I have developed an IOS application, and i have many questions to ask for you :
I have signed the app, with my own apple program account. And now my client wants that i give him the app to put it in the Apple Store, he gives to me his apple developer account.
1.1 My question is : what should i to do to sign the app with my clients account ? shoul i create a certificate to this ? what are the information needed to create a certificate ? and should i create a provisioning profile ?
In the application, i am using ssl, should i do other things because i am using ssl ? if yes what are this things ? for information i am localized in France.
Also, i am using some functionality that i am not sure they will accepted by apple, for example in the hom page of my app, i have a button to acces in the web site of my client ( the web site is not optimized for iPhone), will apple reject my app for this ?
Thanks for your answers

Here are a couple of answers:
You will have to sign the app with your client's credentials if you want to submit it to Apple through the client's account. Your client will need to add you to their account as a team member. The process for setting up credentials and provisioning is the same process as when you set them up for your self.
need more info about exactly how you are using SSL and what for.
linking to a website (no matter how poorly suited for a device) is not a rejectable offence.

Let's assume that somehow my company manages to get the Developer name changed in the Developer Account at the App Store. In this case, what would happen to the existing apps:
Will the existing apps remain happily at the App Store without any effect?
Will I need to get new certificates from the Developer portal?
If yes, will I need to submit a new build of my Apps to the App Store?
If yes, will the bundle identifier of my subsequent releases would be different?
If yes, then how would the users be able to get updates to the apps?
Any help would be great!
I asked about it here, and we made renaming.
Non of our apps were forced to be resubmitted. We used all certificates with old names and it worked fine. I can't provide info about legal information that we send to Apple (not a coders did that), but one day we just saw another company name in the App Store and we did nothing to our apps.

I am developing an IOS app for some extra facebook features that API's can provide, but couldnt't find the "rules", so dont want my app rejected by either Appstore or FB, so I want to know all policies in advance.
for example:
-Can I sell this app in AppStore?
-Am I free to use all functionality that FB API's provides how ever i want? or there are some things "I should and should not do"?
-It does not allow me to name my app anything includes text "Facebook", but I see in apple store there are apps with name Facebook text by other companies, how is that possible? (e.g. Myphone+ for facebook)
Thanks
Facebook does not ask for any commission (as you don't make any money just offer an interface from your app to access Facebook services). They have an open source iOS SDK, with reference here, which does all the authentication/authorization work. You can find the general documentation for developing Facebook stuff on mobile here. Depending on which services you want to access you will have to ask the user for Facebook permissions through the SDK. Apple have never, to my knowledge refused an app because of the Facebook SDK.

I have not submitted an application yet, however am wondering if you guys could share your knowledge and experience on the subject and tell me if my plans will work or not.
The app I have created has a registration process in the app itself that updates the applications cookie which keeps it registered. Thus in its initial stages the application will be locked and the user will then have to register on my site which will be a subscription based payment to keep the phone working.
Do you think apple will allow this? if not what suitable alternative are available.
I think you should be fine as long as you follow the review tips:
Providing Additional Info for the App Review Process
If your application requires specific settings, user registrations or account information prior to submission to the App Store, be sure to include that info in the field "Demo Account - Full Access" on iTunes Connect. This is a text field visible only to the App Review team, so the information entered in that field will not be viewable on iTunes to the general public. You can also include general instructions or other relevant information about your application which you think would be useful for the review process.

We are developing an app for a client who is currently in the process of creating their own Apple account.
The problem is they got started with the process late, and we need to submit the app ASAP for review.
Has anyone had any experience with changing the seller account after an app has been approved and is available in the App Store?
Thanks!
According to most reports, the only way to do this is to remove the app from the old account, and submit it under the new account as a new and different app. Ratings, reviews, saved settings/etc. and update-ability will not transfer, since they are tied to the app ID, and the app ID has to be a new and unique in the destination account.
Yes is possible, but you must contact people at Apple and start a quite long and procedure with papers and stuffs. Best way to start is to ask a "general app/appstore question" in the "contact us" section of iTunesConnect site.

As we are developing an iPhone app for a customer and he wants to charge for that app, we are wondering if it is possible to have multiple bank accounts in iTunes connect to have the revenues directly on the customers bank account. Whats the best practise for that?
Many thanks in advance
Stefan
It sounds like you want to distribute the app yourself on the store, rather than having the customer do it. As someone who does this kind of work himself, I can tell you that this is just silliness. Your customer should be sending you the certificates for you to sign the app, you send him the app for submission, etc. Never put this up under your account, really.
EDIT: You should tell your customer that he needs his own developer account, then guide him through getting you the certificates you need.
You need to set up another developer account in that case.
I'm not sure if you mean multiple accounts for the customer to be charged at or multiple accounts for your developer to receive their payments at.
If it is the former that sounds impossible to me (your payment is through Apple as a mediator, you should have no knowledge of customer payment methods).
If it is the latter, couldn't you either a) make a different account per app or b) talk to Apple support about this as it is a billing question?
