We use Zimbra at work and I'm thinking I should centralize my todo list into one thing. I'm starting to lean towards that one thing being Eclipse, given how awesome Mylyn is. Is there a remote repository plugin to Mylyn so that it can connect to CALDAV calendars / task lists?

In a 2013 blog post Github introduced task lists for Github-Flavored Markdown. I am looking for examples of this feature being used in the wild. Can you point me to any?
Here is an example from Google repository on Github

Where is Eclipse Memory Analyzer Tool (http://eclipse.org/mat/) source code located? It is claimed to be open-source, but the site doesn't contain any download for the source code.
I think this is what you're looking for http://git.eclipse.org/c/mat/org.eclipse.mat.git/refs/
I think you can download R_1.4.0.zip for the source code of the most recent version.
Here is the link for all eclipse git repositories btw http://git.eclipse.org/c/

Is it possible to automate the documentation of routes in a Spray application?
e.g. Is there perhaps an SBT plugin that generates markdown describing what it knows about the spray routes?
I stumbled upon spray-swagger while researching the same thing but I don't know exactly what it does and which stage the project is at.

I was wondering. Is there an app for designing server farm layouts? I know that this can be achieved using UML designer apps or Visio but I was looking for something more specialised on this particular part of a startup deployment. An app for designing the relationships between servers and their scopes would be very helpful.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I don't have much experience with this. are there any free or low-cost solutions I can deploy? We have a relatively low-powered server running windows NT (ouch, i know).
Preferably something that allows multi-user access though something light-weight is the main consideration.
I used http://www.wikimatrix.org/ to compare features and prices of over 100 wiki engines last year for my company. Try it out.
