Double-click ad unit lookup for div failed (DFP error)? - google-dfp

Just added double-click DFP ads to a friend's site. Realized that only one of four ads are appearing. Although the status of all 4 ads are "active", 3 are not appearing.
I ran the DFP debugger and got this output:
Ad unit lookup for div div-gpt-ad-1327994622973-0 failed.
Div div-gpt-ad-1327994622973-0 is not mapped to a known ad unit.
It doesn't appear to be a javascript issue, but the code for these ads was taken directly from the "generated tags" and these units are active. This occurs in multiple browsers.
Could this be a caching issue? How can a cache buster be implemented for ads only? Thanks.

Google doesn't seem to have extensive documentation on the causes, but when you have more than one DFP ad on the same page, you MUST modify the code in your <head> and avoid using the individual code generator with each ad unit because it will alter the ad IDs each time.
Easy Steps
under inventory select "generate tags" under the left column nav
you will now see a list of ad units
select ALL ad units and generate all at once
copy the head code into the head area of the page
copy the body code for each ad into the proper area of the page.
Important Notes
Include all ads in both <body> and <head>
Generate all ad tags at once, not individually

Force specific line to render for test?

Short version
Is there a way to force a specific banner to show so I can take a screenshot? I know I can Photoshop it etc, but that's not really nice.
The whole thing
In name of an intermediary firm I regularly place banners for their clients on my site via DFP (my account). They always request a screenshot of the site displaying the clients' banner to pass on to them showing that I've started the campaign.
Unfortunately sometimes the frequency is so low that even "As fast as possible" takes a ton of pageviews before the banner shows up (which is also not really nice towards the other advertisers).
You can check documentation for Preview a creative
In short:
You need to open creative, click Preview tab, click on site and put url of the page on your site where you expect to see your creative
Update
Looks like problem related to way you are opening creative. I have reproduced this behaviour.
If you open creative directly trough search it shows no On site link
If you open line item first and from this screen navigate to very same creative, you will see On site link

Facebook Domain Insights set up but not really working

I had set up FB Domain Insights quite a while ago, but I am not really seeing any data.
My setup:
App of type "Website" setup with me and a couple other people as admins (this app is not activated; does it need to be?)
Website's head includes: <meta property="fb:app_id" content="(ID of that above app)" />
When I go to https://www.facebook.com/insights/ , the site appears under Domain Insights.
When I click to view that, no matter what timeframe I choose, most of the sections are blank:
Total Clicks shows 0 and reports no data found.
Top Links is populated, and shows the top posts in the timeframe, with click metrics and an option to share them.
People is empty and shows no data found.
I've tried looking around to see what it's supposed to look like, and I find only snippets of screenshots so it's difficult to ascertain; but it certainly looks like I'm not connecting properly.
Can anyone help me figure out what to tweak, where to look, even where I can find resources?

Google DFP is rendering div for empty third party ad tags

I am using Google DFP Small Bussiness for ad serving and
everything whas fine until I upgraded from GAM tags
to GPT tags.
The issue is as follows
I have a standard 300x250 Ad unit
I create a normal line items and add this ad unt to it
I upload third party ad code (from ad network). Sometimes this
code will display the banner and sometime it wont.
Now with old GAM tags if third party ad is empty the GAM tag
will not render anything.
But with new GPT tag will render the div with 300px width and
250px height.
Is there any way to solve this issue.
Thx

Maximum Total Google Ads Per Page

I'm looking at my options for putting adverts on my website and thought I'd start with Google Adsense - However I'm unsure of exactly how many adverts you can actually have per page. I'm guessing it's OK to mix and match banners with say advert blocks, etc, etc - So what is the maximum total number you can have on a single page?
Google Adsense Ads Per Page Limit has been lifted according to recent policy change. Google makes the publishers happy with this recent change. Now publishers can place more than 3 ads, which will eventually result into more income.
According to the Ad Placement policies, a maximum of three standard ad units, three link units, and two search boxes may be placed on one webpage
Please keep in mind that a maximum of three standard ad units, three
link units, and two search boxes may be placed on one webpage. In
addition, please be aware that every publisher is responsible for the
content of a website on which their ad code is placed. If a website is
found in violation of our program policies, we will notify any
publisher(s) whose ad code is on the website, and ask you to remove
the Google code from that page.
They further clarify in this question
Currently, AdSense publishers may place up to three AdSense for
content units on one webpage. This includes a maximum of one 300x600
ad unit per page. You may also place a maximum of three link units and
two search boxes on each webpage.
Google removed the limit of three ads per page in August 2016.

I think Google has lifted the maximum of 3 content units per page.
Now they just say that ads should not be more than content. And you won't find the max units rule anywhere in the documentation.
You can read here in valuable inventory.
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1346295?hl=en#Ad_limit_per_page
Google has lifted the limit of 3 ads recently. They don't specify the max limit, but they do say that the number should not exceed your content. Here is the official link: Number of AdSense Ads
Three standard ad units mean that you can use 3 main standard and suggested by google: 1 728x90, 1 336x280 or 1 300x250 and 1 160x600.
Three link units mean that you can get it by create link units in your adsense dashboard.
Search box you know adready.
According to Adsense Tos,
You can add upto 3 standard ads /per page (Maximum of 1 300*600 ads size followed by other ads size accept 970x90 ) in addition with 3 link ads unit for adsense Content . These are the Maximum AdSence Ads Per Page for Adsense content.
You can have 3 standard size ads on your page. And I don't recommend you to add any more (not even link ads). In place of that why not adding infolinks, viglink and others?

Google Doubleclick blank ads in homepage

I am owner of the website legiaodosherois.com.br and I am having issues after starting my first paid campaign with Google Doubleclick for Publishers. All my ad blocks are set for Adsense fallback and it was working pretty well until two days ago when all my ad blocks started to get empty only at homepage, and running fine in all the other pages. I tried to use the debug console by appending the ?google_force_console=1 at my homepage url but just by adding this piece of query string it already makes the ads shows up, so to reproduce my error you must access http://www.legiaodosherois.com.br/?google_force_console=1 and then access http://www.legiaodosherois.com.br/
I couldn't see any problems by checking this debug data, and Google says that the Ad Units are tagged correctly. What can I do?
UPDATE: I just have found that some specific pages such as http://www.legiaodosherois.com.br/2013/vazam-videos-com-as-primeiras-cenas-de-guardioes-da-galaxia.html also aren't displaying any ads!
Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English,
Vinicius
It happened because some of my posts received a false positive flag from Adsense bot which forbid these pages to show ads. As they were also being shown in the homepage, it was also forbid to show ads. After cleaning them up, it started to work fine!
