In Flutter, AFAIK it is not available. But you can implement by platform channel.
In Android, You can do this with this answer.
In iOS it is not possible natively also.

No, the iPhone screen can't read fingerprints. Try a retinal scanner using the camera and flash instead :)

Actually there no such method for minimize iPhone app.
You can try with "exit(0)" to close the app.

You can't. You can only switch to another app. I don't think apple has a public API for doing this.

Not when it's in the background. You only receive messages from the OS when your application is involved in the event.
