I can't install cocoapods in M1 silicon error in unity3d - unity3d

Question

Reinstalling cocoapods does not solve the problem.
I keep getting cocoapods installation errors with iOS Resolver in Unity, and I can't build with Xcode.
I haven't been free from this problem for two months.
Does anyone have a solution?
Unity version : 2022. 1.20f
cocoapods version : 1.10.2
xcode : xcode 12
