How to translate SQL Outer Apply to Linq - entity-framework

I am having issues trying to convert this SQL statement with Outer Applys to Linq. I have read and tried lots of examples with no luck getting anything to work. Could someone please show me an example of how to write this into a Linq statement?

Postgres Error: missing FROM-clause entry for table

I have a query and am using left joins. I have the left join clause as follows:
left outer join ( select pup.brokerage_code, pcz.zip, count (pup.aggregate_id) as VerifiedAgentCount
from partner_user_profiles pup
join partner_user_roles pure on pure.user_profile_id = pup.id
join profile_coverage_zips pcz on pcz.profile_id = pup.id
where lower(pure.role) = 'agent'
and pup.verification_status like 'Verified%'
group by pup.brokerage_code, pcz.zip) vac on vac.brokerage_code = b.brokerage_code and pcz.zip = bcz.zip
However I am getting the error message saying that I am missing the FROM entry clause for "pcz" however I aliased the table in the join clause so I am not sure what is wrong.
You have defined the table alias pcz within the sub-select however the alias no longer exists when the outside the sub-select. At the point you have used it the appropriate alias is the one for the entire sub-select, in this case vac. So: vac.zip = = bcz.zip

Postgresql - How to make NOT LIKE + SELECT statement, comparing two columns between tables

Hit a bit of a brickwall here, I haven't found anything that seems to work.
SELECT *
FROM glsltransaction gls

INNER JOIN apvendor ap ON ap.vendorid = gls.acctid
INNER JOIN glchartofaccounts coa USING (acctdeptid)
WHERE h.description <> gls.description
AND h.description not like || ap.name || '%'
AND gls.description <> ''
This line here AND h.description not like || ap.name || '%' is what i'm having issues with.
I get the following error when trying to run that statement above:
'Error occurred in running query from editor : ERROR: operator does not exist: || text Hint: No operator matches the given name and argument type. You might need to add an explicit type cast. Position: 563'
I'm effectively wanting it to function like a.column not like b.column%
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

ALL query in Ecto

I need to translate the following SQL to Ecto Query DSL.

WHERE u.id = 3 AND

WHERE otc2.user_id = 3) AND
otc.inserted_at > (now() - '180 seconds'::interval);
In the third AND statement of WHERE clause, notice there is an ALL query. Ecto seems to not have corresponding function in Ecto.Query.API.
How to apply such aggregate? What is the correct way to implement this, though it could be implemented by having a lookup on debug logs of the Ecto, do you have another idea (or suggestion)?

Ecto does not allow subqueries in expressions, and you're right that there's no all in Ecto's Query API, but you can use fragment like this:
where: ...
and otc.inserted_at > fragment("all(SELECT otc.inserted_at FROM one_time_codes otc2 WHERE otc2.user_id = ?", 3)
and ...

I am fairly new to linq and am having a problem translating the following sql to linq:

or you can make a IQueryable, but in my personal criteria the complex queries I prefer to write in native sql
