Registrar of Companies in the state in
which the company is incorporated
Best regards,
Apple Developer Support
I have not understand a line ---- Please fax one of the following forms of identity for your business...what forms they are talking about...
please help

It is a strangely-worded letter, but I'd guess they're asking for your company's Articles of Incorporation as submitted to your state's registrar, or some similar documentation your company has received from your state's registrar indicating your corporate status. Assuming you're in the US.

It seems that you have applied for the enterprise developer license. You would have to submit your company registration documents and post verification of them by Apple, you'd be given the license. The enrollment number is the number that have been given to you when you filled up the form for license.

Can US based company publish on Huawei AppGallery?

I have been researching online but I cannot find a clear statement. Is a US-based company allowed to publish apps on Huawei App Store or does the ban forbid it?
The following table describes whether the services of registration, identity verification, Merchant Service, Payment Service, and Account Service are supported in each country or region for enterprise developers. A check (√) indicates that the service is supported.
We can see that Huawei does not ban forbid on US-based company enterprise developers. US enterprises support account registration, which means they can release applications.

Creating an App.
Copyright Qualification Review Requirements.
Sure you can if you get Copyright Certificate in china. But how to do that ? Well probably best would be to pay some chinese company for that so they basically will have copyright registered on them, otherwise looks like not so easy, because of great bureaucratic wall of China.
This is good guide that actually explains it quickly:
Can I get a Software Copyright Certificate if I’m not a Chinese company?
Yes, the copyright owner can be a foreign company or legal person, but
you must submit the legal proof certified by the local Chinese
consulate or notarized by the local notary office.
So basically you can and cannot, means that you cannot on your own, you need someone from china to help you. I believe that was their intention to make it more difficult for foreigners and more profitable for china businesses. And also let's not forget number of other special rules you have to obey in terms of app user interface and functionality to be accepted on mainland China.

Integrity certification failing because Facebook thinks my domain is not verified

I've verified my domain, but for whatever reason, Facebook refuses to recognize it as such. Every time I submit my integrity certification for a financial service, I get the following message:
Thank you for submitting your application to advertise cryptocurrency
and related products and services on Facebook family apps and
services.
As a reminder, you must verify your domain(s) associated with this
application. For information on how to verify your domain(s), see our
help center article:
https://www.facebook.com/business/help/286768115176155 and our

Details on Facebook's policies for advertising restricted financial
products and services can be found here:

Prior to completing the review of your application, we must confirm
the relevant domain(s) have been verified. Please proceed with
verifying the domains submitted in your application.
It should be noted that I have attempted this over 15 times. Unfortunately, Facebook does not offer any email, chat or phone support, so I am stranded.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
In case you need to see it, this is proof that my domain has been verified, along with the added page for which I am trying to advertise.

Email about IPN certificate upgrade: Is it legit?

A few days ago, I received the following email from address paypal#paypal.com and with subject "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED: PayPal service upgrades.".
I have reason to believe it is a phishing attempt. Please find my notes in the end and try to justify why I'm right or wrong.
The only part of the mail that I removed was my name in the third line.
PayPal service upgrades.
,
As we have previously communicated to you, PayPal is upgrading the
certificate for www.paypal.com to SHA-256. This endpoint is also used
by merchants using the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) product.
This upgrade is scheduled for 9/30/2015; however, we may need to
change this date on short notice to you to align to the industry
security standard.
You’re receiving this notification because you’ve been identified as a
merchant who has used IPN endpoints within the past year. If you have
not made the necessary changes, we urge you to do so right away to
avoid a disruption of your service!
Because these changes are technical in nature, we advise that you
consult with your individuals responsible for your PayPal integration.
They will be able to identify what, if any, changes are needed. Please
share this email and the hyperlinks below with your technical contact
for evaluation.
Testing in the Sandbox is one of the best ways to make sure your
integration works. Sandbox endpoints have been upgraded to accept
secure connections by the SHA-256 Certificates.
Full technical details can be found in our Merchant Security System
Upgrade Guide. In addition, our 2015-2016 SSL Certificate Change
microsite contains a schedule of our service upgrade plan.
Thanks for your patience as we continue to improve our services.

Here's why I think it's fake:
They just address the customer by name, no "Dear" etc.
Copyright 2014? strange...
The phrase "we may need to change this date on short notice to you to align to the industry security standard" has a minor mistake (IMO, although I'm not a native English speaker) and doesn't sound like a company's policy. Talking about maybe changing a date is not professional.
The subject... come on, caps?
The links are to a strange domain, the certificate of which is issued by a different company than paypal.com's. One serves a pdf.
I think it's a pretty elaborate phishing attempt, but it strikes me that in online discussions about it (dating back many months), representatives of various companies treat it as legit.
So, am I missing something?
Yes that is a Legitimate email from PayPal.
For additional details, see this recent Stack Question:
How can I tell if my paypal certificate is SHA-256?
The PayPal Merchant Technical Support Site has additional information on the Certificate Upgrade and how to test your server.
Also if you ever wonder if an email is from PayPal you can forward the email to Spoof#paypal.com or the new email Review#paypal.com.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment ID

I don't know if it is correct to ask this question here, but I'm sure that many of you know the answer. Currently I'm in the process of applying for Apple iOS Developer Program. I filled in the Purchase Form, but I could find the Apple Developer Program Enrollment ID. I found just Individual ID, Person ID(that I used in the Purchase Form) and Company ID(don't know what it means, because I'm registered as Individual Developer).
Question: Where can I find Apple Developer Program Enrollment ID?
Thanks in advance!
It's the iTunes Store Account (Apple ID) that you will use to login in the Developer portal. If you already have one use that, if no, then create one http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2731
Why do you need the Apple Developer Program Enrollment ID?
I also tried to apply to the iOS Developer Program this weekend.
I applied, I paid and I got my activation codes. But then when I tried to activate with my Apple ID I got an error saying (in my case) they "were not able to successfully verify my identity". In that error message there was an Enrollment ID# consisting of both letters and numbers, a total of 10 characters, that I was supposed to include when contacting the support regarding this issue.
I have not seen the same Enrollment ID somewhere else in the process and therefore I assume it is some kind of internal ID for my signing up process and you should only see it/use it when you hit some problems during the process.
I had the same problem -- in a call to their customer support they said it was because my Apple ID was under my nickname, "Jim", but the developer info I entered was "James". They said a human eventually reviews these blocks, but that can take time. Just be sure to try and use the exact same info.

Changing Apple developer company/organization name

Say an independent US-based developer creates an Apple Developer account as an individual contributor. They choose a company/organization name "XYZ Apps". They never create an LLP or file any type of business paperwork other than reporting taxes.
Now the developer wishes to change the company/organization name. Apple requests "court/business" documentation verifying the new name. The developer doesn't have said docs because there hasn't been any official business name change or anything.
How can the independent developer update their company/organization name in this case?
Perhaps they can tell Apple it's just an aesthetic name change. Any feedback from people with experience is greatly appreciated!
Edit: after reading around the web it seems like creating another developer account might be the easiest route. This assumes you don't have apps with the original account where the exact name is important.
Apple does not appear to allow any "aesthetic" name changes, only a legal incorporation name or a legal corporate name change. So you may need to incorporate your business, and request Apple change your developer enrollment to a company enrollment, in order to change the name on your developer account.
