Please answer my query,my application is a server based application and only when connected to the server it can navigate to other screens, else the user will be restricted to only one screen. If i upload this binary, how could apple test it without a server.Do i give them the server also or do apple follow someother method of reviewing.
Please help me out.
Make a demo site and provide the details to them in the form. Make sure that they can reach it from their site, otherwise you will be rejected.
You have to give them info/usernames/passwords etc to test with, you do this when you specify your app details when submitting
You need to provide Apple with all of the details necessary to connect to the environment that you've set up for the application. See page 47 of the iTunes Connect Developer Guide for more details.

Developer Policy 1.2: Build an app that is stable and easily navigable. Some common violations of this policy include:
- Broken Facebook integration (e.g. broken share, like or comment functionality)
- Broken user experience in the app (e.g. app has broken links or user interface failures)
My app:
Using https://www.npmjs.com/package/hellojs v1.18.8 to query user info from facebook.
The request URL:
https://graph.facebook.com/v2.9/me?fields=email,first_name,last_name,name,timezone,verified&access_token=.....
calling out hello.js
hello(auth.network).api('me').then(function (json) {
App has no share, like, comment functionality and not really any user interface. Just our page offers ability to fill some data with facebook and then it remembers you with cookie.
Anyone has similar e-mail and what to do?
Our app does not use share, like or comment functionality neither do we provide any user interface for users (only the o. We are using Facebook to prefill some user data on our site.
Have the same unclear message "Platform affected: Connect Url".
I asked for a more detailed answer and received an answer the next day:
Thank you for your response.
Facebook periodically reviews the websites and applications which are on it. Your application is in its review process currently. We are required to test the Facebook login functionality in order to conclude the review in totality. However, we are unable to do so.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a Facebook integration (Login, Share and Like) on your submitted platform. To help us conclude the review process, could you kindly share the details regarding the location of a Facebook integration and how to navigate to it on your website URL.
This review is essential to Facebook as we want to offer the best experience to users as well as developers like yourself. Please help us in bringing your application into compliance by working with us.
Alternatively, you could aid us by sending us credentials of a test user which is already registered and connected to an FB account within the app. You can get all the information related to creating a test user here - https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/test-users.
Please feel free to get in touch with us regarding any doubts or queries you might have.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
My app contains the functionality of a facebook login. I made an instruction and a test user of the application so that Facebook employees could test the functionality used in my application.
Normally they write down what is wrong and explain how to fix it. If you are not sure you can reply them back and ask how to fix it. I manage to fix my issue which was similar to the one explain below by emailing facebook.

I got the same message from Facebook two months ago. In my case, I didn't find a solution in time and Facebook penalize me by deactivating the app.
Therefore, you must attend to it if you do not want the same to happen to you. Facebook uses software similar to this to check for failures on your site and assigns a score according to its performance. That's why they send you such a generic message.
I suggest you use PageSpeed Insights to receive a report on the performance of your website. In addition, the platform gives you suggestions for optimization and improvement; Surely there you will find some clue of what may be failing.
I have an app similar to ordering a taxi. It depends on somebody else answering to users request. How should I submit it to apple, given the fact that the response functionality can not be seen unless there is somebody in front of a computer to answer the request. What would you suggest?
You can put information such as this in the App's "Reviewer Notes" section when you upload your App binary in iTunes Connect to explain to Apple what they will need to do and/or what they will or will not be able to test themselves.
Now, I am going to submit my app for approving. The problem is that, when the first time logging the app, you have to enter a verification code provided by me (by email or oral to my target user). So how can I give the code for approving.
May be I could set a default verification code programmatically, but when the app is approved , I have to update the app to disable the default verification code and this lead to another approve process.
So, can someone give me some advice to solve this problem?
When you're in iTunesConnect preparing to submit your app there's a box for review notes (Source, page 49), where you can put a verification code for the reviewers to use.
iTunes Connect provides an area for Review Notes. The app tester will look at this and use it during review.
Simply put the verification code and any other information inside that area. they WILL read it.
I am developing an Application its purpose to view uploaded files on a host server, and it has a credentials that will be entered on the Login Page to authenticate the user.
My Question! when I post my application to the App Store how suppose apple is going to test or at least view my application when Apple needs enter a valid credentials that I am not suppose to know, it's private to my client.
Any guide would be greatly appreciated.
How do you test your application yourself?
There is an extra field to give the Appstore people some hints / explanation. Generally, you'd use that field to give them a demo account on the server so they can the app.
I have a link to a Facebook page from a website. I know I can use the URL scheme href="fb://" to open up the Facebook application from within an iPhone, but if the iPhone user does not have the native application installed, an ugly error message pops up. I would rather just send this user to the Facebook website.
There's gotta be a way to do this, but everything I've tried has had some short-coming:
Can't make a HEAD request to a different server
Can't run a try catch javascript function since the event leaves the client page
Can't seem to access information about the user's applications... or can I? I've read a bit about a cookie called "appInstalled" but can't find any real documentation about it.
Any ideas out there? Thanks a ton in advance.
Denis
Can a website determine if a device [iPhone] has certain applications installed ? I'm pretty sure that's a big NO because of privacy and security concerns.
Not a really technical answer, but you could change the user interface to give the user an option. For example, having:
Click here if you have the facebook application installed on your iPhone.
If you do not, click here to go through to the site.
Sorry that I cannot offer a "proper" solution, I'm not really that familiar with iPhone development.
