iOS 4.3 Beta 2 Build Issue - Device Only - iphone

I just installed the 4.3 Beta 2 and now I can't build on my device (works fine on the simulator). My build settings are:
Base SDK: Latest iOS (iOS 4.3)
Architectures: Standard (armv6 armv7)
I am getting the below errors. What am I missing?
Error #1
Undefined symbols for architecture armv6:
"_OBJC_CLASS_$_UIProgressView", referenced from:
_OBJC_CLASS_$_PDColoredProgressView in PDColoredProgressView.o
....
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture armv6
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Error #2
in /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator4.2.sdk/usr/lib/crt1.o, file is universal but does not contain a(n) armv7 slice for architecture armv7
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Command /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/usr/bin/gcc-4.2 failed with exit code 1

Considering that iOS 4.3 is under NDA, as all betas are, you won't find much help here. And anyone who actually does offer you up an answer that could remotely help you, would be breaching their NDA and could be thrown out of the program. My suggestion is to take this to the apple developer forums, there's a private confidential information forum you can use there (it's in red).

What is the OS version on Device? Try setting the deployment target to 4.0

I tried deleting the framework and reading it. Still no go. To be sure I readded all of my frameworks and now I am also receiving these warnings.
ld: warning: ignoring file /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator4.2.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreGraphics.framework/CoreGraphics, file was built for unsupported file format which is not the architecture being linked (armv6)
If I deleted the frameworks and readded them from iOS4.3 how can 4.2 still be referenced? Is there more to removing the reference than deleting the .framework file?

Unable to build for simulators while working for actual device

While facing no issue with actual iPhone device, my project does not build for simulators. I get this error (which occurres for many fies):
ld: warning: ignoring file /Users/stephanedeluca/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/AladdinWorkspace-afneoinpxpyfmofvnattjgylgxgo/Build/Products/Debug-iphonesimulator/GoogleDataTransport.o, building for iOS Simulator-arm64 but attempting to link with file built for unknown-x86_64
Which sounds like mixing ARM and 86 architectures.
My VALID_ARCHS is set to arm64 arm64e armv7 armv7s i386
I tried to remove VALID_ARCHS value as stated in the following answer without success:
Xcode 13 failing building with "entry point (_main) undefined. for architecture arm64"
I also tried to delete the DerivedData folder without success either.
[UPDATE] I forgot to mention that there is no more PODs in my workspace as I replaced them by the corresponding g Swift packages.
Any idea?
I found the solution: for some reasons, the architecture for macOS being ˋi386ˋ was not longer right, as I had to change it for x86_64.
Finally, my valid architectures are now:
arm64 arm64e armv7 armv7s x86_64

Undefined symbols for architecture armv7 erros in project using zxing GreyscaleLuminanceSource XCode 5

The error in my iOS 7 project, with a Deployment Target = 6.1, that uses the latest ZXingWidget:
Undefined symbols for architecture armv7:
"zxing::GreyscaleLuminanceSource::GreyscaleLuminanceSource(unsigned char*, int, int, int, int, int, int)", referenced from:
-[SSAColorCardReader readImage] in SSAColorCardReader.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture armv7
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
The device connected to my Mac is iPhone 5S.
The project is setup as follows: In Target's Build Settings Architecture = Standard, Build Active Architecture Only = NO, and Valid Architectures = armv7.
A post that closely relates to my question and have tried the recommendations with no success is here (SO post). Reviewing this one and others like it and trying out their suggestions I still can't get past this one issue. update* Do you know what I might be doing wrong? *** The ScanTest app works when I compile it for iPhone 5S, so I'm hopeful a solution can be found.
I find a solution:On deployment target iOS7 there seems to be the need to set the compilers to C++ 11 (sdt) as well as libc++ (LLVM)
After switching those settings the build runs successfully

ld: symbol dyld_stub_binding_helper not found, normally in crt1.o/dylib1.o/bundle1.o for architecture i386 xcode 5

I created iphone/ipad app that was working well by xcode 4 and iOS6
and I installed xcode 5 and I'm trying to run my app, but it now gives me the following error
ld: symbol dyld_stub_binding_helper not found, normally in crt1.o/dylib1.o/bundle1.o for architecture i386
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
How can I fix this? hope anyone help me.
Thanks in advance.
For me, I also need to set up the Deployment Target from older version 3.0 to 7.0.
I solved it. I was forgot to change the deployment target to 7.0 and it was 3.
You need to change the Architecture is armv7 only.
if compiler is GCC, change to LLVM also,
And also need to change the deployment target 3.0 to 7.0.

iOS API Kal doesn't compile with iPhone 5

I'm using the iOS Kal API in my project. When I try to compile and run the project with my iPhone 4S or the iPhone 5 Simulator, it works perfectly but when I try it with a real iPhone 5, I get this error :
ld: file is universal (3 slices) but does not contain a(n) armv7s slice: /Users/sebliberal/Dropbox/Appli FACE 06/Version iPhone/FACE06/Twitter+OAuth/Libraries & Headers/libOAuth.a for architecture armv7s
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
I already searched for this error and I set YES for Build Active Architecture Only but I still have the error.. What's the problem ?
Thanks :)
Read this:
Framework (RestKit) not compatible with armv7s
This:
AdMob ARMv7s support
or This:
iOS - file does not contain an armv7s slice
Or one of many answers on SO and the internet.
The short answer is you need to either update your library or remove armv7s from your supported architectures.

Undefined symbols for architecture armv6

My app compiles fine on the iPhone simulator running iOS 5.0, but it fails on my older physical iPod touch running iOS 4.2.1.
I'm getting the following error:
Undefined symbols for architecture armv6:
"_OBJC_CLASS_$_TestFlight", referenced from:
objc-class-ref in AppDelegate.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture armv6
I've looked at other questions about this:
Undefined symbols for architecture armv6, Updating to iOS 4.3
But they're solutions do not work. Indeed, TestFlight.h was not in Compile sources, but dragging it to Compile Sources did not change the error message. (There is no TestFlight.m; I have libTestFlight.a in "Link Binary with Libraries"
Similarly, deleting and retyping #import "TestFlight.h" in AppDelegate.m did not change anything.
What else could be causing this compile error on my iPod?
First, a .h file is not a source file, so remove it from "Compile Sources" again.
About the error - you are probably using a version of the TestFlight SDK that does not support armv6 - they re-enabled this architecture in a recent version. Update to the newest version of the SDK and see if that helps.
Click on your project, select
Target
and then goto
Build Phases
In
Compile Sources
added AppDelegate.m, it might not be connected, compiler is unable to find the file.
