How to play a music file using URL link in iPhone? - iphone

I want to play a music file using URL Link in the iPhone. But when I use the below code I am getting error I am not getting where I am going wrong. Can anyone Correct me?

I guess you are sending
audioPlayer.numberOfLoops = -1;
to receive NSInvalidArgumentException change it to
audioPlayer.numberOfLoops = 1;

Try using MPMoviePlayerController. First you need to import the MediaPlayer framework. Then it's as easy as this:

Using AVCaptureSession and AVAudioPlayer together

I am able to record video and output the movie to a file correctly. However, I have a problem with video recording (no video ouput) when trying to use AVAudioPlayer to play some audio. Does it mean that I cannot use AVCaptureSession and AVAudioPlayer at the same time? Here is my code to create the capture session and to play the audio. The video capture is started first, then during the capturing, I want to play some audio. Thanks so much for any help.

Code to play the audio, this function is call during the video capture session. If I don't call this function, the video is recorded and I am able to save to the .mov file. However, if I call this function, there's no output .mov file.

I fixed the problem by setting up the audio session. I called the following function before creating the audio player object to play the audio. That way, I was able to record video (with audio) and play audio at the same time.

How do I cycle through several sounds using one action?

Right now I have a single sound playing from one action, button press, accelerometer, etc..
I would like to know how I can cycle through several sounds (I'm using 3 sounds for my project) from a single action that the user initiates.
I am currently using the code shown below and it serves it's purpose for playing a single sound for each user action. I have not used NSArray in a project before, so if your including it please include any details.

If you are only using 3 sounds then you can get away with just using a C array of NSString's but if you need a dynamic amount of sounds then you should change to using an NSArray

Get an audio stream from URI and play it on iPhone

I would like to get an audio stream from URL and play it on iPhone. Unfortunately, there is only C# example of how to play that stream, but I need a realization on Objective C in iPhone frameworks. I have tried my self to use different audio frameworks but it was all unsuccessful. This is what in C#:

What should I do in objective C to get a stream audio from that url? In that URL I don't have an mp3 file or something, I just get a stream. Probably I must somehow download that stream to an iPhone audio file and then play it to get rid of lags.

Hey I faced this problem of audio streaming for a radio application. I had searched for the answers and they did not work. AVAudioPlayer is not the class to be used here. Downloading the contents of URL using NSData object is not the solution either as it downloads the contents then the code further executes. It is similar to downloading a mp3 and then playing it locally on a player.
[NSData dataWithContentsOfURL:[NSURL URLWithString:resourcePath]]; //Downloads the contents of the url and in case of radio the url's content is unlimited. The program gets frozen on executing this.
Instead use AVPlayer class.
This code worked in my radio application

[objAVPlayer play];
This code does not download the contents at the url but it plays the stream as it is received.
Look into the AVPlayer class, part of the AVFoundation framework... this is the objective-c (iOS) class you use for streaming audio.
