Adsense - "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [or-ieh-01]" - adsense

My Adsense was working fine since last 7 years. One fine day I tried to change the bank account from Individual to Company bank account. Since then I am getting the error - "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [or-ieh-01].
I have tried-
Submitting the valid documents for the new bank account.
Reverting to the old working bank account (with the valid document for that account).
Deleting both the accounts and then try adding any of the bank account.
Neither of the above worked. Now my earned amount is stuck and I cannot use other Ad providers also as they required Google Ad Manager that is linked with a working Adsense account.
Please help me resolve this issue.

You're not the only one. Unluckily this is a known issue since mid-2021 and still unresolved. The cruel truth is, that there seemingly only exists a generic answer to this issue:
Try the path described on the official GooglePay issue fix site. Do exactly as demanded and double-check everything. In most cases that will work.
If that doesn't work contact the GooglePay Support. That's meh but you probably won't have another choice.
Or you might, as written in the official issue post, "try to use another form of payment or bank account for now".
You have my sympathy :-/
Edit: As mentioned in the comments below further ideas would be:
In case you're using it, disable VPN while you're using GooglePay as it seems to lead to conflicts.
Associate a new mail address.
Not sure, how esoteric that is, though. Those ideas came up after talking to friends and some web research.

Have you tried disabling adblocker and trying again?

PayPal: "The email address for the business is not present in the encrypted blob. Please contact your merchant". How to fix?

My code for my PayPal integration has worked for a decade or so with no problems.
Today I've generated a new public certificate as the old one was due to expire. I did it exactly the same (documented) way that I've always done it, and uploaded it to PayPal. Stupidly, I deleted the old one before testing the new one.
And now I get this message when I try to make a purchase:
The email address for the business is not present in the encrypted blob. Please contact your merchant.
Any idea what's happened? My only thought is that PayPal are trying to force me into using a more modern way of integrating their payment gateway with my site, and are giving this error based on me having a newer public cerficiate now. But PayPal, if that's really what it's about, have a link to a help article on the subject FFS!
I'm stumped, any suggestions welcomed.
If you have this problem it might be worth checking the file permissions of your new private key. Mine was 600 and needed to be changed to 644 to match the old outgoing file. Problem solved.

Creating Sandbox Accounts Not Working

When creating sandbox accounts through the developer.paypal.com dashboard, either individually or with Bulk Account Upload, the accounts that should only have a bank account are not created correctly. When I look at the account profile there is an error notice: "We experienced some issues on our end while creating this Sandbox account. Please delete it and try again." It was the same one that I was getting on all accounts created without a hard enough password. There is no payment methods in the created accounts. I can log into the accounts and they appear to work fine except trying to add payment methods to the "Wallet" does not work. Is there anyway to find out the actual error or get around this bug?
I believe this is an intermittent issue and clearing cookie and cache on your browser will help.
If the issue still persist, you might need to file a ticket via https://www.paypal-techsupport.com/app/ask and provide all the relevant information (e.g: screenshot of the error message, browser information, etc). Their technical support will check this for you.

Soundcloud Developer Key

I applied twice in the google forms for a developer key for soundcloud to use a widget on my website. It has been more than 3 weeks and I have still not got any reply from them. What do I do?
I'm afraid you just have to wait until they respond. I have applied 3 times now and keep getting rejected and the response is a generic answer not explaining why you were denied. For me I think it is the APP URL, yet they don't explain, it is so frustrating.
Did you try email api#soundcloud.com on my first rejection they were very friendly and replied with advice, however second time they did not.
You can also try calling help on +4930467247600 however they have not worked for me.
Lastly I read online that one person heard nothing from them for weeks and checked his SoundCloud developer page under 'YOUR APPS' and his app was there set up and with the client id and secret etc. He was just never informed that he got it. So hopefully that is the story in your case.
For me it took four weeks. I contacted them via Twitter and Email. They responded but all they said was:
"As mentioned previously, we’re currently working through applications
as quickly as possible, although there has recently been more requests
than usual lately causing delays.
You should receive confirmation soon though."

PayPal Sandbox not working, transactions error in dashboard

I am getting the following error in the transactions section of the dashboard (since days, I am not able to test anything):
We’re sorry, something went wrong while fetching sandbox transactions. Please try again.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I talked to the PayPal support and it seems to be a global issue at the moment which should be fixed until tomorrow. There is another solution to create a sandbox account right now (see Unable to use sandbox accounts), but then I am not able to verify those accounts because the notification email with the confirmation link is completely broken. So unfortunately it seems we all just have to wait for it to work again.
I am seeing the same issue this morning. I am getting UNKNOWN_ERROR when trying to process via the Sandbox from .NET using SDK as well. Even the .NET Sample SDK is returning a UNKNOWN_ERROR. I sure hope they get this fixed soon.
I have the same issue on the transactions dashboard. Additionally Mass Payout's are not processed, but regular Payment's are working.

Paypal Developer - Cannot create Sandbox Business Account plus Error Messages

I am trying to set up a Paypal Dev App by first creating the two (personal and business) Sandbox Accounts. However it only displays the -facilitator.. business account with the following error message when I click on its Profile
We experienced some issues on our end while creating this Sandbox account. Please delete it and try again.
Unfortunately the check-box next to the account is grayed out and I cannot delete it. When I go to create an APP it says:
There are no sandbox business accounts associated, please create one and try again.
So I have also tried creating NEW Sandbox business accounts. When I click save I see that it has updated the Total Records by one, but it still shows the same amount of accounts (the facilitator and any personal accounts I created).
Anyone have any idea on what I can/should do? Can I re-create the whole developer account somehow?
I got this randomly all weekend and never really figured out what caused it... It did work for me though when I went back to it a day or two later.
gave me a really weird feeling about using paypal at all to be honest. good luck.
Exactly the same for me since 3 days. Getting pretty nuts about it. Yesterday the problem was different an error message was displaying on the page as : We’re sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again.
Today when I logged in I found all the test account that I have created yesterday but with no money on the account. So I have deleted them and when I recreate I get the same behavior mentionned above.
This is the notification for the first issue, didnt' find new one but guess they are working on it.

I had this issue as well, and threads all over the internet going back to 2013 which is even more frustrating. Here is what solved it; you need to fill in ALL the fields even the ones that say 'Optional' (First Name, Last Name, Funding, Notes). Then it works fine. Just someone on their end who never did use-case testing I think. In any event I am now making test accounts without issue.
