I have the following class and unit test in a PHP project in Eclipse:
I know my unit test works as I can run it at the command line:
Now I want to run this test from Eclipse. I set up PHP Unit in Eclipse like this:
However, when I run the PHPUnit tests:
It tells me that it can't include the class file:

Why would PHPUnit be able to find the class when run from the command line but not when run from Eclipse?
When you start something from the command line, the "current directory" has a well-defined meaning: It's the directory where you started the command.
In Eclipse, what is the "current directory"? It's probably the directory from which you started Eclipse or maybe the folder in which Eclipse is installed.
I haven't used PHP in Eclipse before but for other languages, I can set the current directory in the launch config somewhere. If that doesn't work, define a variable which points to your project and then use absolute paths (using that variable as a starting point).
Have same problem. Found only solution by creating tests with internal PHPUnit wizard like at this screenshot:

But following investigate show that your test case file should contain reference to tested code for example like this: require_once 'C:\Apache2\htdocs\jobeet\src\Ibw\JobeetBundle\Utils\Jobeet.php';
Other experiments with plugin config not bringing luck. So in my opinion PHPUnit from PHP Tools not well developed plugin. Consider using MakeGood plugin as better alternative.

I have a symfony project that run normal in command line:
php app/console server:run
But, I want to run inside PhpStorm. When I try to do this, it gives the fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'RemoteWebElement' not found in
I already tried to look the oficial documentation of the classe:
http://facebook.github.io/php-webdriver/classes/RemoteWebElement.html. But I didn't found information that culd help me.
I also added the compose dependency:
composer require facebook/webdriver
But had no effect!

I have:

PhpStorm 10.0.3

So, create a new symfony project (current version 3.0) and add composer dependencies:
symfony new project
cd project
composer update
Then, open this project inside of phpstorm and I configure settings for to run the project:
Settings -> Languages & Frameworks -> PHP
"PHP language level": 5.5
"Interpreter": 5.5.9
Add through plus(+) the PHP folder:
/usr/share/php
Click 'OK'
Now, try to run de project through PhpStorm by the shortcut:
Ctrl+Shif+F10.
Will appear the bug:

Solve this by this way inside of PhpStorm:

Choose: "Use custom autoloader"

I struggled with the same exact issue as you have described. After breaking my head for most of the day with this problem, I found the issue.
When you execute the command php app/console server:run in command line, it sets up a server and runs the website. However, when you run the project in PHPStorm, it doesn't actually run it as a server but runs it as a PHPUnit. What you need to do is configure a PHP Web Application in PHPStorm and run that.
Check the image below where I have configured the website. When I run the Web Application, it will run by the url and it will show up in your browser.
I am trying to create an eclipse project from a cmake project .
I used the following command

I have glib installed . actually it couldn't resolve the path i guess. wherever find is there in cmake file , it is giving the smiler errors. please i suggest a way out, i badly need to load this project in cmake. Thanks.

When you call find_package(MyPackage) in a CMake file, it tries to find a FindMyPackage.cmake configuration in its system path (/usr/share/cmake-2.8/Modules on my Ubuntu box), or in the directory you did specify as CMAKE_MODULE_PATH).
The solution to your problem is to create a directory for modules in your source tree (e.g. CMakeModules), put in it a FindGlib.cmake file that you can find using Google, and add
set(CMAKE_MODULE_PATH ${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR}/CMakeModules)
in your CMakeLists.txt before the actual call to find_package.
(your problem is not related to the Eclipse generator, you could remove that from the title of the question).
On ubuntu 11.10 I installed eclipse from repositories, installed adt and cdt plugins. I am able to compile the hello-jni example using command line, but i would like to use eclipse for the task.
I followed the guide here: http://mhandroid.wordpress.com/2011/01/23/using-eclipse-for-android-cc-development/ and defined a PATH variable in eclipse preferences (window->preferences->c/c++->environment), pointing to the ndk-r7b folder. But the project won't buid. I get this error:
(Cannot run program "ndk-build"
(in directory "/home/athos/android/ndk-r7b/samples/hello-jni"):
java.io.IOException:
error=2, File o directory non esistente)
(last line should be "no such file or directory" in english)
If I specify "${PATH}/ndk-build" or "/home/athos/android/ndk-r7b/ndk-build" as the build command. i get this:

ERROR: Cannot find 'make' program. Please install Cygwin make package
/home/lavoro/android/ndk-r7b/ndk-build: 40: dirname: not found
or define the GNUMAKE variable to point to it.
If I define the GNUMAKE variable in window->preferences->c/c++->environment i get this:
ERROR: Your GNUMAKE variable is defined to an invalid name: /usr/bin/make
Please fix it to point to a valid make executable (e.g. /usr/bin/make)
Which is funny, since It suggests the exact same directory I indicated. Make is installed and present at the indicated location.
What am I missing?
It's a bit ugly, but you can always put
/fully/qualified/path/to/ndk-build

You can't run unit tests in the browser. Maybe in the future: http://sebastian-bergmann.de/archives/638-PHPUnit-3.0.html#c4983
If you want to view the code coverage run
phpunit --coverage-html=coverage testcase.php
and then open the index.html file in the coverage directory.
Otherwise, you have to run your tests from the command line.
You may have a different include path on the command line. Check to see whether you have a php-cli.ini file in addition to the normal php.ini file. The first one will be used when you run PHP from the command line. That's probably got a different include_path setting. It might include the PEAR directory, for example, if PHPUnit was installed via PEAR.
You can use eclipse also to run phpunit.

I'd like to run Perl tests under Ant and produce XML output in a similar format to that produced by the JUnit Ant task. I tried to install the Tap::Formatter::JUnit module that I downloaded from http://search.cpan.org/dist/TAP-Formatter-JUnit/ and I followed the instructions described in the README file and the installation completes successfully.
But when running prove --formatter Tap::Formatter::JUnit exec.pl, I get the following error:
Can't locate object method "new" via package "Tap::Formatter::JUnit" at C:/Perl/lib/TAP/Object.pm line 133.
The module is named TAP…, not Tap…. Class names are case sensitive.
