my client has apple enterprise account.
apple itunes reject my account as it is enterprise account.
Can anybody diff bet this account type, i.e. developer account and enterprise account.
also how can i efficiently use apple enterprise account.
and from where i can load app using this account as itunes refuses.

You can't publish an app in the app store with an enterprise account.
The enterprise account is for in-house-deployment only. I.E. apps that are only used by the employees of the company.
So if I understood your question correctly the answer is: Join the iOS Developer Program (non-enterprise).

I am working as iOS freelance developer for one non-IT company and now my application is almost finished so I need to create iOS developer program account for their company.
Problem is that I am not employed in that company, I am just working app for them and they want me as their subcontractor to register their company on their name for iOS developer program.
So is it possible that I fill and create iOS company developer program for their company, so that they need only fax documentation and speak to Apple if they called them?
Can I be their admin, and how do I do that so they have access to financial i sales report?

You can create an Apple developer account for that company. You will have to specify a contact person and the position inside the company and some company documentation that you will have to fax later.
When they verify everything the company account will be created and you/they can check financial and sales reports by log in in the iTunes connect portal.
I recommend you use some generic company email address during the creation process like operations#company.com, so they can have track of everything going on.
You can just enroll them into this program and give them the id and password and guide them about the usage of it so that they can manage it themselves. But then that's only an option.

I've an admin account under some team in apple.
I noticing that I have no privileges to access "iTunes Connect".
Does this means that I can NOT submit applications to Apple Store?
And What can I do If I couldn't submit the app to apple store?
No, admins can't submit apps to the app store in iTunes Connect. Only the Team Agent can do that.

We want to create a Facebook application but do not want that application to be associated with a personal account. Is that possible? Is it possible to create a Business account using the company name, do not attach a personal account to it and create an application?
Facebook applications must have developers and these are can't be companies so you can't do it if your company don't have facebook developer account.
All you can do is open facebook developers for company accounts and then you can create applications.

Under a corporate apple developer account, is it possible to add more than one bank account to a given paid app and specify which percentage of the commission Apple will pay out the commissions? I'm asking because I'm developing an app with a partner, and we've agreed to split the commissions, so this kind of setup would be easy & convenient.

You can’t configure iTunes Connect this way, so the answer is likely “no,” but you can always e-mail Apple’s Developer Support team.

I own a very small legally registered company that comprise of a team of 3. I purchased an individual license early this August under my personal name. We intend to publish our first product this september under my license but have our company name and website displayed in the product. Is this allowed by Apple?

you can, but the name that will be shown will be the one who it belongs to.
You can transfer your personal (individual) account, to a team (company) account. You will need to provide Apple with legal paperwork and trademark information regarding your company.
I just spoke with apple and they confirmed I could put my company details in the game if I want to just that my personal name will be displayed on the appstore which I'm cool with. :)
You could try to transfer you personal license to your company and re-apply for the personal again. Don't know if Apple will do this but I would call and at least find out.
