I want to create a file from my app, then send that file as an attachment. Is this possible?

I would like to manage all incoming messages in Meta Business Suite. I'm struggling to set up Whatsapp though. The rest is working very well.
According to the Meta help page there should be a tab for Whatsapp but it does not appear.
I've set up a second page from scratch simply to test whether I can set up Whatsapp there - same result.

Dear people on Stackoverflow,
is it possible to set a default Outlook profile per machine, so for example that it doesn't matter which user logs in at the machine, they can only access one particular mail profile.

No, Outlook profiles are stored on the per user (HKCU) basis.

While researching reporting tools for Java I saw a lot of good feedback on DynamicReports. The web site doesn't exist any longer, however. Does anyone know what happened to DynamicReports?

In that case How can I send a big file on gmail without using google drive?
You could host on another file sharing website. Then provide the link inside the email. You could use OneDrive and share the file.

I don't want to download all my music to every client I have. How can I stop that everything gets synced and restrict downloading to some folders.
Check the client settings. You can remove and add sync folders there as you please.
