I am re-factoring my application to implement the MVVM design and i came across my first problem...
Compiler won't let me bind to the Password property of the PasswordBox control.
Anyone have any ideas / suggestions.
Dunno if there is a best practices version, but here's a dirty filthy hack.
As it may be useful to others, this answer shows another possible solution for this problem: the idea there is to pass the PasswordBox as a parameter to the command that handles the password validation so that its Password property is accessible from there...

I need to build a block with data from (Symfony) Entity.
For example a carousel with last 3 item/record from database.
This block can appear in more than just a page.
I know that I can use a custom controller but is that the best technical choice ?
Do i need "Smart content" ? Read the doc but it's not clear
How i can do that ?
Thanks in advance.
Using a twig extension or a controller would definitely be the easiest way, because no sulu knowledge is required for that.
But the sulu way of solving that problem would be a custom SmartContentDataProvider. There are two main advantages of this method:
The content editor can further filter the result (in your case probably sorting and limiting)
The result is also displayed in the admin interface (Otherwise it would just be shown in the preview)
Our community is usually using our Slack channel or GitHub Discussions for support questions. Your questions will probably be answered a lot faster there, because there we can better track them.
I have found other answers to this question on this site, but they seem to be either outdated or not especially descriptive. I am rather unexperienced in website access using swift so code would be greatly appreciated.
If I already have the username and password, how do I log into a website, for example this one, using swift code.
This other SA question seems to solve the problem well: How to log into web site using uiwebview with swift?
The way I am trying to solve this issue is by creating a new View Controller and adding a Web View on to it with access to the website. There's a post here Get HTML from WKWebview in Swift that could help as you are using Swift, but without any detailing of your code this issue can't be solved completely. My solution is a bit unorthodox and frankly "bad coding", but it should in theory function well and I have seen other responses which do it similarly. Also, I would revise your question and try to make it more formal/informative so everyone could have a better chance at helping you out.
Good Luck!
Edit: Reviewing a different response
The easiest way to do this as mentioned by one of your comments would be to see if the Website you are using has an API. I used a course on Udemy which explained their functionalities if you need one. I would recommend looking at the Cocoa Pod Alamofire and seeing if it could help you (perhaps in conjunction with SwiftyJSON).
Side note:
The reason why I am not using Alamofire for my project (one similar to yours) is because I could not find an accessible API.
I'm a newbie, so this solution to my problem may be obvious or there may be no way to do this. Anyway, here it is: I have an application form that people fill out, and I need to make a url that when somebody goes to the url, the referral field is already filled out with my name.
This is the application: http://cataclysmgamingcxg.enjin.com/application
And I am trying to make the field below "Who recruited you? Be as close as possible when you give us their gamertag" to be filled out with "Gamertag23Gamer".
If somebody can teach me how to do this, or even make such a url for me, that would be awesome. Thanks in advance!
This won't work unless that site is set up to allow you to do that. Unless you know that other people have done it with this particular site, you're probably out of luck.
Is there any particular way to integrate Captch code validation in iPhone application?
is this possible to create captcha? (with or without web-service / any API)
If any kind of external library or any source is required to be imported, then also please let me know.
Any kind of link or source code is available then please suggest me.
Also suggest from where to start to do this, if possible.
Thanks in advance.
I know you probably don't want to hear this, but why do you need captcha on iPhone? It's completely useless since there are no bots or something.
But if you really need it then make some image with white background and then use this code
http://iphonesdksnippets.com/post/2009/05/05/Add-text-to-image-%28UIImage%29.aspx
to add text to the image... once you'll have this, then just check if the entered string is equal to the randomly generated one on the image and you are good to go.
I didn't find any libraries which could be used as a captcha, so I think this is probably the best solution right now.

So, I'm starting to use GWT and I am having a little problem.
I have to retrieve some information about a building and I want to show to the user a floorplan for him to choose from where does he want information to be shown.
So, I tried an imagemap, but Iit is not working. Do someone has any suggestion or example of that?
Thank you,
Mauricio
I'm sure there are a couple ways of going about this. You might want to try some extension of the an already existing class as was done here with ComplexPanel http://www.koders.com/java/fid1ACE81656C6F49C2E81126751E938A61215D6A6F.aspx?s=mdef%3ainsert
