Graph Api updates for Page - facebook

I need to pull all the updated data (wall posts , photos in albums etc) from a facebook page to my application.
currently what I am doing is frequently polling the page wall feed and other non wall post objects(like albums ) and then save the updated fields.
I'm using Graph API .
I tried facebook real-time. But its not giving enough details.
Is there a way to receive notifications from pages via graph API once post or any object of the page get any update ?

In theory this is now available through Facebook's real-time updates, at least for wall posts and photos. In practice, I'm having trouble getting it to work.

Can I access the post reach or video views of a media that is posted to aFacebook wall and not a Facebook page?

I have to fetch the count of post reached and video views of media(image, video or text) that is posted to the Facebook wall of a user.
I am using Facebook Graph API for this purpose.
On doing some research I found that facebook insights are used to fetch the posts reached and video views count. But this data can only be fetched if the media is posted to a page and not to a user's Facebook wall. I have gone through the link below to confirm this
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v2.3/insights
I even found a link wher we can get the insights of an app using the app_insights feature of Facebook as mentioned in the link:
App Insights /{app-id}/app_insights
Can I fetch the post reached and video view counts of a specific media that is posted to a user's FB account using the app-id/app_insights?
If not, is there any way to access the data for a post made in the Fb wall using Facebook Graph API?
Please suggest!!
There is no 'user insights' or equivalent feature in the API
There's Page Insights (via the /insights edge of a page or page post) or App Analytics via the app_insights edge on an App

How to get news feed exactly how it appears in facebook homepage newsfeed using api

I am using /me/feed and /me/home to get my feed and my homepage feed respectively.
But the /me/home only shows updates from my friends. I am following many people but not friends with them. My facebook homepage shows all the updates including my friends and the people I am following.
How to get the news feed exactly like the one appears in the fb website?
As #Fabio said, the Graph API does not support it as of now (and I don't think it'll do that in the future). You can only obtain yours and your friends' feeds using the Graph API.
In order to obtain the feeds from a specific person who's not in your friend list, you need a valid User Access Token from that user with a read_stream permission.
There is however a way to read the public feeds of user status updates and page status updates as they are posted to Facebook. This can be done by using the Public Feed API. This will include all feeds that have their privacy set to ‘public’ are included in the stream. Also, you cannot apply to use the API at this time as its access is limited. Its page says:
Access to the Public Feed API is restricted to a limited set of media
publishers and usage requires prior approval by Facebook. You cannot
apply to use the API at this time.
But I think it's just a fancy way of saying that this API is not free and you'll be charged few dollars (which you can find out by getting in touch with someone at Facebook) for using this service.

Get new/latest wall post of a facebook page

I'm developing a chrome extension for Facebook, what I want is to get the latest wall posts of a page using the extension. For e.g. If a user posts on a Facebook, I can get alert from my extension of the new posts (not all posts...only the new/latest posts uploaded by the user),
Can i do it using the Facebook api? Because I can get all posts using the api, but I want the latest/new post. Please help
Check out the Facebook Realtime Updates feature here:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/realtime/
This feature will inform you when a user has new posts, rather than requiring you to constantly poll the Facebook API to check for new posts.

Since Feb. 6th, can I post to friends' timeline by Graph API call directly?

My question is,
if I am the user using an authorized web application, can I post something to my friends' timeline at once, and without any interactions with me?
I've read this topic and other relative posts on stackoverflow, and I understand that facebook had made some changes.
But when I read Feed Dialog document, I find out that it said:
Your application can also publish directly to a profile's timeline without interaction on the part of someone using your app. To accomplish this, use the corresponding Graph API call
while "Graph API call" is an unavailable link. And I can't figure out what the corresponding graph api call is.
You cannot Post to User's Friends timelines through the Graph API, as simple as that. You can only Post to the authorized User's wall through the Graph API.
The only way to achieve the similar functionality, as the blog post that you have checked suggests is,
If you want to allow people to post to their friend’s timeline from your app, you can invoke the feed dialog. Stories that include friends via user mentions tagging or action tagging will show up on the friend’s timeline (assuming the friend approves the tag).

Facebook Graph API shows different results in me/home

When I do a GET with my browser (already logged-in at Facebook):
https://graph.facebook.com/me/home?access_token={token}
the results are different than doing the same via a FB app using Facebook C# SDK.
Specifically, what the API is not returning are feeds posted by other applications.
Why can be this happening? Can't an application retrieve updates from other applications even if it has the read_stream permission?
I even requested for additional permissions: read_stream,user_activities,friends_activities,friends_likes,user_likes,read_requests
but nothing has changed.
What I need is to get ALL and the same stories an user would see at his FB news feed.
I use
me/feed
me/posts
me/statuses
me/links
Sample for a page: http://apps.facebook.com/anotherfeed/wallfeed.php uses the /pageid/feed
In filtering for my wall plugin. Even with perms, if a friend has interacted with a post and is not sharing interaction the post will not show in Graph. Technically unless you have perms from all friends, and friends of friends you can not fully emulate the wall feed.
I noticed the results are different according the geo-localisation.
