TinyMCE v4 Insert link dialog had an option where you could click the empty Url field and it listed all headings included in the content. When you selected one of these headings, then an id attribute with a generated id value was automatically added to the selected heading tag and a link was created to that heading id. You can see it in action at basic example from TinyMCE v4 docs.
To reproduce
Go to the basic example from TinyMCE v4 docs.
insert the cursor in the editor
hit +K to display Insert link dialog (or right click and choose Link)
click or double click the empty Url field
an autocomplete list of all headings present in the content is provided to choose from
select one and push the Ok button
A link is inserted to the selected heading

Is this feature still available in TinyMCE v6?
Or has Tiny introduced regression at v5 and/or did they fail to mention that this is no longer supported?
I expected this to be available in TinyMCE v5 and TinyMCE v6, but it isn't.

This regression was not mentioned in any of the upgrade docs or release notes.
Is it possible to get lyric info for a track from the Deezer api?
I'm looking for time-tagged data for a karaoke app. The deezer site itself clearly has this available and makes use of it to show karaoke-style lyrics, so the data and access exist, but it's not described anywhere in the api documentation.
They actually do have an API, but it's hidden. You will need a basic understanding of searching Deezer first (which is easy as hell), once you can search for a song and get the ID from that search, use
https://www.deezer.com/ajax/gw-light.php?method=song.getLyrics&api_version=1.0&api_token=[api-token]&sng_id=[song-id]
To get your API key, you can use inspect element on deezer.com. Open Inspect > Network > reload the page > click on (most likely) the second entry > scroll down to "Query String Parameters" > copy api_token and use that in the link above.
The docs for the Deezer search API can also be found here.
Unfortunately, the lyrics are not available on our REST API.
In Drupal 7, My Facebook feed is displayed in a View. The mapping is set for title to title and body to body. But the Facebook post is getting truncated at80 characters followed by (...) example: EmC’s Direct-Hire Construction team was recently honored for achieving more tha...
i mapped a bunch of items to the Body but still doesn't show the whole paragraph? The view and CCk type is set up to display the full node and not the teaser. Should I use a Parser or add a embed field? My Flickr feed is doing the same thing. I am using the Drupal 7 and the Feeds module. My Youtube and Twitter feeds work fine.
open your database and check body fields of this content type - if it consist from 80 char, the problem in creating field from feed (maybe that's some nuance of facebook api).
if body consists of more than 80 char - you have the problem with views setting, maybe it's adjusted to show body field like teaser or limited to 80 characters.
Whenever I try to tweet a message containing a custom URL to Twitter using oAuth, the message is posted as plain text including all HTML tags
For example I want show the message as:
this is mysample tweet.
and this is my link: my web address
Twitter doesn't support rich text, it is plain text only. You especially can't set the link text for a URL. The only possibility which could come close is to use the cards feature for supported clients.
I am building an RSS Reader. Some of the existing ones out there (for example, Pulse News for iPhone/iPad) have a search box where you can search for some term (example - "sports") and it will return a list of feeds that match your search criteria. So in this example, you type in "sports", and it searches and then comes back with ESPN.com's news feed, Yahoo! Sports' news feed, etc. etc.
After initial research, I found out that Google feed API does the same.
https://code.google.com/intl/fr/apis/ajaxfeeds/documentation/reference.html#findFeeds
However, I cant figure out how to use the google feed api. It returns the xml that i need to parse but the part I am confused is how to call the API and where to catch the xml response. Can some one post a tutorial or some help on how to integrate it.
Found a suitable solution with "Google Feed API" itself. They also have a JSON API(wow!!) which returns the JSON file for any query fired..
