TinyMCE Issues one certain Domains - tinymce

I have built a CMS using TinyMCE and I have used this CMS across 3 different website domains already using GoDaddy hosting. For some reason, TinyMCE isn't working on this new domain I am using (and still using GoDaddy to host this domain). All I do is copy the current CMS files and paste them into the website domain and that has worked across the first 3 websites, but this fourth one just breaks. I tried reuploading the files and everything. Finally I tried just referencing the tiny_mce.js from one of my other sites and that makes TinyMCE finally show up. What would be the reasoning behind tinyMCE working on the first 3 and not the newest one when all the files are exactly identical?

I found out it had something to do with the doc type not being present, but it isn't a problem on some domains. Good practice to have though.

TYPO3 version 10 multidomain

I have just started working on TYPO3 10 and I'm looking to make 3 websites with different domain URLs.
In TYPO3 9, I usually define the domains using the "domain record" in the list module, but in TYPO3 10 I can't find it. It seems that the domain record is no longer available in TYPO3 10.
My issue is that each site is under the same domain with a predefined identifier, I would like to have a different domain for each website.
Can somebody explain how the multidomain works in TYPO3 10?
Since TYPO3 9, the domain handling has changed quite a lot. The new way to create multi-language and/or multi-domain setups is using site configurations. There's a new backend module called "Sites" where you can configure your domains and languages.
If you want to manage three different websites with three different domains, create three different site configurations in the "Sites" module.
You can find detailed informations in the official TYPO3 docs.

Simplest CMS ever?

I’m building a super simple website with 5 pages and I want a CMS that allows me to change the text and the pictures in a couple of them.
In the past I used wordpress, but it has way too many features that i don’t need in this case.
I’ve been trying to learn gatsby.js so I would like to build it on that, but trying to see how to source from Netlify-CMS I started facing an overwhelming amount of information which I'm not sure I need.
Any tips?
Thanks!
M
Netlify has a built in CMS, and it's compatible with Gatsby! You can find examples online. It should be good for smaller sites, but for larger projects, I really like Prismic.io. Contentful is another popular one, but it's a bit pricier than prismic.
Edit: reread your comment about sourcing from Netlify. Netlify is not a "source" plug in in Gatsby. You use a local file +markdown source, and do the configuration for netlify, which adds an admin interface at an endpoint. You configure your data models in the interface, create login, etc. Then, when you submit changes, it modifies files in your connected git repo, so the local file + remark will make the data available in the graphql queries.
In the end I used Forestry.io, a good simple solution that did exactly what I needed in combination with Jekyll.

TYPO3 - display one page from pagetree only

I have a problem whose solution is certainly very simple, but it does not come to my mind at the moment :/
I have a multi-domain TYPO3 (6.1) installation and in one of the websites I need to temporarily show only one subpage, and over the rest of the pages I will work/update so I can not delete them. It is important that someone after entering a URL or going to the page from the Google search results has not opened this page, and has been redirected to this temporary.
I've tried the mount points but something does not work ...
Please help.
You can exchange the domain-records.
Make a new page on it's own (independent from the configuration of the domain it should replace). so it is a root-page. give it a domain record and disable the domain record of the pagetree it should replace.
Be aware to change the rootpageid configuration in realurl.
You also may need a special configuration for 404 handling for this domain as the most requests will be a 404 (or better 503).
And hurry up to update your system. TYPO3 6.1 is out of service for a long time.

block gadgets in google apps for education

One of the schools I support want to start teaching basic web design to their students, and would like to use google sites to do so. We need to be able to block google gadgets from the sites so that there is no risk of inappropriate content being shown to the students. Previously this could be done with domain gadget directory manager but from what I understand this stopped working when https got switched on for everything. All the places I have looked predate the https change and no longer seem to work. Does anyone have any ideas?
There is an utility called google feedserver
PrivateGadgetAdministratorsGuide
describes how to tweak http/https:
What you can do is to copy the body of XML and change http:// links to
.js files to https:// and then host this file somewhere.

SilverStripe CMS times-out when changing pages in the CMS

I have installed SilverStripe on several servers successfully in the past (but I'm not a SilverStripe expert). This time my SS install fails to work and I'm at a loss how to fix it.
The Problem
SilverStripe 2.4.6 installed correctly on the server (AFAIK).
The front-end works as expected. (Show default theme. Pages all load correctly.)
I am able to log into the CMS admin section succesfully. The CMS loads but when changing site pages in the CMS using the browser pane on the left, the CMS shows the circular loading symbol. The new page load never completes.
Using the console of Firebug in Firefox - When attempting to change pages in the CMS (by clicking on the page browser pane) the CMS tries to load two pages. The second page request 404s.
The first GET request is from the initial page loads.
The following POST+GET requests fire when clicking on the page tree to change pages.
Attempting to Find the Solution
I've tried deleting and re-installing silverstripe twice. (2.4.7 and 2.4.6) Both times the problem recurs.
A strange thing is that this server is already running two other silverstripe sites (both of which I installed without a hitch). All three websites are accessed via different domains. I tried accessing this install via another domain thinking there might be something wrong with how this third domain is configured but that didn't help either.
What should I try now? I'm stumped.
Thanks in advance.

Check your root .htaccess file. Make sure RewriteBase is set to /
Checked. Full .htaccess on PasteBin
Indeed the javascrip URL is strange. Check if there is anything unusual about what's being returned from the previous POST request. Is the site running in dev, test or live mode?
I can't see anything unusual in the POST request.
Clue Found: The site is running in DEV mode. Switching to LIVE mode and the problem disappears. Also the second GET request only shows up in DEV mode.
Example Post request with response.
Example Get request with respones.
This is a work around more than a fix but if you'd rather be coding than bug hunting it might be worth a go! (remember to log out of SS before doing this fix)
In your mysite/_config.php file change
Director::set_environment_type("dev");
to
if(!isset($_GET['isDev']))
Director::set_environment_type("dev");
else
Director::set_environment_type("live");
Then you can develop the website in dev mode normally and to use the admin in live mode and avoid the bug you just go to: http://{your_domain}/admin?isDev=0
N.B. might find a proper answer when pastebin.com isn't overloaded and I can see your responses!
