Flutter - Cannot find package in .pub-cache reference

I am trying to use tflite_flutter plugin for running a custom ml function from a tflite model. It is working fine on android but for the iOS setup, it requires us to add TensorFlowLiteC.framework on ~/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dartlang.org/tflite_flutter-<plugin-version>/ios/ folder but I cannot find this folder no matter what I do. It is not just because it is hidden, the tflite_flutter-<plugin-version> folder is not there at all.
I tried:
Adding dependency directly from git.
tflite_flutter:
git:
url: git://github.com/am15h/tflite_flutter_plugin.git
ref: v0.9.0
Running
flutter pub cache repair
flutter pub cache add tflite_flutter
Help would be much appreciated.

pod 'TensorFlowLiteSwift'
followed by running pod install in your ios folder.
From official doc
https://www.tensorflow.org/lite/guide/ios
As a developer, you are not bound to using flutter packages only. You can directly add dependencies to your podfile or build.gradle as well.
You'll find your package in ~/development/tools/flutter/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dartlang.org/

How create a grafana plugin to previous version

I am following this tutorial to create my own plugin to grafana 6.7.3.
However, at the beginning I can see:
IMPORTANT: This tutorial is currently in beta and requires Grafana
7.0, which is scheduled for release in May. Some of the features mentioned may not work for earlier versions.
So, when I go to Configuration -> Plugins -> my-plugin, I get the following errors:
Error Loading Plugin
And:
This template is a starting point for building Grafana Panel Plugins
in Grafana 7.0+
I think it is because #next param to create the plugin:
npx "#grafana/toolkit"#next plugin:create my-plugin
But, I have tried to use with no #next param and with #6.7.3 and nothing did work.
npx "#grafana/toolkit" plugin:create my-plugin
npx "#grafana/toolkit"#6.7.3 plugin:create my-plugin
Is there any way to create plugin to 6.7.3 version?

producing flutter (Xcode) testflight archive fails with multiple commands produce

need to produce an archive so we can upload to TestFlight so followed instructions in https://flutter.dev/docs/deployment/ios . my flutter runs on both real iPhone and simulator with no problem. so I produce a release version as required then open the resultant Xcode project (runner). immediately see the error

now this does not happen when I do the same against the "Flutter Hello world" app so wondering what is messed up in my Flutter app

not an IOS expert but looks like the install was not successful. little confused as the Xcode project was generated by Flutter so why is Flutter generating a bad config file. if so looks like a bug to me

Saving ios#~4.5.4 into config.xml file …
I’ve installed cocoa pods but that didn’t help.
A lot of threads tells me to do this: “Run pod repo update first. I had the same issue and it helped.” but that is only possible on OS X i think?
I have spent almost a day on this thing now. As usual the ionic documentation only says something like “Click the build button and it’s all done”. https://ionicframework.com/docs/pro/package/
I solved it by doing this steps: Package native binaries Failed to install 'onesignal-cordova-plugin' then i still got the same error and noticed it said version "^2.1.0" instead of just "2.1.0" on the onesignal-cordova-plugin error line. So i found that it still had the "^" in the version number in both the config.xml and the package.json file. When i removed both it worked!

How to avoid Edeliver deployment error: "vm.args: No such file or directory"?

Context
We are trying to use edeliver to deploy a "Hot Upgrade" of a Phoenix Web Application to a remote Virtual Machine instance.
Our aim is to build an "upgrade" version of the app each time so that the app can be "hot" upgraded in production without any down-time.
We have succeeded in doing this "hot upgrade" on a "Hello World" phoenix app:
https://github.com/nelsonic/hello_world_edeliver which is automatically deployed from Travis-CI when the build passes. see: https://travis-ci.org/nelsonic/hello_world_edeliver/builds/259965752#L1752
So, in theory this technique should work for our "real" app.
Attempting to Deploy a "Real" Phoenix App using Edeliver
Ran the following command (to build the upgrade):
mix edeliver build upgrade --auto-version=git-revision --from=$(git rev-parse HEAD~) --to=$(git rev-parse HEAD) --verbose
i.e. "build the upgrade from the previous git revision to the current one"
So far, so good. "Release successfully built!"
Error: vm.args: No such file or directory
When we attempt to deploy the upgrade:
mix edeliver deploy upgrade to production --version=1.0.3+86d55eb --verbose
cat: /home/hladmin/healthlocker/releases/1.0.3+86d55eb/vm.args: No such file or directory
Note: we have a little bash script that reads the latest upgrade version available in .deliver/releases and deploys that see: version.sh
Question:
Is there a way to ignore the absence of the vm.args file and continue the deployment?
Or if the file is required to complete the deployment, is there some documentation on how to create the file?
Note: we have read the distillery "Runtime Configuration" docs: https://github.com/bitwalker/distillery/blob/master/docs/Runtime%20Configuration.md and are sadly none-the-wiser ...
Additional Info
Environment
Localhost: Mac running Elixir 1.4.2
Build Host: Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS running Elixir 1.4.5
mix.exs file: https://github.com/healthlocker/healthlocker/blob/continuous-delivery/mix.exs
edeliver version: 1.4.4
Build tool: distillery version: 1.4.0
Umbrella project: yes.
This question was also asked on: https://github.com/edeliver/edeliver/issues/234
As mentioned by others, the vm.args file is necessary for BEAM to run the release. A default file is created by distillery during the release build process and should be located in releases/<version>/vm.args. From your log output it looks like expected directory is being checked.
Can you show us the contents of /home/hladmin/healthlocker/releases/?
Can you confirm that the default vm.args file is being created when building the release and extracting it (outside of the upgrade process)?
You also asked:
Or if the file is required to complete the deployment, is there some documentation on how to create the file?
If diagnosing the problem with the default vm.args file doesn't get you anywhere, you can also write your own file and configure distillery to use that file instead of the default. The details for this are in the distillery configuration docs. In short,
add the vm_args setting to your distillery config, which should be at rel/config.exs(relative to your project root), for example:
environment :prod do
set vm_args: "<path>/vm.args"
[...]
end
