Is it possible to sell applications for money and add an iAd into it, or must the application be absolutely free for adding iAd?

There are no price related technical limitations of iAd.
In theory you can charge a hundred bucks and integrate iAd. That said, users on the iOS platform generally expect a paid app to not include ads. I'd suggest considering a free, ad supported version, and a paid "ad free" version.

Anyone knows the policies for free iOS apps that allow end users to purchase merchant products?
For example, Walmart iOS appl that has a shopping card and allows their customers to purchase things using the app.
If its digital then you must offer it via an in-app purchase (and give apple 30%).
It's it's a physical product then you can do that (look at Amazon/Tesco/Argos apps).

I created an AdMob account to add a banner in my application, and I saw something intriguing: It asks for my Company name to send me money.
What happens if I just want some extra money and I don't plan a life living from my android apps? Am I screwed?
PS: My situation is about an android application, but of course it can be iphone related and so.
You don't need to own a company.

Can someone with experience in App Store market. Give me answers of my questions?
I hear stories that people make 5000-10000 $ per day from their app, is it real?
How may are users on App Store?
How much money you can make from application advertisement, how much apple pay? Per click or per impression?
Please exchange your experience with us, tnx :)
Yes, those numbers are real for a very small number of developers. You're unlikely to get any more detailed stories here, and nothing you do hear will be useful for your own economic projections.
