how you're distributing your game.

I'm working on WPF application based with Local database. My Question is how can I convert it into such application which would run on all PC (Windows OS. I tried to transfer whole project folder into another PC and tried to run exe (debug/bin/application.exe) but it did't work.
I'm working on Visual Studio 2013 with .Net Framework 4.5..
Thank You
In my experience, deployment engineering is two phases:
1) Dependency Analysis: What does my application need? .NET? Java? SQL Server? IIS? Files\Folder copied? Configuration setting. Shortcut?
2) How to implement/develop automation to achieve those things.
You say you copy the files over and it wont' work? That means you need to spend more time on dependency analysis.
For #2, I would start here.

IsWiX is an open source project that I maintain that makes it a lot easier to get up to speed on Windows Installer XML.
A WPF application made with .NET implies that it needs a .NET framework to be installed on the target machine. You will not be able to write your own WPF / C# installer application that is able to work on PCs without it.
You could try one of the many third party installers found on the web (e.g. http://dblock.github.io/dotnetinstaller/) or use the VS installer functionality (see Build an installer). I am not sure about the latter, never used it.

What is the migration procedure for moving from Windows system-wide Visual Studio Code to user setup?

I just upgraded vscode on windows 10 to v 1.26.1. A popup came up & said,
"We recommend switching to User Setup distribution of Code for Windows. Click here for more info."
Well i clicked & it said to download and i did. The page said,"If you are a current user of the system-wide Windows setup, you will be prompted to switch to the user setup, which we recommend using from now on. Don't worry, all your settings and extensions will be kept during the transition."
Then when i ran the downloaded .exe a popup comes up & says
So now I am worried. Are you folks sure my settings, etc. will be preserved if i click yes?
Yes, i'm sure.
User setup for Windows Announced last release, the user setup package
for Windows is now available on stable. This setup does not require
Administrator privileges to install. It also provides a smoother
background update experience.
If you are a current user of the system-wide Windows setup, you will
be prompted to switch to the user setup, which we recommend using from
now on. Don't worry, all your settings and extensions will be kept
during the transition.

Currently GWT works on Solaris... is it possible to migrate it to AIX. If so is there any online document available on the net. Please provide for the same.
GWT application not runs on Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX etc. It runs on application server like Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere. Generally speaking you need just install application .war file on the other machine.
However - there is also one more question to consider - is your application using some server specific API's

NetBeans 6.8 Collaborative editing

I remember using collaborative text editing in NetBeans some versions ago. You could edit a file from your project collaboratively with a partner, hosting a server on your computer. It was something similar to Gobby (Kobby). I think you even had a chat client.
I'm using NetBeans 6.8 now after a long time with Eclipse. I see there's integration with Kenai, but this makes no sense unless you're working on a free software project and hosting it over there.
I found this: http://collabed.org/ but it just opens a new window with shared text or something, not exactly what I'm looking for.
Any ideas if there's a way to get this functionality on NetBeans 6.8?
It looks like the Developer collaboration module was discontinued after the release of NetBeans 6.5.... at least as a stand-alone feature.
I was able to load it into NetBeans 6.8, by registering the NB 6.5 update center.
I am not sure that it will work, since I do not have a collab server to use, or an extended team to collab with.
The url for the NetBeans 6.5 update center is: http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/6.5/uc/final/stable/catalog.xml.gz.
The name of the module is "Developer Collaboration".
