Mongo DB Can't connect with compass using Nginx Stream Module - mongodb

Question

I'm using my local home server as it connected with domain using CloudFlare and Port Forward from my local router.
php, mysql, nodejs every website is working well.
Even mongo DB can connect with nodejs codebase which hosted on the same server and used connection string localhost:port rest string
But when I tried to connect with it Compass, it throws me error
Server selection timed out after 30000 ms
I used this piece of code in nginx.conf

Can anyone please help me ?
I used mongo DB version 4.xx ( Because my Home Server Processor is Intel Core 2 Duo ) and can't support latest mongo DB.
And I used Compass Version 1.30.1 (1.30.1) ( On Mac OS )
And also I open port in router setting for port forward like
External Port = 81
Internal Port = 81
Internal IP = 192.168.29.119 ( My Home Server Assigned IP by Router)
Protocol = ALL

Problem Solved
One of my mate, name Suman told me that
Server have own ufw firewall, and it's blocking the incoming port.
When I allow the port 81 then mongodb now connected with compass.
