SSL SYSCALL error: No error (0x00000000/0) | How to resolve this with pgAdmin4/PostgreSQL - postgresql

Getting SSL SYSCALL error: No error (0x00000000/0) in pgAdmin4 when trying to access schemas in my database. Here is what is looks like:

I resolved the error by disconnecting the database and connecting again in pgadmin.
Don't know how to do it?
You can right-click on your database and choose 'Disconnect' to disconnect and then click on the database to reconnect.

Using Wrangler with MySQL: A server error occurred when testing the connection. Error: Exception occurred while handling request: string

I am trying to connect a MySQL database via Google Cloud Data Fusion Wrangler. It's a very standard connection and I can connect and do every action with another tool (DBeaver). However, trying to connect with Wrangler, I am getting this message:
A server error occurred when testing the connection. Error: Exception occurred while handling request: string
Any suggestions? Thanks!
Please follow the instructions on https://cloud.google.com/data-fusion/docs/how-to/using-jdbc-drivers
Once done, you will be able to select the uploaded driver from the dropdown
For your requirement, you have to use JDBC Driver for connecting to MySQL database. You can use Public IP to setup connection to Wrangler.
Following are the steps to connect to MySQL database using Wrangler
Go to Hub in the Cloud Fusion instance and and select the required JDBC Driver.
Download the
driver and deploy it.
Go to Wranglers page and click on Add
Connection if you are connecting to MySQL for the first time.
Select
the MySQL database from the list of databases provided in Wrangler.
Add name and JDBC driver along with username, password and other connection arguments.
Click on test connection to check the connectivity.

Why is there an error while starting pgAdmin 4 for postgreSQL?

When I am trying to start pgAdmin 4 tool, it is showing:
Fatal error.
An error occured initialising the pgAdmin 4 server:
Failed to launch the application server, server thread exiting.
I am an absolute beginner. So please answer in details.
It seems something wrong with pgAdmin 4,but the pg server works ok,you can try to use the SQL shell under PostGreSQL, or try another version of pgAdmin.

Issues connecting to an Oracle Database 19c

I am attempting to create and use an oracle DB.
Was able to create the DB using sql plus however when I attempt to connect to it via sqldeveloper I get the following error
Status : Failure -Test failed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
When I check that all services are running I notice OracleVssWriterORCL is not running.
However upon attempting to start it I get the following error:
Windows could not start OracleVssWriterORCL service on local machine Error 0x80070005: Access is Denied
This is my first time using Oracle for DB so any help is greatly appreciated.
I should also note this is on a windows 10 VM
As stated above my listener was not running and going into cmd using the lsnrctrl start command fixed that issue but now I get a ORA-12505 error. Oh the fun of learning new things

Codeigniter connection to remote PostgreSql database

I hope someone can help. I am running codeigniter 3.05 and trying to connect to a remote PostgreSql database. If I set session to database, I get include(.../views/errors/html/error_php.php) failed to open stream error message.
No other session configuration setting generates the error. If I run a method on a model, I get the same error along with: Fatal error: Call to a member function from() on null in /opt/share/php/ci/application/libraries/ActiveRecord.php on line 295.
I run the PostgreSql client from command line and I can connect to the database ok. I am running Ubuntu 15.04 and I have checked permissions and ownership settings for Codeigniter. I had a similar problem loading the model, but, when I changed the first letter of the name of the file to uppercase, the message disappeared.
Is there a database driver that I need to change the first letter so Ubuntu can find it? Or, what else could it be?

Heroku PostgreSQL Connection reset by peer

We are using PostgreSQL Crane plan, and got a lot of log like this
app postgres - - [5-1] ... LOG: could not receive data from client: Connection reset by peer
We are using about 50 dynos.
Is PostgreSQL running out of connections with bunch of dynos?
Can someone help me explain this case?
Thanks
From what I've found the cause for the errors is the client not disconnecting at the end of the session, or a new connection not being created.
New connection solving the problem:
Postgres error on Heroku with Resque
Explicit disconnection solving the problem:

There's a Heroku FAQ entry on this: Understanding Heroku Postgres Log Statements and Common Errors: could not receive data from client: Connection reset by peer.
Although this log is emitted from postgres, the cause for the error has nothing to do with the database itself. Your application happened to crash while connected to postgres, and did not clean up its connection to the database. Postgres noticed that the client (your application) disappeared without ending the connection properly, and logged a message saying so.
If you are not seeing your application’s backtrace, you may need to ensure that you are, in fact, logging to stdout (instead of a file) and that you have stdout sync’d.
