Unable to install BlackBerry Plug-in for Eclipse (Broken Repo link) - eclipse

I am trying to configure Eclipse BlackBerry Plug-in following their guide using Eclipseeclipse-SDK-3.7.1-win32-x86_64 on Windows 7 64 bit.
I get an error while downloading the repository.
The link to the repository ( http://www.blackberry.com/go/eclipseUpdate/3.6/java ) from the documentation is broken. What is the correct link to their repository?
HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code (-1):http://www.blackberry.com/go/eclipseUpdate/3.6/java/content.xml
HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code (-1):http://www.blackberry.com/go/eclipseUpdate/3.6/java/content.xml
General connection error with response code=-1

That repository link seems to be broken. I came across this link that may help if you want to install the plugin over an existing eclipse installation.

Cannot open Eclipse Marketplace Photon

I can not get into the Eclipse Marketplace.
I live in Korea and have access to wifi environment.
Wi-Fi status is best.
I searched Google for the same situation, but I could only see one massage like myself.
However, the article was written in the Eclipse Forum and I was not able to access the Eclipse Forum.
I also could not get into the Marketplace page on the Eclipse homepage.
Most of the errors I see are Connection Errors, but they are different from my error messages.
Below is my error message and my version is as follows.
[Version: Photon Release (4.8.0)]
[macOS Mojave ver. 10.14 (18A391)]

SVN plugin issue in eclipse

I have installed SVN plugin to my eclipse by 'Help->Install new software'. Used the URL - http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x.
After installation, I tried connect my SVN URL(http://svnserver.com/svn) which worked others machine in tortaise svn. It got prompted with credentials, then it ended up with below error message in eclipse.
RA layer request failed
svn: Server sent unexpected return value (500 Internal Server Error) in response to OPTIONS request for 'http://svnserver.com/svn'
Note : I have connected client network in citrix (Cisco anyclient) after disabling the proxy in my machine.
Eclipse platform is v3.6.3
You should make sure that the SVN plug-in installed in Eclipse is up to date and that the entered URL is correct. Generally speaking, the error 500 Internal Server Error indicates a problem with the server. However, invalid repository URL might also produce such error in certain cases.
I have resolved my issue by adding host under proxy bypass in Window->preference->General->Network connections(Active provider = Manual).

Error by installing pydev into Eclipse

I have to install pydev plugin into eclipse. I did the following steps: help -> install new Software and I have used the pydev updates site but I became this error message:
"HTTP Server Unknown HTTP Response Code
(302):http://pydev.org/updates/content.xml HTTP Server Unknown HTTP
Response Code (302):http://pydev.org/updates/content.xml General
connection error with response code=302"
I also tried to install with the Eclipse Market without success. I can install another plugins but just Pydev don't work. I really don't know how to manage it.
Thanks.
That link is a redirect... try putting the direct url to see if it works (currently): https://dl.bintray.com/fabioz/pydev/5.6.0 -- visit http://www.pydev.org/updates/ to get the latest link for the current version.

unable to read repository when installing google plugin for eclipse

when I tried to install Google plugin for eclipse, the installation was always failed with the following error messages.
the first ones:
Unable to connect to repository h**ps://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/content.xml
Unable to connect to repository h**ps://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/content.xml
Connection timed out: connect
I clicked the OK button, after a few minutes, the second ones popped up as follows.
Unable to read repository at h**ps://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/content.xml.
Unable to read repository at h**ps://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/content.xml.
Software caused connection abort: recv failed
Then I clicked the OK button again, the installation stopped and failed.
I totally follow the instruction on Google's official website https://developers.google.com/eclipse/docs/getting_started. The version of Eclipse I used is
Eclipse 3.8/4.2 (Juno), and the direct link of the plugin for Eclipse 3.8/4.2 (Juno) is https://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2.
BTW, the goagent was running during I did all the above searching and installation, would this be a problem of the connection failure? Hope it's not, because I need to run goagent otherwise I cannot access to Google's websites...
Could anyone tell me have to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!
PS. ** stands for tt. I made such changes because the body of my question now cannot contain more than two links...

Installing Apatana on Eclipse

I just downloaded Eclipse and am trying to install Aptana.
I choose help, install new software, and enter
http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install
But I get:
HTTP Server 'Internal Error':
http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install/content.xml HTTP
Server 'Internal Error':
http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install/content.xml
HttpClient connection error response code 500.
There was an issue with the download site yesterday. It should be operational now.
the url is missing a "/" at the end. I had the same issue using their "copy to clipboard" feature.
