Creating pre-populated Review messages
Hi, I have searched everywhere for a solution to create a pre-populated message when users submit reviews for my app, but I cannot locate how to do this, does anyone know?
The functionality you asking isn't exist.
The only access application have to reviews is read access and for a good reason:
Review is something user think about app and do so, not the shining awesomeness app can pre-fill for those who doesn't mind clicking...

I have submitted my App to the Apple Appstore however its getting rejected on "A mechanism for users to block abusive users". I am not sure how I would go about implementing this to the app. I tried using Firestore rules but that did not work. Has anyone any ideas on how to do this? The app itself is a social recipes app so there is feeds of recipes posted by different users so if a person blocks that user they should no longer see their posts not he feeds.

I am trying to create an app for facebook to link to my Wordpress blog. Every time I click on developers.facebook.com/apps I get taken to my FB page. I have already upgraded my FB to a developer account. The FB page is for a business and is NOT a personal page. I have spent hours reading on line and getting absolutely no where trying to create the app. Any help is appreciated.
It should be a case of https://developers.facebook.com/apps and if you've not allowed it yet the permissions box should come up. You should also have access to the developer app from your dashboard. Have you "allowed" the app yet?

I've read on several forums and various other videos that you cannot create custom tabs or apps on a simple business page. Several people have asked this question on here, saying that they are redirected back to their page instead of to the developer platform, but they haven't been answered!! Is this correct, that you simply cant do it? If so, what is the answer for businesses who have pages that they want to utilize? Do you have to create an actual user account for your company? Can you link it to your existing page? I've been asking this question all week and no one will respond.
This is probably what you are looking for, if I understand your question :
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/appsonfacebook/pagetabs/
Don't ever create a user account for a company, pages are good and practical.
EDIT : You need be someone to create a facebook app, with a user account that will become the app's admin. Then you can add the app to any page you administrate.

How to programatically create a Facebook application via JS SDK or Open Graph API? (createApplication)
I recall that when Disqus launched, it created Facebook Apps automatically for each site you registered with the service (they have names like "DISQUS Comments [jeremiahlee]"). This is quite nice, as it prevents any single bad user's behavior from hurting the edge rank of other users. I have a publishing application that I'd like to do this for. I remember Facebook talked about this feature at a past F8, but I can't find documentation on it now.
Update: I found a reference to the Create Application API, but nothing currently on the Facebook developer site. New Graph API documentation says, "To create, administer or delete applications developers must go to the App Dashboard." Is the Create Application API still available?
As far as I know, you can't do that as stated at their documentation.
I looked for it here and it really seems to have been discontinued.

Creating and managing a Facebook app from a Business Account
Ok so ive been sitting here for 2 hours trying to figure out how to get a facebook app id. I have followed everyones links, and so forth and UGH! Everytime I go to developers page and app It brings me to my facebook, repeatively! It is quite annoying actually. I have verified my account with my cell phone. Yet I cannot seem to get it to go to the page where I add the display name, and url of my website. Please someone help me a little more
To make a facebook APP id, you must have a personal account, and not a page. Do not be like me and try doing this with a "page".
