Flutter Images problem while using network.image - flutter

need some help between the word and images, I want them to space a little bit and dun want them to touch each other.
Example like this :
The output of my own code with images :
return Scaffold(
body: SafeArea(
child: Stack(
children: [
Column(
children: [
Expanded(
child: Card(
color: Colors.grey[200],
child: GridView.builder(
primary: false,
padding: const EdgeInsets.all(10),
gridDelegate:
const SliverGridDelegateWithFixedCrossAxisCount(
crossAxisSpacing: 20,
mainAxisSpacing: 20,
crossAxisCount: 2),
itemCount: 10,
itemBuilder: (BuildContext context, int index) {
Widget widget;
switch (index) {
case 0:
widget = Container(
decoration: BoxDecoration(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(10),
color: Colors.grey[100],
),
child: GridTile(
child: Image.network(
'https://static.nike.com/a/images/t_prod_ss/w_640,c_limit,f_auto/qebbe6yb2crumsanfyu4/sacai-x-nike-ldwaffle-black-release-date.jpg',
),
footer: Container(
color: Colors.black54,
height: 40,
child: const GridTileBar(
title: Text('Sacai x Nike Ldwaffle Black',
maxLines: 2),
),
),
),
);
break;

Do not use Stack widget, just put Column, set parent base on the column.

Image list edit

I have an edit view which contains an image list.I'm using image picker to upload multiple images and created the image list.When the edit view comes I have displayed the previous uploaded images from the API and I need to edit this images(remove/add).I have done thee display and remove part but I can't use the image picker to upload more images in the edit view.Can someone please give me a solution to this.
This is the images I'm getting for edit view,
_imageGridEdit() {
return ChangeNotifierProvider.value(
value: _postGetNotifier,
child: Consumer<PostGetNotifier>(builder: (context, imgNtfr, child) {
if (imgNtfr.isLoading == true) {
return Container();
} else {
return imgNtfr.post?.images?.length == 0
? Container()
: GridView.builder(
physics: const NeverScrollableScrollPhysics(),
shrinkWrap: true,
itemCount: imgNtfr.post?.images?.length,
gridDelegate:
const SliverGridDelegateWithFixedCrossAxisCount(
crossAxisCount: 3,
crossAxisSpacing: 8,
mainAxisSpacing: 8),
itemBuilder: (BuildContext context, int index) {
return imgNtfr.post?.images?.length == 0
? Container()
: Stack(children: [
Container(
height: 150,
width: 150,
child: ClipRRect(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(15.0),
child: Image.network(
'${Config.API_URL}/file/${imgNtfr.post?.images?[index].id}',
height: 150,
width: 200,
fit: BoxFit.cover,
)),
),
Align(
alignment: Alignment.topRight,
child: Padding(
padding: const EdgeInsets.all(8.0),
child: Container(
height: 20,
width: 20,
child: FloatingActionButton(
heroTag: 'rem1',
backgroundColor: const Color(0xffED104D),
onPressed: () {
setState(() => imgNtfr.post?.images
?.removeAt(index));
},
child: const Icon(
Icons.close,
color: Colors.white,
size: 15,
),
),
),
),
)
]);
});
}
}));
}
This is how I'm displaying the images getting from image picker
_imageGrid() {
return GridView.builder(
physics: const NeverScrollableScrollPhysics(),
shrinkWrap: true,
itemCount: _imageFileList == null
? 0
: (_imageFileList!.length > 5 ? 5 : _imageFileList!.length),
gridDelegate: const SliverGridDelegateWithFixedCrossAxisCount(
crossAxisCount: 3, crossAxisSpacing: 8, mainAxisSpacing: 8),
itemBuilder: (BuildContext context, int index) {
return _imageFileList!.length == 0
? Container()
: Stack(children: [
Container(
height: 150,
width: 150,
child: ClipRRect(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(15.0),
child: Image.file(
File(_imageFileList![index].path),
fit: BoxFit.cover,
)),
),
Align(
alignment: Alignment.topRight,
child: Padding(
padding: const EdgeInsets.all(8.0),
child: Container(
height: 20,
width: 20,
child: FloatingActionButton(
heroTag: 'rem1',
backgroundColor: const Color(0xffED104D),
onPressed: () {
setState(() => _imageFileList?.removeAt(index));
},
child: const Icon(
Icons.close,
color: Colors.white,
size: 15,
),
),
),
),
)
]);
});
}
what I need is to use the image picker images and the edit displaying images from the API to show at the same time.

