I need to preview my iphone app icons and also need to export these for the web. I remember Apple had a tool that would take a file, apply those effects and then save it. What's the name?
Maybe you are not talking about this app, but I think it could be useful:
iPhone Icon Composer 1.0

does anyone know if there is a way to build a flutter UI just by dragging items onto the screen? Like I want a text layer, then I will just drag the text item on the screen and move it around? Like with swift?
You can try https://flutterstudio.app/.
I am personally not a fan, but it may be useful for some tests.
Like all reverse engineering tools, be careful about the generated code.
Edit : I just see that it does not work well on Firefox.

I was wondering if you guys know the name of the mono-space font on iPad's new coding app "Swift Playgrounds" that's coming out this fall. Here's the url to what the font looks like: http://www.apple.com/swift/playgrounds/. Thanks.
It's the new San Francisco Mono font. It's included in the Xcode 8 beta as the default font as well.

I need to implement creating custom gesture(like Gesture Builder in Android) in my iPhone application. So, is there any good tutorial or sample application?.
Thanks
The best thing is to watch the WWDC sessions on gestures. They're free and available through iTunes if you're a registered developer.

I am working on iMac, thinking about creating a few images for customized UIButton on iPhone app, now I wonder what would be the best tool out there that I can use. It would also be better if it's free as I am on very low budget.
Best? Photoshop bar none. Or illustrator if you prefer vector.
Cheapest? PS trial or gimp.
I use photoshop or fireworks :)
as for free versions i'd use gimp - http://www.gimp.org/
