iOS supports (as a client) HTTP Live Streaming (as described in this StackOverflow question) which should suit your purposes.

I am developing an iPhone application that contains audio and PDF files. Will Apple approve it?
What makes you think it won't be approved? I have similar apps on the app store, which were approved without any problems.

I have a client that wants an iPhone app that at some point sends a meeting request to a list of people. Is this allowed?
You need to be more specific. It can if those people have the same app or it can send an e-mail to them. If you are unsure wether is allowed by apple I can tell you that it is.
If event kit enables it seems like there should be no issues with this either.

I'm building a site which requires being able to have advanced control over a video embed. I'd like to use the Chromeless player.
The example from Google is flash based. Is there an alternative version that can be used without flash?
The closest thing to the Chromeless Youtube palyer that would work for the iPhone/iPad, seems to be using HTML5 iframe with Youtube API.

iTunes download speed sucks and it is also unstable. I end up waste much eletricity with many unfinished files. Is there a way to use any download tools to fetch the videos?
Thanks
No. (StackOverflow thinks that the answer should be longer. In this case, though, "no" is the correct answer.)