GridView.count() doesn't scroll - Flutter

I want the Card widgets to scroll horizontally, but it's not working. I've tried and changed GridView to ListView.
Adding physics is not helping either.
Here's the code:
#override
Widget build(BuildContext context) {
SizeConfig().init(context);
return Expanded(
child: Column(
children: [
Padding(
padding: EdgeInsets.symmetric(
vertical: SizeConfig.blockSizeVertical * 2),
child: (Row(
mainAxisAlignment: MainAxisAlignment.spaceBetween,
children: [
Text(
'Names',
style: Theme.of(context).textTheme.headline6,
),
InkWell(
onTap: () {},
child: Row(children: [
Text('show more',
style: Theme.of(context).textTheme.caption),
const Padding(
padding: EdgeInsets.only(top: 2),
child: Icon(
Icons.keyboard_arrow_left_sharp,
size: 20,
),
),
]),
),
],
)),
),
FutureBuilder<DataModel>(
future: InfoAPI('assets/itemsData.json').getDataLocally(context),
builder: (context, snapshot) {
final data = snapshot.data;
final List<String> list = getnames(data);
return Container(
decoration: BoxDecoration(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(10),
color: Theme.of(context).primaryColor,
),
height: SizeConfig.blockSizeVertical * 20,
// width: double.infinity,
child: GridView.count(
crossAxisCount: 1,
padding: const EdgeInsets.symmetric(
vertical: 8.0, horizontal: 10.0),
scrollDirection: Axis.horizontal,
childAspectRatio: 1,
physics: const NeverScrollableScrollPhysics(),
shrinkWrap: true,
children: List.generate(list.length, (index) {
return Card(
shape: RoundedRectangleBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(16)),
//clipBehavior: Clip.antiAlias,
color: Theme.of(context).cardColor,
child: Center(
child: Text(
list[index],
style: Theme.of(context).textTheme.bodyText1,
)));
},
)),
);
})
],
),
);
}```
So, after long research I discovered that the 'horizontal scrolling' is working just fine on mobile, the problem was because I used chrome.
You can refer to [Horizontal listview not scrolling on web but scrolling on mobile] for more information.
Try wrapping your ListView/GridView with a Flexible Widget. Also Youve set physics to NeverScrollableScrollPhysics() so change it to some other scroll physics(like AlwaysScrollableScrollPhysics()) if you want it to be scrollable

Add the log name to the container and make sure it does not move while scrolling

I am writing a page in which there will be Istria events, which I could leaf through. The whole event looks the way I want it to. But the problem is that I want to add a header to this "History Event " container, in the center (which would remain in place when scrolling). I can't do it in any way, I will be grateful for your help
My Page:
My code:
Expanded(
child: Container(
alignment: Alignment.center,
decoration: BoxDecoration(border: Border.all(width: 2), borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(25)),
child: Scrollbar(
child: new ListView(
shrinkWrap: true,
children: [
Container(
alignment: Alignment.bottomLeft,
child: FixedTimeline.tileBuilder(
theme: TimelineThemeData(
nodePosition: 0.23,
color: Colors.blueGrey,
indicatorTheme: IndicatorThemeData(
position: 2,
size: 20.0,
),
connectorTheme: ConnectorThemeData(
thickness: 2.5,
),
),
builder: TimelineTileBuilder.connectedFromStyle(
contentsAlign: ContentsAlign.basic,
oppositeContentsBuilder: (context, index) => Padding(
padding: const EdgeInsets.all(8.0),
child: Text('21.09.16 \ 14:48'),
),
contentsBuilder: (context, index) => Card(
child: Padding(
padding: const EdgeInsets.all(8.0),
child: Text('история событий (тестовое событие)(тестовое событие)'),
),
),
connectorStyleBuilder: (context, index) => ConnectorStyle.solidLine,
indicatorStyleBuilder: (context, index) => IndicatorStyle.dot,
itemCount: 10,
),
)
),
],
)),
)
)
I want to do it like this
Positioned widget is what you are searching for.

