I'm building a hybrid mobile application (PhoneGap+JQM). While testing in the Android emulator, I'm observing what must be a cross-domain POST issue against a SOAP web service. I can do a GET for the WSDL (thus proving I can indeed reach the domain in question). But if I change my request to a POST with a SOAP payload, I get an error. (LogCat shows "Internal Server Error" in the error callback function.)
I've seen posts and documentation on how cross-domain POSTs aren't prohibited using PhoneGap, but in my emulator it's not being allowed. Any thoughts on what I may be missing?
See my comment above. Hopefully others will learn from this if they get unknown web-service errors. (always use SoapUI to verify correct content, and use a sniffer to double-check your own POST)

My app can interact with Drupal API in the browser but not in the simulator and device. (Currently testing in iOS).
How can I fix it?
Everything is working fine in the browser but in the simulator/device, I get 403 forbidden access.
The problem that might cause it
I think the issue is with cookies? In Drupal, I have ini_set(‘session.cookie_samesite’, ‘none’); and it works. If I removed that, I get 403 forbidden access in the browser, simulator & device.
If I add that, it works on the browser but not in simulator/device.
How can I fix this?
Can I use https://ionicframework.com/docs/native/http/ instead of angular http service? Does it support withCredentials?
Thanks
I think you should use a different authentication method if you want to access the site from different devices. By default, Drupal has "Samesite" to "Strict" I think. Setting the samesite to "None" means that other domains or devices can access the same cookies from your website.
I've deployed Microsoft Chatbot Framework chatbot as a Web App Bot. It is working in emulator, it is working in Test in Webchat in Azure, but when I try to use it from Facebook messsenger I'm getting:
There was an error sending this message to your bot: HTTP status code InternalServerError
Is there a way how to get a more detail logs? I have Application Insights turned on, but still can't find anything.
Thanks
i had a similar problem. I quickly implemented NLOG (basic implementation is simple) in my bot and wrote all error logs and some addition events to a text log. It was a huge help for me.
Hope this helps:

So, I have this grade project where I have to do a mashup and deploy it on AppEngine. So, everything is fine, and I even got it working some months ago, but when I deployed the project again after doing some changes and updating the facebook api, it no longer works.
Thing is, it does works on localhost. The error only occurs when deployed. It's only a normal publish post POST.
So, here's the error:
The URL was blocked: Redirection has failed because the URI is not incluided in the list of OAuth authorised of the application client. Check that the OAuth access of both client and web are active and add all the domains of your apps as OAuth redirection URI
This was translated from spanish so it might not be totally accurate.
So, it seems easy, but I don't really know if the proble is that I have to do something in the configuration of appengine control panel (most likely), in the configuration of the facebook api control panel or if it's something in the project code. I've checked everywhere and have the faint memory of solving this several months ago, but I can't anymore.
Thanks!
For Facebook login, you need to tell Facebook the URI of the page that the login will start from. If you change the URI, then the login process will break. You can set the URI from this page:
https://developers.facebook.com/apps/1234567890/fb-login/
Except that you need your app id in there instead of 1234567890. You can get there from here:
https://developers.facebook.com/apps
I am developing a desktop application that will interface with FB. FB insists that you provide a Site URL. Since this is a desktop application this doesn't really make sense. I set the site url to 'localhost'.
I just get the following error when I put 'localhost' in the url string
API Error Code: 191 API Error Description: The specified URL is not
owned by the application Error Message: redirect_uri isn't an absolute
URI. Check RFC 3986.
This looks like a pretty common error but I don't see any examples of how desktop applications should handle this site url requirement.
Can someone help me out?
Thanks
Pays to read the documentation to the end :)
Our OAuth 2.0 implementation does not include explicit desktop app
support. However, if your desktop app can embed a web browser (most
desktop frameworks such as .NET, AIR and Cocoa support embedding
browsers), you can use the client-side flow with one modification: a
specific redirect_uri. Rather than requiring desktop apps to host a
web server and populate the Site URL in the Developer App, we provide
a specific URL you can use with desktop apps:
https://www.facebook.com/connect/login_success.html.
Currently getting this following error:
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept.
i cant able to get the response from the share point server.
Can any one help me in this.
Thanks in advance
You might want to check with Apple's developer forums but at some recent point they introduced a bug into their development toolchain that prevented authentication against NTLM protected resources.
