Does anyone know how I may delete some APP ID I've created into the Apple Provisioning portal and that are not used (created by mistake or for testing) ? I've read some answers from last year that says that it's not possible. Seems strange... And perhaps things have changed ?
Nope, last I checked you still can't delete App IDs.
IIRC, the reason given for this is that it's easy enough to simply create a new App ID for a new app, so why bother deleting old ones (or something like that).
Also, Apple seems to have a habit of making such things permanent and un-deletable (you can't delete Apple IDs, either).
You will have to contact Apple Dev Support. I believe a client of mine ran into this issue before and with a little fuss I believe it was removed.

I have a quick question, I have lost the files and code for my iPhone app. I have my iTunes connect login details... is there any way of getting the code from my developers section?
Thanks for any pointers.
No, neither iTunes connect nor Apple Developer act as source control. You can get the provisioning profiles and create new certificates, but your code is yours to manage.
I would very strongly recommend looking into proper source control in the future (GitHub, for example).
Sorry, but I'm afraid not. The "code" you upload to iTunes connect is actually your project's binary. You can't download this from the portal, and even if you could, there's no way to transcribe it back into your original application code.

Let's assume that somehow my company manages to get the Developer name changed in the Developer Account at the App Store. In this case, what would happen to the existing apps:
Will the existing apps remain happily at the App Store without any effect?
Will I need to get new certificates from the Developer portal?
If yes, will I need to submit a new build of my Apps to the App Store?
If yes, will the bundle identifier of my subsequent releases would be different?
If yes, then how would the users be able to get updates to the apps?
Any help would be great!
I asked about it here, and we made renaming.
Non of our apps were forced to be resubmitted. We used all certificates with old names and it worked fine. I can't provide info about legal information that we send to Apple (not a coders did that), but one day we just saw another company name in the App Store and we did nothing to our apps.

i've recently uploaded my first app on iTunes Store, it's been accepted and now it's on-line.
i've downloaded some promo code (redeem) and eMailed away to let them download it free and try it.
but now i saw there was a (little) error in my app and wanted to submit a new corrected version.
my question is: what happen if apple accepts my new version, will the redeem code still work, is someone has not used it before?
i know that developer can ask 50 redeem for every version of an app, so i guess that they are linked just to that version...
has someone here an experience about that?
thanks,
luca
The promo codes are still valid (but only for the rest of the 28-day-period after they've been requested) after the update is live. See iTunes Connect Promo Codes & App Updates.

I have created an application. It was rejected by apple as it has less content.
Now I have added functionality in it. what should I do with that app? should I submit it with same id or create new id for the app?
If it's the same app, you should use the same app id. There should be no reason that you can't just re-submit it as the same app id as long as you've fixed whatever they rejected it for. Rejections happen all the time. If you've fixed what they wanted you to fix, they should accept it this time (barring any other issues).
There is no problem in submitting it with the same id.
Usually when Apple rejects your app they tell you the reason for it.
In my case, they also send me a link to the reference guide that I needed to fix my problem.

What what I understand, when you upload your first app you set the publisher name and from then on it cannot be changed.
Is this correct?
That is correct. Apple may help you if you ask nicely through e-mail, but there is no official possibility to do this.
You could try e-mailing Paolo Varani, he's helped us with the same issue before and it was fixed within hours.
The trick with Apple is to stay friendly and, above all, patient.
(or to just not make any mistakes at all ;) )
You simply cant change this name.