Flutter: CupertinoTabScaffold with CupertinoTabBar creating RenderFlex overflow issue at bottom for TabBar in pushed screens

I am an iOS developer, So I have idea how TabBarController works in iOS. Now I am working on Flutter (First APP).
I have an App which uses CupertinoApp-CupertinoTabScaffold-CupertinoTabBar to persist BottomNavigationBar in every nested screens.
My App's hierarchy
- CupertinoTabScaffold
-- CupertinoTabBar
--- Home
---- CupertinoPageScaffold (HomePage)
----- CupertinoPageScaffold (DetailPage pushed from home)
--- OtherTabs
To Push from HomePage to DetailPage, used below code:
Navigator.push(
context,
Platform.isIOS
? CupertinoPageRoute(
builder: (context) => DetailPage(),
)
: MaterialPageRoute(
builder: (context) => DetailPage(),
));
Now on detail screen I need Column for some view and GridView.
So when GridView have more items, it gives error:
A RenderFlex overflowed by 56 pixels on the bottom.
Which is space of TabBar.
So how to manage such type of pages in Flutter, having TabBar and scrollable Widgets in nested screens?
I have followed this link.
DetailPage Code:
class DetailPage extends StatelessWidget {
#override
Widget build(BuildContext context) {
return CupertinoPageScaffold(
navigationBar: CupertinoNavigationBar(
heroTag: 'detail 1',
backgroundColor: Colors.white,
transitionBetweenRoutes: false,
middle: Text('Tab 1 detail',),
),
child: Container(
child: Column(
children: <Widget>[
SizedBox(
height: 100.0,
child: Center(
child: Text('Some Menus'),
),
),
Container(
child: GridView.builder(
itemCount: 30,
scrollDirection: Axis.vertical,
shrinkWrap: true,
gridDelegate: SliverGridDelegateWithFixedCrossAxisCountAndFixedHeight(
crossAxisCount: 2,
crossAxisSpacing: 4,
mainAxisSpacing: 4,
height: 160.0
),
itemBuilder: (context, index) {
return Container(
child: Padding(
padding: EdgeInsets.all(6.0),
child: Container(
decoration: BoxDecoration(
color: Color(0xFF3C9CD9),
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(30.0)),
boxShadow: <BoxShadow>[
BoxShadow(
color: Colors.black54,
blurRadius: 2.0,
offset: Offset(4, 3))
]),
child: Padding(
padding: EdgeInsets.all(30.0),
child: Center(
child: Text('$index'),
),
)),
),
);
}
),
)
],
),
),
);
}
}
Output:
wrap the Grid with with Expanded widget
class DetailPage extends StatelessWidget {
#override
Widget build(BuildContext context) {
return CupertinoPageScaffold(
navigationBar: CupertinoNavigationBar(
heroTag: 'detail 1',
backgroundColor: Colors.white,
transitionBetweenRoutes: false,
middle: Text('Tab 1 detail',),
),
child: Container(
child: Column(
children: <Widget>[
SizedBox(
height: 100.0,
child: Center(
child: Text('Some Menus'),
),
),
Expanded(
child: Container(
child: GridView.builder(
itemCount: 30,
scrollDirection: Axis.vertical,
shrinkWrap: true,
gridDelegate: SliverGridDelegateWithFixedCrossAxisCountAndFixedHeight(
crossAxisCount: 2,
crossAxisSpacing: 4,
mainAxisSpacing: 4,
height: 160.0
),
itemBuilder: (context, index) {
return Container(
child: Padding(
padding: EdgeInsets.all(6.0),
child: Container(
decoration: BoxDecoration(
color: Color(0xFF3C9CD9),
borderRadius: BorderRadius.all(Radius.circular(30.0)),
boxShadow: <BoxShadow>[
BoxShadow(
color: Colors.black54,
blurRadius: 2.0,
offset: Offset(4, 3))
]),
child: Padding(
padding: EdgeInsets.all(30.0),
child: Center(
child: Text('$index'),
),
)),
),
);
}
),
),
)
],
),
),
);
}
}

