Cant create Eclipse WindowBuilder class

I installed the WindowBuilder plugin for Eclipse Oxygen.
When I right click on the src package of a project -> Other... however, I do not see the WindowBuilder Folder where I could create a SwingBuilder or SWTBuilder class.
I tried reinstalling it over the marketplace and the Install New Software option, but it doesn't seem to work.
Ok, I solved the problem, but it was pretty complicated (for me) and I dont know if you have to follow all steps to make it work.
My steps:
1) I updated from java 11 to java 14
2) I uninstalled eclipse oxygen and installed the newest eclipse version (2020-03)
3) I installed the WindowBuilder plugin and it worked
Note:
As far as I know, you need another plugin to make java14 work in eclipse. I downloaded Subclipse to do that.

liferay plugin for eclipse version 4.3(kepler)

I want to install liferay plugin in my eclipse version 4.3.
Is there any liferay-IDE update-site available for it?
my liferay version is liferay-portal-tomcat-6.1.2-ce-ga3
note:due to use liferay6.1 I needed to install java6 and remove java8 so I can not install newer versions of eclipse.
In Eclipse Marketplace search for liferay
Click on a search result
Click on the download icon (below the Install button)
Copy the update site URL, e. g. of the Tern Eclipse IDE (available also for Kepler): http://oss.opensagres.fr/tern.repository/1.2.0/
Note, you can install different Java versions, a new one to run the latest Eclipse IDE and Java 6 for your target application (see: Window > Preferences: Java > Installed JREs).
I just downloaded update-site 1.6.2 from https://sourceforge.net/projects/lportal/files/Liferay%20IDE/ and it did work!

Freemarker Eclipse Plug-In

How can I install Freemarker Plug-In in eclipse?
I googled it and found this site
https://sites.google.com/site/hcao2008site/development/leareclipse/install-freemarker-plugin-in-eclipse
but it did not work for me. The URL "http://www.freemarker.org/eclipse/update" as it has mentioned in #3 does not exist. Then I tried the URL "http://www.freemarker.org/eclipse/" then it worked but after installation, I added *.ftl as file types inside
Windows -> Preference -> General -> Editors -> FIle Associations but I could not find the Freemarker editor inside "Associated editors".
I am using Eclipse of Version: Indigo Service Release 1 in windows 7.
Any suggestions please???
You could try the JBoss Tools plugins available from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/, they contain the "FreeMarker IDE" which provides a nice freemarker editor.
I didn't find a screenshot of the editor right now, so I will show you how it looks like in my installation (Indigo on Ubuntu 11.10), so that you can decide if this is what you want:
I have installed the freemarker just now, here is the screenshot for it, you can just check it
You can install it, from an update site - http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/helios/
For installing, open eclipse, than go to Help > Install New Software >> add the above update site url, From the many installations available from that update site, you can just install the editor, you can just install the ‘FreeMarker IDE’ from All JBoss Tools menu. See below screenshot for help.
Jeewan#Feb 21 '12 at 21:38, you are missing the “freemarker” suffix in your link. The complete url is http://www.freemarker.org/eclipse/freemarker/ . It works for me on Eclipse Juno, OS Linux Ubuntu 12.04. #Jason#Sep 28 '12 at 6:59, I don’t understand your answer to mention the solution make more sense.
I found detailed instructions under http://freemarker.org/editors.html in the first table row ("Eclipse", "Part of the JBoss Tools Project. Install like this"). Although I restarted Eclipse as recommended, it was also necessary to reopen each file for the syntax coloring to take effect.
Since July 2016 also published on Eclipse marketplace as separate entry

This is quick way to install FreeMarker IDE plugin from JBoss Tools
http://tools.jboss.org/.
Sources are at https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-freemarker
Issue tracker is JBoss Tools JIRA
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE (specify component freemarker)
As recommended on http://freemarker.org/editors.html nightly version
is used for Neon.
For Eclipse Oxygen / Photon:
The Freemarker Plugin from JBoss Tools was deprecated in the new release for Oxygen, see changelog for JBoss Tools 4.5.0:
https://tools.jboss.org/documentation/whatsnew/jbosstools/4.5.0.AM2.html#freemarker
So I use JBoss Tools 4.4.4 instead (which was for Neon, but seems to work fine with Oxygen):
https://tools.jboss.org/downloads/jbosstools/neon/4.4.4.Final.html#update_site
Installation:
Help > Install New Software > Add http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/stable/updates/ > Expand JBoss Application Development > Freemarker IDE

How to use JavaFX 2 SDK in Eclipse?

I have installed JavaFX 2.0 SDK and now I would like to do an JavaFX application with Eclipse. But how can I use the javafx.* classes in Eclipse?
The official JavaFX Eclipse plugin seem to be for JavaFx 1.2 and outdated.
When I try to install e(fx)clipse plugin, I get this error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: efxclipse 0.0.8.201111131640 (at.bestsolution.efxclipse.feature.feature.group 0.0.8.201111131640)

There are two options:
1) EDIT: Since 7u35 (or smth near it) JavaFX was included into base JDK classpath so you can use JavaFX classes right away.
Just set up your projects to use fx libs:
JavaFX 2.0 API is pure Java. So you can create a new Java project and add sdk-path/rt/lib/jfxrt.jar to libraries to use JavaFX in that project.
For cobundled builds in JDK7 path would be next jdk-path/jre/lib/jfxrt.jar
2) Use e(fx)clipse plugin: http://www.eclipse.org/efxclipse/index.html
You can use e(fx)clipse! You can find it here: http://www.eclipse.org/efxclipse/index.html
After download you must to configure the IDE with your JavaFX SDK(must be installed).
All you need to do is to open Window > Preferences > JavaFX and configure the location of your JavaFX-SDK.
You ussualy have it in Program Files > Oracle.
Hope this will help you!
Based on Sergey Grinev solution, I noticed that we can define this once for all java projects.
Go to Preferences -> Java build path
Select the jvm which is supposed to support javaFx (but whose feature is not yet recognized in Eclipse) and Edit it
Add the sdk-path/rt/lib/jfxrt.jar to it
This way, all your java projects based on this JVM version can support JavaFx and even your older projects (Select each project build path and eventually replace the old jvm with the jvm that you've just edited)
To access JavaFx in Java8 with Eclipse Luna (4.4):
Go to Build Path/ JRE/ Access rules/ Edit/ Add/ Accessible: javafx/**
This seems better than editing the classpath file manually or adding the JAR (again) to the build path.
As an aside, it says it won't install the FX plugin because you are missing org.eclipse.e4.core.contexts bundle. Were you trying to install it into Eclipse Indigo, or 3.8? Or did you follow the instructions on the website and download eclipse 4.2 before you started?
If you don't mind working with java 8, you won't have to jump through any hoola hoops. Just set that as your default jre and javafx imports work out of the box.
To install the e(fx)clipse tooling into your already existing Eclipse you have to add an Update site.
There's no released yet available so you need to add the nightly update-site http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/updates-nightly/site
I installed Eclipse Neon.1 (4.6.1)
Then Help => Eclipse Marketplace
On find specify "javaFX" and install "e(fx)clise 2.4.0"
