Facebook: Added custom app to page but it doesnt show up as a custom tab - facebook

I've added my app to my page but it doesnt show up as a tab. Why?
See attached image FBapp.png which shows all settings. When I click 'Edit Settings' for the TicketWise app I get notification: "There are no settings for this application."
Here's my Facebook application: https://apps.facebook.com/ticketwise/?fb_page_id=208837722506615
(never mind the scrollbars for now)

When you view your page, underneath the image/logo area there is a list of tabs. Depending on how many tabs you have, at the bottom there will either be a link for "EDIT" or "MORE". If "MORE", click to see the full list of tabs and the EDIT link. When you click "EDIT" you will be able to drag and drop the tabs to reorder them and place your application near the top where it will be visible by default.
For your other query:
When I click 'Edit Settings' for the TicketWise app I get notification: "There are no settings for this application."
Settings pages are something you have to create separately if your app requires it. They are a page hosted on your server, that defines parameters to be used on the tab page view of the app. You can define the page in your application settings using the "Page Tab Edit URL" field.

How to add custom button to facebook homepage

I am not sure what the correct way to ask this question is.
I will post a screen capture and let that assist me.
Notice the bottom of the screen capture. There is a row of buttons. They are Pictures, Likes, and BookNow buttons. How are buttons added to that location? What is the name of that portion of the screen? How can I add a button like the BookNow button?
These buttons are called Tabs which are displayed on a Facebook Page. There are few tabs provided by Facebook that a Page Admin can add to his page like Events Tab, Videos Tab, Photos Tab and Likes Tab.
Page Admins can additionally install other custom or available Page Tabs as per the requirement to increase the User's engagement with the Page. BookNow! App in your attached screenshot is a custom Page Tab that the Page has installed to allow other Page Admins to add the same to their Business Pages.
To add a custom Page Tab to your Business page you need to invoke the Add Page Tab Dialog box and select the Page from the list of Pages that your administer to add the Page Tab.

Added Page Tab not showing up on Page

I've gone through all the steps to create a Page Tab in App Settings, such as this...
http://www.dbswebsite.com/blog/2012/10/17/how-to-creating-a-custom-facebook-tab/
I have both the http and https URLs and entered this URL to add the page tab...
https://www.facebook.com/dialog/pagetab?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID&next=YOUR_URL
Included my app ID and the website URL. But the Tab is not showing up on our Facebook page. I've clicked the down arrow to show all tabs on the Facebook page and nothing is there. We just have Photos and Likes. The [+] buttons for each blank tab just show a progress bar repeating and repeating. Nothing seems to be working to get this tab to show up.
Please check whether your app is in sandbox mode. You can change it in app settings - https://developers.facebook.com/apps/APPID/summary - select the disabled button in Sandbox mode.(sandbox mode is enabled by default)

facebook fanpage - nav menu in the page

I've made a facebook fanpage, with some internal pages (http://on.fb.me/JP1HGi)
I'd like to add a navigation menu in these internal pages, so users can surf them like a "mini website" without exiting from the iframe, but after clicking on these menu buttons (expecially with internet explorer) it opens the page in another window; using other browsers, we can surf into the "mini website" but in the video page, if I click on a menu button, the new page opens in another window
Do you know if is it possible to make all pages viewable using this navigation menu, without exiting the iframe?
Thanks a lot
Best regards
Try this one on the links in the menu:

Application icon does not appearing on the search result page

I created application and uploaded icon for it but the icon does not appear on search result page:
http://www.facebook.com/search/results.php?q=Gammafish%20Poker&type=apps
What should I do for it?
The image that is displayed in that search results page is not the icon.
In the apps settings page, where you can change the icon, there's also the "profile pic" (or what ever they call it), hover the mouse over it, you'll see that the text "edit" is then showing on the image, click it and upload the image you want to be displayed as the app "profile pic", then you should see it in those search results.
Edit
I checked a bit more, I was wrong, the image in the search results is not the "app profile pic", that is being displayed (for example) if you hover the text link.
I'm not 100%, but it looks like that pic in the search results is taken from the app page, for us it uses an old profile picture of the app page.
You can set up the "App Page" in the app settings, the "Advanced" tab, the last item.

Timeline & iFrame

Can anybody guide about how
does the new FB timeline incorporate the iframe for its pages.
Or is there any new stuffs coming in to replace these stufs?
The way you create and display your iFrame will be the same, except for a size change.
The new iFrame will be 810px wide, instead of 520px - existing tabs (apps) that are set to 520px will just be centered on the page, so they aren't "broken." Giving us 290 extra pixels is great!
You can no longer set a tab as "default landing page". Instead, users always see the main Timeline view and have to actively click through to custom apps.
To edit which apps you display, click the drop-down icon to the right of the tiles, click the ‘+’ button to import your custom apps, and then hover over them and click the pencil to swap them around.
If you have a contest or something on a tab which you would have wanted set as the "default landing page", you can create a post on your page which has a few sentences advertising such, with a link to the tab. You can then "pin" this post to the top of your page, so it will be the first thing users read. "Pinning" and "starring" on your Page act exactly like they do on your personal timeline.
Here's a good explanation of all changes
