I have a maths related site and google created the sitelinks for my site ,
:) :) google is giving my site some priority
and i'm using the google web master tools
And there is an option to block any unwanted links from that list...
But the sitelinks are not exactly the subcategories of my site.
Can we decide what should be our sitelinks in google?
Note: I tried to create a new tag as 'google-sitelinks' but without reputation i could not create such one.
From webmaster tools:
Google generates these links
automatically, but you can remove
sitelinks you don't want.
You cannot add your own, but you can remove them.
View this page on webmaster tools for more info.

This is my site link:
www.englishact.com
This is the sitemap current position:
Google is showing no error in sitemap or any other pages. But indexed pages are 0 for about 3 months. I also have uploaded new sitemaps which are acting same way with no index.
NB:
I am using 1and1 paid hosting package. Also, google has accepted adsence for this site. Now what can I do? Any suggestions?
Your website is index on Google, i just searched for site: www.englishact.com and got many results.
Check if the links in your XML sitemap are valid or redirecting to another URL.
Also you have to solve the duplication in the URLs, you can access your website with WWW and without it, also you have two URLs for the homepage http://englishact.com/ and http://www.englishact.com/index.php
After fixing these errors your website should be healthy and Google will understand the structure of it.
I am introducing rich snippets on my site and have some questions I can't find solution:
Do I need to put main company snippet only on mainpage or all pages (contacts, social networks, etc) - I mean copy the code on all links?
How do I do the beauty two columns snippets with the main site links, and how do I define what these main links are? - Example when we search Facebook we see: Facebook Login, Facebook Register, Facebook Profile, etc... all with a brief description below. Are there the separate pages that contain snippet and google identifies the most relevant? What code to put on each page?
If you are trying to add knowledge graph items you just need to markup your homepage only. For individual rich snippet items like star ratings, breadcrumbs etc you'll have to mark each page for them to show up for all of your search results.
Contact and Social profiles as you mentioned are knowledge graph items.
In the second part I am assuming you are referring to the links below the branded search result. The are not rich snippets but are rather called sitelinks and are generated if you have good on-site structure and internal linking. Sitelinks are picked by Google itself and you have little control over them.
I have over 10,000 pages on my website. I just created a php script to automatically integrate the facebook comments widget into each pages.
However, i was wondering if there is a way to monitor the latest comments added to my website so i don't have to browse through 10,000 pages to see the latest comments.
I am also wondering if i will be able to delete comments by other users ? How can facebook tell that i am the webmaster of the page ? If some user leave nasty comments on one of the pages i want to be able to delete them
Facebook's Graph API allows you to query for Facebook data, including comments. It's pretty easy to use but does require a bit of code to make web requests, parse JSON, etc. You can pass in filters, such as only wanting comments after a certain date, which makes querying for "new comments" simple.
The API will return all comments (even those deleted by you; afaik there is no way to tell whether a particular comment has been deleted). The results are returned in pages, so importing a lot of comments can take a bit (as you need multiple round-trips). Also, there is no way to use the API to delete posts - this has to go through the Facebook web pages (or some other means I don't know about).
The documentation pages are pretty exhaustive and will explain how to get started.

My blog was successfully transferred to octopress and github-pages. My problem though is that website's search uses google search but the result of 'search' as you can see, are pointing to the old (wordpress) links. Now these links have change structure, following default octopress structure.
I don't understand why this is happening. Is it possible for google to have stored in it's DB the old links (my blog was 1st page for some searches, but gathered just 3.000 hits / month... not much by internet's standards) and this will change with time, or is it something I'm able to change somehow?
thanks.
1.You can wait for Google to crawl and re-index your
pages, or you can use the URL Removal Request tool
to expedite removal of old pages from the index.

According to that page, the removal process
"usually takes 3-5 business days."

2.Perhaps your company might consider the
Google Mini? You could set up the Mini to
crawl the site every night or even 'continuously'.

According to the US pricing page,
the Mini currently starts at $1995 for a
50,000-document license with a year of support.

I added a Google Custom Search Element to my website. I already modified the look and feel of the CSE to my website, but I can't modify the look of the ads element since it is inside an Iframe.
Does anybody know how to set-up the style of the ads Iframe? I want do put in a background color and change the font.
Thanks!
This feature seems to be available only for Google Site Search customers. If you are one, you'll be able to recieve your search results as an XML feed, and apply a presentation layer on the raw data. All the details on how to do this are available at the official Google Custom Search site.
You can try this api for AdSence search - https://developers.google.com/custom-search-ads/docs/implementation-guide?hl=en , but you can't make ads view like search results.
