I have an online bachelor catalog and I want people to Like a bachelor and have it appear on their FB feed.

I set up the Like button using the Social Plugins feature on FB. All bachelors are on the same page and they have anchors http://gothamrfc.org/drupal/?q=2012catalog#waldmann and the Like button refers to each anchor.
My problem is when the user clicks on Like, it posts the same picture of one bachelor, not of the one that they liked. I didn't see anything in my js file. I also added the og button but that didn't work.
How do I adjust the code so Like button corresponds to the correct photo?
I'm sure it's something simple. Thank you for your assistance.
Im having the same issue really... My current solution is to hard-code the URL of the image in the like button ref code.
The only issue with this is that it will show that image ONLY, on a blank page when someone clicks the liked image on a user's facebook page.
I'm still looking for answers since the only alternative I've found is to create individual pages for each image (each blog post, in my case) and link to THOSE pages. Not ideal and much more work than I'd like.

I write movie reviews and share them on Facebook. At first the facebook thumbnails would show the pictures I wanted for my reviews, like the movie poster. However, now they only show my blogger profile picture every single time I post a link. It's very frustrating because I want to be taken seriously and I don't want my blogger profile picture showing up every time I post a link. I tried the facebook developers debugging tool and it did nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I don't know to what extent you can modify the HTML code of a Blogger blog, but you can use Open Graph tags to define the exact image you want Facebook to show, for example the tag you want is the following:
which must have a 100px x 100px size at least. Note that this tag goes into the Head section of the site.
It has taken some time, but I think I have worked out what is happening, thanks to Facebook Debugger. Put the post URL in and then scroll down to "OPen Graph Warnings That Should be Fixed". You may see something like this -
Provided og:image could not be downloaded or is not big enough. Please use an image that's at least 200x200px and is accessible from Facebook.
Chances are your image is too small and that is why it is grabbing the profile image. I played around with my posts until I got it right, checking it through Debugger each time. It was a pain, but it worked.
I need to create a "contest" page where user will be asked to submit picture.
After that, they should be able to share their picture on FB, Twitter, G+, Pinterest, etc for other people to come and vote.
I want the page to be displayed as a jQuery gallery and whenever people select a thumbnail, the bigger picture open with the associated vote and "share" button.
When a user share an image, I want a specific TITLE & URL associated with that particular image... something like "http://www.mysite.com/contest.html#picture1"... or "http://www.mysite.com/contest.html#picture2"
How is this possible if I only have one page?
I wouldn't have problem if I could use the old "facebook.com/sharer.php" with parameters... but it seems that the Open Graph Protocol is "overiding" the sharer.php parameters....
Works fine with Twitter and Pinterest... I might have the same problem with Google+.

Well, set up a (“dummy”) page for each picture, and fill it with the appropriate OG tags … and have your users like that. And then put a JS redirect into that page, so that users following the link when it’s shared on Facebook will get to the “real” address you want them to end up at.
(Btw., IMHO this is what happens too often these days when people think doing everything client-side and client-side only is so “fancy” and that a “good” and “modern” site requires all that AJAX/one-page-only nonsense instead of a real good and working URL structure, and then are not able to handle all that this implies properly …)
I've put "Like" button to my web site.
In general it works fine, the only problem is when user add some text and publish it in the profile his post contains image. And the image chosen is not something meaningful, it is one of the menu items that doesn't really makes any sense.
Could you please advise how to tip to the facebook the better image? I didn't see any information about that in their documentation (http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like/), probably I've overlooked that?

You can specify image by adding Open Graph tags to head section each page containing the "Like" button.
You can specify an image URL in og:image tag, and Facebook will use this image in the user's profile entry.
The same goes with
og:title - this will be the title of the new entry on user's profile.
og:site_name (will be displayed as grey text under title) etc.

You can use the Open Graph tags for both versions of the "like" button - iframe and XFBML.
Once you add the tags to your pages you can use http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug to check if they are OK.
I have wordpress blog with twentyeleven theme setup. I have facebook button and I beleive all facebook garph api codes are exist in head part. Now the problem is there are more than 4 images exist on the page, but facebook like button only fetching one image everytime. And trust me that is a huge problem for me.
Can someone help me fix the issue.

While I can't confirm this is how Facebook approaches it, the og: meta tags only appear to work for actual like buttons, not Facebook sharing buttons (which are depreciated anyway).
According to this question you can try and put in a link tag and that may work for the share button you have. Facebook Post Link Image

So, I've edited the href parameter to point to my Facebook page. eg:

When a user clicks the Like button it has the desired effect. The user ends up having Liked my Facebook page. This is easily verified by the user going to my Facebook profile and checking that the Like button has changed to Liked.
But. When the user clicks the Like button, and entry appears in their News Feed with a generic Facebook description. ie:

I don't want a generic post about Facebook to appear. I want the description to relate to my Facebook account and/or web site.

Are all your fields in the info part of your page filled in, and/or completed? I just tested your theory and it seemed to work as expected, only thing is I know all fields in "info" are filled it. Give that a try.
This may happen if you have filled invalid/incomplete/wrong og tags in past and later changed them. Facebook's cache creates problem sometime.
Try putting all the entries (i.e. all og tags) and then debug them here http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug. This debugger gives a detailed info about the url with og tags and also clears the cache for you.
This should solve the problem.
You have 3 important fields that used on page opengraph: Name,Description,Profile Image.
They are used when some one post your link on Facebook, or Google or some else web service that handle opengraph.
Actually, the suggested answers currently do not work and there is an open bug / ticket on Facebook for it. Up to now, there's no fix.
The problem is that you can not use simply https://www.facebook.com/myfacebookid. You should copy and paste the exact page URL. If you have a low number of likes it would look something like https://www.facebook.com/pages/[YourPageName]/[Your page Id]/, and this is the URL that you should use at this point.
If it does not work, try also https://www.facebook.com/[YourPageName]/[Your page Id]/.
In short, copy-paste the URL, do not type it manually.