how to Make whole page scrollable instead to GridView Builder in flutter?

I am new to flutter and creating a screen with following code:-
import 'package:flutter/material.dart';
import 'package:provider/provider.dart';
import 'package:wallpaper/ui/widgets/card_wallpaper.dart';
import '../../providers/anime_provider.dart';
import '../../models/wallpaper.dart';
import '../../providers/wallpaper_provider.dart';
class AnimeDetail extends StatelessWidget {
#override
Widget build(BuildContext context) {
final String id = ModalRoute.of(context).settings.arguments;
final selectedAnime = Provider.of<AnimeProvider>(context).findById(id);
final selectedWallPaper =Provider.of<WallpaperProvider>(context).getByAnime(id);
final appBar = AppBar(
leading: BackButton(
color: Theme.of(context).primaryColor,
),
elevation: 0,
backgroundColor: Colors.transparent,
title: Text(
selectedAnime.title,
style: TextStyle(
color: Theme.of(context).primaryColor,
fontFamily: 'Righteous',
),
),
);
final mediaQuery = MediaQuery.of(context);
final double totalHeight = mediaQuery.size.height -appBar.preferredSize.height -mediaQuery.padding.top -335;
return Scaffold(
appBar: appBar,
body: SingleChildScrollView(
child: Column(
children: [
Container(
width: double.infinity,
height: 300,
child: Card(
elevation: 3.1,
shape: RoundedRectangleBorder(
borderRadius: BorderRadius.circular(20),
),
child: Stack(
children: [
Container(
height: 300,
width: double.infinity,
child: ClipRRect(
child: Image.asset(
selectedAnime.imageUrl,
fit: BoxFit.cover,
),
borderRadius: BorderRadius.only(
bottomLeft: Radius.circular(20),
bottomRight: Radius.circular(20),
),
),
),
],
),
),
),
SizedBox(height: 10),
Row(
children: [
Container(
height: 25,
child: Padding(
padding: const EdgeInsets.symmetric(
horizontal: 15, vertical: 0),
child: Text(
'WallPapers from ${selectedAnime.title}',
style: TextStyle(
fontFamily: 'Righteous',
fontSize: 16,
color: Theme.of(context).primaryColor,
),
),
),
),
],
),
Container(
width: double.infinity,
height: totalHeight,
child: GridView.builder(
shrinkWrap: true,
physics: const ClampingScrollPhysics(),
gridDelegate: SliverGridDelegateWithFixedCrossAxisCount(
crossAxisCount: 2,
childAspectRatio: 0.5,
crossAxisSpacing: 10,
mainAxisSpacing: 10,
),
itemBuilder: (ctx, i) => ChangeNotifierProvider.value(
value: selectedWallPaper[i],
child: CardWallpaper(),
),
padding: const EdgeInsets.all(8.0),
itemCount: selectedWallPaper.length,
),
),
],
),
));
}
}
When I run this app, the gridview is scrollable but the image at the top of it does not scroll,but, I want to scroll whole page but only the grid scrolls even though I am using singlechildscrollview. I tried using expanded on gridview builder but it produces error.How can I make whole page scroll instead of just gridview.builder.
![See the screen here]:https://i.stack.imgur.com/ClDZy.jpg
As you can see when you scroll the page only gridview gets scrolled while top image remains there. I want to scroll the page as whole. Is there any way to determine the height of gridtile?
In your gridview, set the parameter scrollable: NeverScrollablePhysics().
