Forward and back native buttons in UIWebview iphone

Inside the Twitter iPhone app, if you click on a link it pushes in a WebView.
Ive gotten this far, but I can't find the correct identifier for the forward and backward buttons like at the bottom left of the image below. Are they native? or are they just images they have created themselves?
You might want to have a look at a drop-in inline web view controller I did: SVWebViewController. It should save you a fair bit of coding :)
Per the list of UIBarButtonItems from the docs, those items you desire need to be custom images a they are not provided in the current SDK.

How to capture entire webpage in iPhone safari?

Like in Firefox (Desktop version) I can take using Fireshot
and in Android mobile I can take using Dolphin Screen Cut
I already know that we take screendump using wake+home it doesn't take screencapture of whole webpage including the area under the scroll and it would be difficult to take multiple screenshots by pressing wake+home and scrolling in between but with this there will be small overlap between shots and thee combine screenshot will not be precise
Barry — Webpage screenshot does the trick. You can capture full length webpage screenshots and save them to Camera Roll or Copy to clipboard for pasting into any app that supports pasting in images.
After-all I found the solution
This app worked for me perfectly
Website Screenshot (iPhone app)
You wouldn't be able to do this in Mobile Safari.
If you're developing an application (and since this is stackoverflow I'll assume that's what you're talking about) and using a UIWebView you could do this - you would need to:
Calculate the total height of the webpage you want to capture
Use a UIWebView with the height obtained above to display your webpage at actual size
Render that UIWebView as an image in an off-screen buffer.

How did Feedly implemented custom pagecontrol for its app for iPhone?

Feedly for iPhone comes with cool design especially its custom pagecontrol(scrollbar?) placed on the top.
I'm developing an app for iPhone, and to use spaces efficiently as much as it's possible I'm trying to find a way to implement custom pagecontrol like Feedly. I actually think it's possible the app is made with HTML5 and CSS? Although I am not sure. I found some custom opensourced pagecontrol frameworks, but they're to do with something else such as dots' colors either sizes.
Here's example image link to Feedly for iOS http://i.stack.imgur.com/wf595.jpg
Although this is an iPad version, basically iPhone one is the same. You see the green bar just below the status bar, if you slide pages the colored bar scrolls. It's much more like scrollbar.
Thanks.
Okay, so I unarchived the app and it turned out it's mainly made with HTMLs and converted using PhoneGap. I'm not going to use HTML in my app, my journey still goes on...
Putting all contents into an UIWebView (implementing in HTML & CSS) is generally a bad idea performance wise.
What Feedly seems to do is use an UIScrollView.
The ScrollView sends several events including when it's moved and tapped.
They then update the green scroll bar on top whenever the ScrollView is moved.
Likely, they will also load the actual contents within the ScrollView as the user approaches their position to conserve memory.
You can implement something like this yourself in a few days of coding work.
(Disclaimer: This is just how I would implement what you showed. How it is actually done - only Feedly knows.)

IPhone phonegap pdf issue

I have a strange issue in phonegap framework. I want to display PDF file in my application, when I am trying to add PDF file with iFrame tag it doesn't show a PDF with horizontal scroll and with a big zoom size. so getting out of screen.
I tried by another way using embed tag, its also having same problem with addition to that its showing PDF for only first time in the application.
If anybody know how to display a PDF in phonegap with specified zoom level or with scroll bar. Above code is working fine in iPhone mobile safari, but not in phonegap. Any Idea?
Thanks.
To display pdf in phonegap,
have lots of trouble,
but best solution so far,is to used ChildBrowser Plugin for phonegap here is the link-
https://github.com/purplecabbage/phonegap-plugins/tree/master/iPhone/ChildBrowser
this will help you to call child native uiwebview in your application(only for iphone),
so you can easily enjoy pinch zoom feature
Using Phonegap you'll have only one UIWebView so probably the best idea is to open the pdf as a new object link using rel=external
Other suggestion is look at the view-port size, maybe you'll have to increase it's size to allow the pinch and zoom.
