AWS CodeArtifact, NuGet and Linux - nuget

wondering if anybody has worked with AWS CodeArtifact on Linux.
Per Method #1, I've installed the CodeArtifact Credential provider per this page, which seemed to have no effect.
Per Method #2, I installed NuGet (and Mono) and tried using the aws codeartifact login command, but get a "nuget was not found" message even though I can execute nuget from the shell.
Before I bang my head against any further walls, I'm wondering if this is a Windows-only type of implementation from AWS. Getting answers from them is always difficult, so I was hoping somebody around here has already walked this minefield.
THanks

Is KubeFlow still supported on GCP?

I am trying to use KubeFlow on GCP and I am following this codelab, but "click-to-deploy" is no longer supported so I followed the documentation of "kubectl and kpt". However, I keep getting this "You cannot perform this action because the Cloud SDK component manager is disabled for this installation." error and none of the solutions I found worked. I have 2 other friends told me they tried to make KubeFlow work since last year, it never worked, but I did see people post question about KubeFlow on Stackoverflow still, so I want to ask if it is still working, if so, where can I find a decent guide to follow?
Thanks!
I finally got it working. For that error message, it turned out that I just didn't install the Cloud SDK properly. There will be a lot of other issues too down the road, but at least the KubeFlow web UI is working for me now.
yes, as the kubectl and kpt says, the first step in getting prepared to install cluster is installing gcloud that is CLI that manages authentication, local configuration, developer workflow, interactions with Google Cloud APIs.
Without is you simply cant work with objects(in your case you need to enable kpt anthoscli beta) and perform tasks like
creating a Compute Engine VM instance, managing a Google Kubernetes
Engine cluster, and deploying an App Engine application, either from
the command line or in scripts and other automations..

Red gate DLM Automation binding error using VSTS

I'm using Red gate DLM Automation version 2 on VSTS. I installed DLM on the build server, it's fully licensed, and I have noth the build and release VSTS plugins installed. But now, when I perform a build on VSTS, I receive the following error message:
System.Management.Automation.CmdletInvocationException: A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'transactionIsolationLevel'. ---> System.Management.Automation.ParameterBindingException: A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'transactionIsolationLevel'.
My initial guess is that I have a version conflict between some Red Gate PowerShell libraries, but I cannot find any further information on this error. The build server is running PowerShell v4. The SQL code being built does not have any references to "transaction isolation" in it, but I don't think that's the problem. I have completed successful builds on this VSTS server in the past and am now confused what caused this error to start appearing.
Thank you!
You need at least 2.0.3 of the DLMA install on the local agent to work with the VSTS plugin - we added the Transaction Isolation Level option very recently, and VSTS auto-updates, but the DLMA install doesn't.
Sorry about that - we are looking into better update / communication mechanisms to keep these things in sync in future (or at least tell you what the problem is) but aren't quite there yet.
If you're still having trouble after updating the DLMA install on the local agent, please do get in touch via support#red-gate.com and we'll sort it out for you.

Registration of COM Components on Team Foundation Services (Azure)

One of my projects requires that a COM server be registered on the build machine. My first (and only) lame attempt was a simple pre-build step, but I assumed that would not work in the cloud, and I was correct. Problem is, I need to use this component, I only have a binary, and I'm a bit stumped as to what to do.
The error message is predictable:
The command "regsvr32 /s "path_to_dll" exited with code 5. Please verify that you have sufficient rights to run this command.
TFS Azure is in preview at the moment, so I'm not sure how many people have experience with it yet. I posted the same question on the official forums and have not yet received a response. Searching did not help either.
Silly me, just need to reference the interop assembly instead of directly referencing the native DLL. Problem solved.

Publish-AzureServiceProject is not updating files on the cloud

I have a PHP Azure project which I have to manage with Powershell cmdlets. One of these, Publish-AzureServiceProject doesn't seem to be detecting file changes so these are not updated on the cloud (even though no errors are displayed).
I have remote desktop'd into the machines and the code is definitely not updated from weeks ago.
If I deploy to the local emulator, it is fine but this is much more obvious because it displays "removing old package" and "creating local package". The cloud package definitely contains the latest files, so the packaging is working fine.
Can anyone tell me how to force the publish to update the files on the cloud and more importantly, why this is not happening? Also, if I force the update, will it deploy to a new box and get a new IP Address?
Thanks.
It seems to work now.
I have removed and reinstalled azure libraries from my machine and created a new project from scratch and copied the original files over into it. I have not included diagnostics (not sure if that's an issue) and I have modified the Publish-AzureServiceProject script to select the subscription each time before it publishes.
It is possible that the subscription confusion was not helping (I have two Azure subscriptions and it might have used the wrong one at some point and done something weird) and also it was possible there was some conflict with various versions of the Azure SDK since I have been using it for over 6 months but at the moment, all is good.

I'm running on eclipse helios, but when i try to install new software and enter url repository :http://dl.windowsazure.com/eclipse

Unable to connect to repository http://dl.windowsazure.com/eclipse/content.xml
Connection timed out: connect
How to solve this, i very need it to deploy my first app on Windows Azure platform
Help me to solve this, please
Now i try to runnning azure project on Cloud Azure, but why when i try to upload cspkg file and cscfg file, the process always timeout, whereas connection is running normally when i look on ping -t
this is message when i try upload on azure hosting service :
Uploading the selected package has failed, please verify your network connection and try again.
How to solve this issue ?
it's very strange error. >-<
I think there is some problem with your network connection as I have just tested the same download location and it does work perfectly fine as below:
As you can see below I am using http://dl.windowsazure.com/eclipse URL to download the Java specific Azure components:
After that once I select "Next", the following two components are listed to be installed in my machine:
Microsoft JDBC Drive 3.0 for SQL Server (This will work with SQL Azure)
Windows Azure Plugin for Eclipse with Java
I am sure that the problem is specific to your network connection so please have it corrected.
Yes, it's foolish of me, i forget to shutting down my proxy server on My compute. After i disable it,everything gonna be alright :D
Thanks
surely I haven't meet this situation before , but just for your additional information..
Have you follow this step on installing azure #eclipse? like .net version must be >= 3.5
here are some source link for your help http://www.windowsazure4e.org/download/
I haven’t worked with Windows Azure Java SDK. But the error message is complaining the file C:\Users\workspace\AzureFirst\emulatorTools\ResetEmulator.cmd cannot be found. It would be better if you can check whether the file exists. In addition, the call stack points out you’re using Windows Azure SDK 1.4. Please try to upgrade it to 1.6 to see whether it works fine. You can find SDK 1.6 on http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28045. Please install WindowsAzureEmulator and WindowsAzureSDK. The WindowsAzureLibsForNet is not needed if you don’t want to use .NET.

Ming Xu.
